Even though it was the day of the Gion Festival Yamaboko Junko parade and there were many guests, I had a comfortable stay. I went to the Onsen early, so it wasn’t crowded and I could relax. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would like to stay again.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

The unit bath was a bit small, but the Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions carefully. In addition, it was great value for money and the service was attentive; we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream. We would love to stay again next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Since we didn’t rent a car this time, we traveled by bus from Hakodate Station, but it was only a 3-minute walk from Tropical Botanical Garden-mae, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. A friend said the interior and the Room were far better than you’d ever imagine from the exterior. I believe I made a Reservation for the cheapest Room type, but to my surprise we were upgraded to what seemed like one of the best Rooms. It was a wonderful, spacious Room with a very comfortable sofa where we could truly relax. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to make a Reservation for the best Type A Room. I was looking forward to enjoying sparkling wine in the lounge, Hakodate milk soft-serve ice cream, and Misuzu Coffee—and they even had watermelon as well, which made me really happy. The soft-serve was unbelievably delicious. I don’t usually drink coffee, but Misuzu Coffee is so good that I decided to have it while in Hakodate. Being able to enjoy it as many times as you like until 10:00 p.m. is much appreciated—though my friend mentioned that in the morning there was only Misuzu Coffee. The bath is available even late at night, which is also very helpful. Even if you fall asleep after dinner and drinks, it’s great to be able to wake up and take a bath during the night. Dinner was an omakase sushi course that included fugu tatsuta-age; between the tuna selections and seasonal sushi, everything was satisfying and enjoyable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options—I especially loved the soup curry. Overall, I think this is an excellent Accommodation with courteous front desk staff and a very positive impression. Just one thing: many Hotels these days provide deodorizing sprays, but I’m sensitive to fragrances—so I would prefer not having them in the Room or used during bed-making.

After working in another prefecture, I checked in late at night and stayed here. The large public bath had a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was high quality—I was very satisfied. Thank you for helping me with a forgotten item at checkout. I will stay here again.

I was quite tired from my pilgrimage journey, but a relaxing bath and a delicious breakfast left me feeling fully refreshed, and I was able to spend the final day of my pilgrimage with a smile. For a pilgrimage trip, there’s nothing better than soothing your fatigue in the large public bath. I stayed at Route Inn for all three nights this time.

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

After the renovation, the Room was very clean and beautiful. The food was delicious, and the upgraded course had generous portions, so we were very satisfied. The rice from Fukui Prefecture is excellent. I usually eat only about half a bowl at breakfast, but I had a second serving. It was new-season rice and truly delicious. The lobby felt a bit warm. I also soaked in the bath for a long time and couldn’t stop sweating, and when heading back to the Room you have to pass through the lobby, which felt a little hot. It was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality.

From check-in, we had a very positive impression, and the rest of the staff were equally wonderful. The dining staff were all from overseas, but they served us with smiles and great dedication, and it was clear they are well trained. The food was delicately seasoned and served at just the right time to enjoy it at its best, and at breakfast we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having warm tableware. The bath was also spacious and very relaxing. We visited in midsummer this time, so we would love to return in a different season.

We stayed for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. All the staff were always smiling, and their service was polite and attentive, so we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Upon arrival, we were shown to a private room next to the lobby, where we enjoyed some tea and sweets while choosing yukata. The lobby also had books and a souvenir shop. On the rooftop terrace there was a footbath, and we could truly relax while looking out over Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains. We didn’t use them this time, but there was also a table tennis room (paid) and a kids’ room. The view from the open-air bath in our Room was amazing—I ended up soaking three times: on the first evening, at night, and again after breakfast on day two (haha). It seems they can also adjust the set temperature of the open-air bath upon request. In addition to the shower next to the open-air bath, there was also an indoor bathroom in the Room. I was happy that the hair dryer in the Room was ReFa. We had both dinner and breakfast during our stay. Both meals were served in the same private room we were shown to upon arrival. Dinner started at 18:00, and breakfast could be chosen between 8:30 or 9:00—great for someone like me who isn’t good at waking up early. Dinner included dishes such as salt-crusted grilled spiny lobster as well as lava-stone grilling of Kanagawa beef and Ashigara beef, which made it really fun. Both dinner and breakfast were truly excellent, and my girlfriend was very satisfied. The large public bath wasn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded at all—we were able to bathe almost privately most of the time. The water was milky/opaque (nigoriyu), and my skin felt pleasantly soft afterward. I’ve been to Hakone several times, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation this good. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much!

I had wanted to visit ever since I saw it on a travel TV show. The open-air bath attached to the Room was very spacious, and the Onsen water felt gentle and wonderful. The ayu (sweetfish) I tried for the first time this year was also very fresh, and the dishes made with local vegetables as well as the sake lees and fruit pudding were delicious. The staff member in charge of our Room was pleasant, and while we were having breakfast, they put away the futons and tidied everything up nicely, so we could relax with a cup of coffee. My husband and I are also talking about coming again in winter.

