This was my third stay. The friendly service from the young staff and the baths (especially the open-air hot spring at Sen no Mori) were wonderful, with excellent water quality. I also appreciated the complimentary drink service at dinner.

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

We stayed one night before climbing Mt. Tsukuba. It’s a little far from the cable car and ropeway stations, but that made it quiet and very comfortable. Although we arrived later than planned, they kindly adjusted the dinner time for us, and we enjoyed a delicious meal—my wife, who usually eats small portions, almost finished everything. We also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality and had a wonderful stay.

Even though I requested a memory foam pillow and blankets right before my stay, you handled it properly, which was very helpful. Thank you. On the day of my stay, the staff were efficient yet courteous, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. The Facility is not new, but it was kept very clean, and all necessary amenities were provided. The Room was larger than those at other Hotels I have stayed at so far, and above all, I felt it offered excellent value for money.

I traveled with my partner. The Hotel felt a bit old, but all the staff we passed greeted us warmly and cheerfully, which was very pleasant. They promptly assisted with the reservation call for river rafting and handled it efficiently. The meals in the morning and evening had a wide variety of dishes, were visually colorful, and used local ingredients, which I appreciated. The chicken in the hot pot was delicious, as was the rice. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Next time, I’d like to try river rafting too!

I was able to relax in a clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious Room that was easy to use. Because it was a bit foggy, we couldn’t see much of the Kanto Plain, but we still enjoyed the in-room open-air Onsen bath. We usually eat dinner early, and we weren’t kept waiting—one delicious dish after another was served at just the right pace, with plenty of variety, and we were completely satisfied. It was my first time in Tsukuba, but it’s close to Tokyo, and we were able to see beautiful flowers at the perfect time—azaleas and mountain wisteria in bloom, and nemophila at full peak. I would definitely like to stop by again when I visit Tsukuba. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here three months ago and had such a great experience that I came back again. This time, I was lucky enough to catch the seafood fair, with all-you-can-eat bonito sashimi and salmon. Everything was delicious. The large public bath was spacious, and I was able to relax both body and mind. Thank you for the outstanding value at Shikisai—I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff’s friendly greetings and thoughtful hospitality made our stay very comfortable. I finished every last drop of the soy milk hot pot at breakfast—it was delicious. I made a Reservation here to see the starry sky. Unfortunately it rained, but the nighttime lights of the Onsen town seen from our Room window were also wonderful. I was captivated by Hirugami Onsen’s silky-smooth water. Thank you very much.

At the entrance of the inn, you can enjoy drinkable hot spring water. The warm water, which has been flowing since ancient Roman times, was revered as “sacred water with healing powers.” Its energy and mineral-rich nutrients, nurtured by nature, are truly one of a kind. It feels like it supports not only your well-being but also your good fortune.

Because they cannot accommodate a large number of guests, they provided attentive service to each party. There were also guests who came just for meals, so they were busy, but it never felt hectic—truly a wonderful Accommodation. Every dish was delicious, but the portions were more than someone in their 50s could finish, so we left some. It’s best to arrive hungry.

I used this hotel for an early-morning flight, but it’s also great for a one-night getaway. Enjoy the sauna and hot stone spa to unwind and relieve everyday fatigue.\nIt’s perfect for a refreshing reset.\nThe rooms don’t feel cramped.\nWith the shuttle bus, you can plan your trip to the airport with peace of mind.

Both the Room and the bath were clean, and the staff provided pleasant service, making our stay very satisfying. Thank you very much.

The roads were less busy than expected, so we arrived earlier than planned. Check-in was smooth, and we were able to go straight into our Room. When we asked at the front desk, they promptly arranged a Shuttle Service by car to Shiojitei’s Onsen, where we could relax in a bath that sparkled like pearls. At the club lounge, the Hotel’s signature cheesecake was offered in different varieties depending on the time of day, and we enjoyed comparing the flavors. For breakfast, we were able to enjoy both the club lounge selection and dishes from Seahorse. There was an impressive variety, and each item was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. All staff members—from the front desk to Shuttle Service and lounge attendants—welcomed us with wonderful smiles. We would love to visit again.

I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, including the Hotel’s cleanliness, service, and baths. Just as the Reviews said, drinks and nuts are truly available to enjoy freely. What’s more, they are high-quality drinks and nuts. Breakfast is also of excellent quality. I also thought it was wonderful that containers are provided so you can take items back to your Room; however, since there are plenty of containers available, some guests may end up using more than necessary, so it might be worth adding a small limit on how they are used. Other than that, I think it’s perfect. I will definitely stay again.

Thank you for your hospitality. The lounge was excellent. The ochazuke and breakfast were both very delicious. The Room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights! The Room was clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the view from the window was amazing—morning sunlight streamed in, and the night view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind in the Room and contacted them. Everyone was kind, and they carefully mailed it to me later. Thank you!

I always stay here when I’m in Osaka. I understand that breakfast can’t vary much, but even over two nights the only change is swapping yakisoba and spaghetti, so I’d appreciate a bit more variety. Compared to before, the fruit has been replaced with jelly, which feels a little disappointing, but I’m always full. The spa is excellent—you can enjoy it both before and after check-in and check-out. Personally, I think I prefer the Asian zone.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. During the dinner buffet, they served a fruit plate and more, which made us very happy!! The hospitality and service deserve more than five stars. This is the first time I’ve truly wanted to stay again.

I’ve enjoyed buffet meals at many Hotels, but this Hotel’s buffet was outstanding in both taste and variety. The kids kept going back for their favorites, while I happily refilled my glass with delicious beer poured from the beer server—absolutely the best. The Onsen facilities include a scenic view bath and a large public bath, and both were uncrowded so we could truly relax. We didn’t have time to try it, but there are also two table tennis tables available for free use. It’s just a short walk to the Stone Steps Street, and there’s a convenience store right in front, so the location was excellent. Some parking areas are down a steep slope, but Shuttle Service by microbus is basically provided, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again when visiting Ikaho Onsen.
