The Room and bath were both very clean. The bath temperature was just right, and the ReFa shower felt great. I was asked by a guest next door how to use the hair dryer, but it seems they didn’t notice the instruction sheet at the side (neither did I). It would be helpful to have instructions on both sides. Yukata were provided, but my friend is petite so she borrowed a children’s size; however, it only came down to about her knees. We’d appreciate having sizes like L and M/S available, and having sample sizes displayed would make choosing easier. I also really enjoyed the unlimited coffee. We had a relaxing time chatting with friends, and the gentleman at the front desk was very kind—thank you. Next time we’ll try the boiled eggs and dumplings too.

I was impressed by the hospitality, the in-house services, the meals, and the breathtaking scenery that looked like a painting wherever I turned. I’m truly glad I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Hakuba. Next time, I’d love to visit this Hotel again during the autumn foliage season.

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back from visiting Ise Grand Shrine. It’s within walking distance from the station, and I was able to check in smoothly with no stress. The building is undeniably old, but the Room was kept clean. The meals were very delicious. The local specialty, Atami-ni, was truly outstanding. It’s also nice that you can choose your dried fish at breakfast. Many of the staff are from overseas, but their hard work comes through, so there’s no stress. The Onsen was at a comfortable temperature and felt great. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

I stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. This time, even though it was raining due to back-to-back typhoons, it didn’t matter at all—our stay was wonderful again. I heard the interior was fully renovated about a year and a half ago, and the Room has been updated with a modern feel. It’s stairs up to around the 5th floor, but each step is low, so getting around isn’t difficult. Our two dogs get excited the moment they arrive when they like an Accommodation, and they were thrilled this time as well. They even used the provided toilet just like at home. Since they’re timid, we didn’t use the dog run. I tried three Onsen baths, and all of them were perfect—the temperature was just right. The food is simply outstanding. The sashimi is expertly prepared, and there’s more than enough overall—I couldn’t finish everything. I especially love how Shiki no Kura serves abalone, and it was truly delicious again this time. Even compared with top Hotels and Ryokan across The whole country, this place ranks among the best. Breakfast was also excellent: a selection of side dishes that anyone would enjoy paired with rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff’s guidance and conversation were great, as were their thoughtful touches in the Room. After breakfast I took a nap and checked out at 11:00—honestly, I relaxed even more than my dogs did. The building itself does feel old in places; when I wiped the floor it came up dirty. But everywhere has something these days due to staffing shortages, so it didn’t bother me. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that prices fluctuate quite a bit during Kawazu cherry blossom season and other peak times. If it were always reasonably priced, I’d make this my regular go-to (laugh). I will definitely be back again.

Because hotel prices in Sapporo surged for the Arashi concert, we decided to stay in Asahikawa. We made a Reservation at a Hotel near Asahikawa Station, and it was excellent.\nThey had manga available and drinks you could enjoy anytime, so the services were very well provided. When they learned we were staying for the Arashi concert, they even spoke to us. I would like to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time surrounded by exceptional hospitality. First, the Shuttle Service from Odawara Station to the Hotel—and of course back from the Hotel to Odawara Station—was excellent. The view from our Room was also stunning, and we were delighted by how delicious the French course dinner was in the dining room. The Onsen water quality was great, leaving our skin moisturized and smooth. My wife has had treatments at many spas, and she said the body treatment at Spa IZUMI was the most relaxing and enjoyable she has ever experienced. The staff’s high level of service and attentiveness truly reminded us why it’s Hyatt. Everything—the Room, meals, Onsen, and service—was outstanding. Thank you very much for such a happy stay.

I stayed with breakfast included and had dinner at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. I also enjoyed choosing local Hachinohe specialties at the restaurant. The bath was excellent as well. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and I was happy to receive snacks and bottled water in my Room every day. There was tea in the Room, but it would have been perfect if coffee had been available too. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

In a quiet location, the Room’s Onsen is also free-flowing, and bathing while feeling close to nature is wonderfully refreshing. Because it was the Obon season, there were no vacancies in the Room we wanted, and both the large public bath and the post-bath lounge area were crowded, which was a bit tiring. However, for a popular Accommodation at this price point, that’s understandable. Overall, we were very satisfied considering the cost. The front desk staff and the service during meals were excellent. The relaxation staff at the spa provided highly skilled treatments that felt great.

About five years ago, I stayed at your Hotel on a tour arranged by a travel agency and was deeply impressed, so I returned for personal reasons. This time, on an independent trip by private car, I was once again amazed by the magnificent building that suddenly appears along the cliffside.\nDespite the rainy season, we had a clear view over the Tsugaru Strait, and to our delight the hydrangeas were in full bloom.\nThe Onsen was also excellent. The cuisine truly reflected local Tsugaru flavors; everything was delicious, and in particular the specially ordered large abalone grilled on a ceramic plate was outstanding.\nThank you very much for your hospitality.