This was our first stay at this Accommodation, and we really liked it—the atmosphere was great, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. It’s also close to Yubatake, so getting to Yubatake in the daytime and when it’s lit up at night, as well as shopping for souvenirs or grabbing a quick drink or meal, was no problem. Since it isn’t right around Yubatake, we were able to spend the nights quietly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kusatsu.

We visited to enjoy a family vacation. THE HOUSE has wonderful taste. From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love with the ocean view stretching across the entire window. We were also captivated by the sight of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset, and couldn’t stop taking photos. There was an original photo book casually placed there, and when we opened it, inspiring words appeared, which conveyed the lovely thoughts behind this place when it was built. Since it was Golden Week, Aburatsubo and Misaki Port were crowded, but coming back felt like returning to a secluded private villa where we could truly rest and enjoy the quiet. Also, at a Hotel or Ryokan you can feel slightly rushed about breakfast times, so it was great to spend relaxed “THE HOUSE time” without that. Our dog could also stretch out and seemed very happy. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a hike on Onyujima Island and to visit the Nokasayama war ruins. It was a very well-located Hotel, close to Saiki Station and the highway bus stop from Oita Airport. The ferry terminal for Onyujima Island is also about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Leaflets for nearby restaurants were available in the Hotel lobby, and the recommended place “Toritomi” had amazing chicken tataki. This time I didn’t have enough time to sightsee around Saiki Castle, so I’d like to visit Saiki again. I’ll stay here again next time.

A wonderful Room that’s perfect for a first trip to Yokohama. It’s close to Yamashita Park, so we went for walks at night and in the morning. I was looking forward to the Minato Mirai night view, but I ended up more intrigued by the rooftop of a nearby low-rise building with a real local feel. In the morning, I was thrilled to see Mt. Fuji in the distance. The bath was spacious, and the shower felt great—completely satisfying. The amenities and in-Room coffee were just as expected. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options—it was hard to choose. I wanted to eat more, but my stomach couldn’t keep up. The parking is a tower system, but they guided us properly so we felt at ease. We were completely satisfied with everything—such a lovely Hotel!

I live in Kyoto City and chose to stay here because I wanted to enjoy an Onsen and a delicious breakfast close by without traveling far. It turned out to be an amazing stay that left me completely satisfied and thinking, “I definitely want to come back!” The charming yet elegant, almost overseas-like atmosphere lifted my spirits the moment I arrived. The door leading to the guest Room floors requires you to tap your Room key card, which felt secure and luxurious. I also enjoyed the organic drip coffee in my Room as a welcome drink, and it made me feel happy and relaxed right away. As for the Onsen—what a treat! I enjoyed it three times: in the evening, before bed, and again in the morning. I was especially happy with the complimentary beer service at the spa lounge available for bathing until 6:00 p.m. I drank about half in the lounge, then took the rest back to my Room. Sipping it while watching Kyoto’s cityscape shift from dusk into neon-lit night through the window was simply wonderful. What impressed me most during this stay was breakfast! When I entered, the receptionist greeted me cheerfully, and then all of the staff inside welcomed me with “Good morning,” which instantly made me feel excited. Even though I was dining alone, their thoughtful hospitality felt warm, and I stayed comfortable throughout. Every dish—Japanese and Western—was truly delicious. From freshly made dashimaki tamago prepared by the chef to Kyoto-style obanzai dishes and detox water, I enjoyed trying many different items little by little. The service was also excellent; they quietly cleared empty plates each time I stood up, which felt smooth and pleasant. Before I knew it, I had been enjoying breakfast for a full hour. This may have been one of the most satisfying breakfasts I've ever had. Since checkout is at 11:00 a.m., it was also a great memory that I could visit nearby Rokkakudo Temple after breakfast. This Hotel is like a hidden treasure—easy to reach by public transportation, with high-quality Onsen facilities and an outstanding breakfast that truly refreshes you. I'd love to recommend it to friends around me, and I'll definitely be back myself! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I have stayed here several times, and the Facility, meals, and the staff’s service are excellent. The shuttle bus drivers are also very kind, and the frequent service is greatly appreciated. One request for improvement: I made a Reservation for the same Room type as last year, but although it was still in Shōinkaku, last year it was in a newer building while this year it was in a different one. Even on the official website it appears to be booked under the same category, so I would appreciate an option to specify and reserve the newer building I stayed in last year. We look forward to staying again next summer.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The doorman who welcomed us was wonderful, and since we were traveling with a baby, they took great care of us—carrying our luggage to our Room and preparing a baby crib for us. We also used the bus to go to the park, and while we were waiting in the lobby, staff came over as soon as it arrived. Throughout our stay, we felt that everyone was extremely well trained and attentive. Our Room was spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options; the freshly baked bread, French toast, and beef ochazuke were especially delicious. They also guided us to seating with our child in a stroller in mind, which was very helpful. There was also a nursing room right outside the restaurant area, which made things much easier. We didn’t expect such a comfortable stay for this price point, so we felt it was an excellent Hotel. It seems there are many spacious Rooms available as well, making it a reassuring choice even for families with small children. To repeat once more, every staff member who assisted us provided warm and pleasant service. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again.
