This was my first stay here. Because it’s a little away from the busy area, the surroundings were quiet. Still, it was very convenient—about a 5-minute walk to Sannomiya Station. Arriving by car was a bit confusing due to one-way streets (haha). The Hotel parking lot was full, but I was able to park at a nearby flat parking lot right away, which was also convenient. The Hotel and its Facility were very clean. The Room was clean as well. Two things stood out: there was heavy limescale around the sink overflow, and since it’s right in sight, it felt disappointing. When I tried rubbing it lightly, it came off easily (haha), so I hope this can be addressed. The other issue was that when I lifted the bed runner, I found several short white hairs. Hair is surprisingly noticeable, and I think many guests would be concerned too—not just me. This Hotel also has a large public bath. Since I went for a morning run, being able to use the bath afterward felt great. One more thing: the Room TV shows how crowded the public bath is supposed to be, but in the morning it displayed “crowded.” I hesitated but decided to go anyway—and no one was there. It didn’t seem to be real-time information. I’ve mentioned several points, but overall I think this is a very good Hotel. If I visit Kobe again, I’d like to stay here again.

We were extremely satisfied with everything—the Facility, the Room, the meals, the staff service, and the activities. It’s perfect for families with small children, but even our group of five adults fully enjoyed the activities. In particular, the coordination among the activity staff and between the activity staff and Hotel staff was excellent, making our stay very comfortable.

I stayed here for a short trip. The Room was clean, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath. The large public bath felt wonderfully open and relaxing. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

My spouse and I go on an Onsen trip every month. This time, since it was summer vacation, we traveled with three generations of our family. The Onsen water was the best we’ve ever experienced. Minami-Izu is a bit far, but we’d love to soak in that water again.

It was my first stay in a while. Last time, it was shortly after the opening. The Room was clean and comfortable. I think it would be nice if there were a cold bath in the large public bath.

I came to spend a relaxing time with a friend. Both dinner and breakfast felt carefully prepared. The flavors weren’t too strong, and we could really taste the vegetables. It had been a while since I’d been able to enjoy both an unhurried meal and quality time with a friend. Next time, I’d like to bring my family. If you stay here, it’s best to arrive hungry—every dish was delicious, and I was already quite full just before dessert (laugh). The staff also kept a close eye on the pace of our meal, so we were able to relax without any stress. Also, the rolled omelet at breakfast is outstanding.

This was our second stay, following last year. First of all, this is the best Hotel in every way. The breakfast buffet offers gentle, comforting dishes and is delicious. I’ve traveled to Okinawa 14 times, and Ifu’s BBQ is outstanding—No. 1. The bath was great, and above all, the view from the Room and the sunrise were also No. 1. I was able to recharge with wonderful energy every morning. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, it’s very convenient, and there’s a convenience store close by—also excellent. And this time, because a typhoon was approaching, we changed our schedule, and you kindly accommodated changes to the BBQ date as well; I truly appreciated your considerate support in many ways. As last year, the staff were pleasant and wonderful. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to come back twice or three times next year… For now, we’re planning to visit next June, so we look forward to seeing you then. It became the best Kumejima trip.

This was my first time staying for one night. There were three women in one Room, and an extra bed was provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy that there is a large public bath on the top floor. All the staff were kind and very pleasant. It’s also very close to Kamaishi Station, so I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

This Hotel has truly wonderful staff. I don’t think there are many Hotels where the team is this naturally warm and friendly. It made me feel at ease. Also, the breakfast was so delicious that it surprised me. Each dish felt carefully prepared. The curry in particular tasted like it was from a specialty restaurant (or even better). I was able to relax in a spacious setting and was very satisfied. One disappointing point: when I turned on the air conditioner because of the intense heat, an unpleasant sour-smelling air blew out. I couldn’t stand it, so I opened the window and gave up on using the air conditioner. Also, a large garbage bag—apparently left outside a guest room—was left sitting in the hallway, which made me uncomfortable. (I understand staff can’t constantly patrol, so this may be more an issue of guest manners.) When I visit Kumamoto again, I would like to stay here and enjoy breakfast again, so please just address the air conditioner cleaning issue.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I stayed here while sightseeing in Shizuoka. It was conveniently located near the interchange. The Hotel and the Room were clean, and I slept soundly in the large bed and felt well rested.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. Thank you very much.

It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. We had both breakfast and dinner in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. It would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

The staff’s friendly greetings and thoughtful hospitality made our stay very comfortable. I finished every last drop of the soy milk hot pot at breakfast—it was delicious. I made a Reservation here to see the starry sky. Unfortunately it rained, but the nighttime lights of the Onsen town seen from our Room window were also wonderful. I was captivated by Hirugami Onsen’s silky-smooth water. Thank you very much.

After working in another prefecture, I checked in late at night and stayed here. The large public bath had a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was high quality—I was very satisfied. Thank you for helping me with a forgotten item at checkout. I will stay here again.

The service, amenities, and location were all excellent. Since this is a Hotel with locations across The whole country, I’ll be using Route Inn nationwide from next time! It was a pleasant and relaxing Hotel.

The Room was very clean and lovely, and I had a comfortable stay. The windows open fully, so you can really enjoy the riverside atmosphere. In the morning, I could even see boats collecting clams. It’s also close to the bus stop, making it convenient for getting anywhere. Everyone at the front desk and the cleaning staff were kind and helpful. The bathroom was clean as well, and it was very pleasant to use. One downside was that there was no luggage rack. Since I have back pain, I placed my luggage on the desk with permission, but then I couldn’t use the desk, which was disappointing. Also, not having a clock by the bed was a small inconvenience. If these points are improved, I think it would be an even more comfortable stay. That said, it’s a wonderful Hotel. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

The Room, the meals, and the rural scenery... everything was wonderful! Even travel guidance was provided, and the services were excellent, which made our trip truly enjoyable. I stayed here the night before visiting Meiji Village. The building might be a bit old, but I was drawn to the natural onsen and made a reservation. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but the bath after check-in was not crowded, so I could relax. I used the microwave to heat up dinner that I brought to eat in my room, but since someone else was using it, I had trouble until a staff member at the front desk kindly offered to warm it for me there. The room's table was a small portable one, which I've never seen even in business hotels before. Not having face towels available was also inconvenient. At the hotel where I stayed the next day, bath towels were prepared separately near the front desk; it would be nice if they could do that here as well. The staff's service overall was very pleasant and accommodating. If I stay again, I'll make sure to bring my own towels!