I have stayed at several all-inclusive accommodations before, but your Hotel truly impressed me with so many creative ideas. In particular, my grandchildren were thrilled—it was their first time making parfaits after breakfast. I had certain expectations based on Reviews and your website in advance, but it was even better than expected, and our whole family—three generations—had a very satisfying stay. All of the staff were wonderful, and we are especially grateful to the woman from Miyazaki who took care of us at dinner. I’m really glad we chose your Hotel! We will definitely come back again someday! This might be the first time I’ve given five stars across the board (lol).

I chose this Hotel because I wanted to see Head Chef Takabayashi of Kureto in person. The Room was spacious, with the bath and toilet separated, and both the bathtub and washing area were large, making it very comfortable. For dinner, I dined at Kureto hoping to meet the chef. Every dish was delicious, and the chef came to our table to greet us; we had a wonderful conversation and spent a truly meaningful time. If I come to Kure again, I would love to stay here again.

We stayed at the Nagasaki Marriott for two nights, in a Harbor View Suite on the top (13th) floor. With the summer Plan, Child Sharing Existing Bedding and breakfast were free for our child, so it was an excellent value. We also arranged a sofa bed for an additional fee (8,960 yen), and it was very comfortable. The Hotel is directly connected to Nagasaki Station, so access is outstanding. It’s easy to dine and shop at the station building, which was extremely convenient. Because we checked in late, we used room service, and every dish was high quality—we were very satisfied. In addition to Goto udon and burgers, there were plenty of kids’ menu options as well. From the room we could see large cruise ships, and the Harbor View scenery was truly spectacular. As it has only recently opened, the property is very clean throughout, and the modern, sophisticated interior design left a strong impression. The bathroom had a spacious round bathtub; the vanity had an easy-to-use double sink; and with two toilets available as well, our family stay was very comfortable. We had breakfast on both days; some items changed between days so we never got bored. Local Nagasaki specialties such as kakuni buns and sara udon were all delicious, as were the shumai. There was also a wide selection of cheeses, dried fruits, and breads. Both Japanese- and Western-style options were plentiful—something international guests would enjoy too. We couldn’t use the lounge during food service hours, but since it’s open 24 hours a day, it was nice to relax there with coffee. In terms of location, rooms, dining options, and service overall satisfaction was high—it was a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Nagasaki.

After having a great experience at the Ogikubo location, I stayed at the Shimbashi location this time. I was very satisfied with the luggage storage before check-in, complimentary drinks after check-in, late-night snacks, the bath, mist sauna, free massage chairs, breakfast, and being able to continue using the Facility until 3:00 PM even after checking out at 12:00 PM the next day.

Every year, we make sure to visit in summer as well. Right in front of you is a sandy beach with an amazing view—it feels like a private beach, and the sunsets are beautiful. Dinner is outstanding, with delicious Japanese and Western dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, wagyu beef, nigiri sushi, and dessert. There is also a carefully selected lineup of drinks every time, including wine and sake—everything is truly exceptional. Breakfast is also wonderful: herb salad, locally made sausages from a nearby farm, truffle omelet, bread, and more—every item is genuinely delicious. We are sincerely grateful. The owner, proprietress, chef—everyone is calm and welcoming, making it very comfortable to stay. It’s such a lovely Accommodation that we’d visit every month if we could. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful hospitality.

Because the bathroom and toilet are separate, the three of us were able to stay comfortably and relax. There were three beds, so we had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The shuttle bus to Hakata Station was also very helpful.

This summer, I wanted to relax in an Onsen for at least a day, so I stayed at this Accommodation located a little over an hour by train from Nagoya. Perhaps because it sits on slightly higher ground, the mornings and evenings were cooler than in central Nagoya, and I could also enjoy a beautiful night view—making for a wonderful stay. If I had brought insect repellent spray and binoculars, I think I could have relaxed even more on the balcony while enjoying the night view during the evening-to-night hours when mosquitoes are around. Next time I visit in summer, I’ll be sure to bring them. I was also very happy to be able to enjoy alcohol—white wine in my Room and a tasting of local sake with dinner. By the way, there was a slight smell when I first entered the Room (I couldn’t tell what it was), but once I started using the air purifier it didn’t bother me, so it wasn’t an issue. The Room had drinks such as coffee, sencha green tea, and herbal tea, and there was even incense prepared in the alcove—I truly had a great time.

Everything exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a very comfortable stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would be even better if there were a Shuttle Service from the nearest station.

Having stayed here before, I thought my grandchildren would love it, so we booked the villa for a three-generation stay with my daughter’s family. The moment my daughter and son-in-law walked in, they were overwhelmed by the view and exclaimed, “This is amazing!” and “It feels like the home of someone who became successful at a young age,” absolutely delighted. The grandchildren also went into the garden jacuzzi again and again, saying it was “like a pool.” When they got tired of the jacuzzi, they played at the nearby “Kaze no Buranko” swing. Because it’s a villa, you can relax without worrying about others—an ideal Facility for families with small children. The staff also provided thoughtful hospitality that anticipated our needs. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. It’s a modern-feeling Facility with well-equipped amenities. The Room is a bit small, but it was clean, and having a private toilet plus two separate sink areas was very convenient. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet in particular was excellent. With reasonable rates as well, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.
