Thank you for hosting us for the first time. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room on the top floor. It was spacious and clean—nothing to complain about. The open-air bath was also great. Since we left early, we did not have meals. We were very satisfied to stay at such an affordable rate. We would love to stay again next time.

This stay allowed us to spend our limited time in great comfort. We were able to fully enjoy the rainbow, the night view, and the beautiful scenery from our Room, and we sincerely appreciate your Hotel’s warm hospitality. The edamame bread and watermelon bread we reserved were also very well received, and my whole family was delighted. Whenever we stay in Niigata, Hotel Okura Niigata will be our regular choice of Accommodation.

I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. Thank you very much, and congratulations on your 35th anniversary!

About a 10-minute walk along the left-side sidewalk of the main road from Kanazawa Station (Kenrokuen Exit). There is no prominent signage at pedestrian eye level, so the entrance is right next to the Hokutetsu Bus stop “Musashigatsuji / Omicho Market.” Check-in starts early at 14:00. An art piece is placed on the bed in each Room, giving a luxurious feel. There is no large public bath, but the provided bath salts help you unwind. There are several coin laundry machines, and detergent is not required. Wash + dry takes about 80 minutes, from JPY 400. The machines accept JPY 100 coins only, but you can exchange money at the front desk. Check-out is at 11:00, and luggage storage after check-out is available. This Hotel sells Kanazawa Bus One-Day Passes, but Kanazawa Station and Korinbo are both within walking distance from the Hotel.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

We stayed again this year, following last year’s visit. This time, it was a 2-night, 3-day beach trip for three of us: an elderly couple and our granddaughter (first grade). Both on arrival and departure, the staff guided us in the parking lot, helped carry our luggage, and spoke to us kindly—this was extremely helpful. Working in this heat must be tough; thank you for all your hard work. The building was very clean, and the Room cleaning was thorough. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed dinner both nights while watching beautiful sunsets. The dinner style differed between the first and second nights: on the first night we had a kaiseki course featuring Murakami beef shabu-shabu as the main dish, and on the second night we had a seafood kaiseki course. Both the Murakami beef on day one and the crab on day two were excellent—our granddaughter finished her crab within minutes of starting dinner. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved even a small portion of Murakami beef on the second night as well, since it’s something you can only eat when visiting this area (though we do make use of hometown tax donations). We were originally told that dinner would be at “Kaiou” on both nights, but about 15 minutes before dinner on the second night we suddenly received notice of a venue change. The staff member apologized repeatedly; however, in a Hotel that accommodates so many guests, it actually reassured me that careful checks are being done in advance. Buffet-style dining isn’t bad, but for an elderly couple like us, having kaiseki served at just the right timing is much easier. I sincerely hope you will continue offering it. It’s also wonderful that right behind the Hotel is a beach with excellent access: after leaving the beach we could rinse off sand at the outdoor showers and head straight to the Onsen. There was even a washing machine available to rinse swimsuits—truly convenient. After soaking in the Onsen, all three of us relaxed in the lobby while enjoying complimentary Momotaro ice pops. On day two, when we asked at reception for advice so we could enjoy swimming at Sasagawa Nagare Beachline area more fully—including which beach and where to park—they kindly helped us with great care. There was also plenty of information we couldn’t get from checking with AI beforehand; combining both made our trip even more enjoyable. Local knowledge really is invaluable. On our final day as well—at our granddaughter’s request—we enjoyed swimming until mid-afternoon before rinsing off sand in the shower and saltiness in the Onsen prior to heading home. Driving back to Tokyo after swimming was tiring, but it became a fulfilling trip full of wonderful memories. If my stamina holds up, I’d love to come again next year. Thank you very much.

The staff at the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast venue were very kind and welcoming. I was traveling with an elderly person, and I truly appreciated how they pulled out chairs for us and spoke gently. This was my second stay, and I have used the restaurant several times. I would definitely like to stay again.

I booked just three days before the busy Obon period on a whim, and chose this Accommodation simply because there was a Room available. I didn’t have any particular attachment to the town of Shuzenji, either. But wow! This Accommodation is amazing! First of all, the Facilities are excellent! The sliding door in the guest room rattled a little, but that’s the only thing I could possibly complain about. Everything—the building, the Room, and the baths—was spotless. At another place we stayed in April, mold in the open-air bath really bothered me, but here there was absolutely none. Wonderful! The meals weren’t extravagantly luxurious, but each dish was truly delicious—and surprisingly filling. My family and I were completely stuffed by the end! Because of that, we couldn’t eat the late-night soba noodles, which was such a shame. I also loved that drinks (including alcohol) were available until 9:30 PM. If it were open a bit later, it would be perfect… And all of the staff were friendly and welcoming with great hospitality. Just one small thing: our attendant seemed very busy and didn’t make much eye contact, so it was hard to place additional orders during dinner. That was my only issue—otherwise nothing to complain about! I feel lucky to have found an Accommodation this satisfying. I’d love to stay again someday!

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I tried the Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and the view was pleasant with the Hokkaido Government Office Building right in front of me—perfectly comfortable even for having drinks in the Room. On the second night, since I had a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, I chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still practical to use. It was also nice that there was an ice machine on the top floor, and there were bath salts provided as well (perhaps a Superior perk). At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There’s a wide variety with lots of local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I really hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding indicator on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there ended up being a 30-party wait. After getting my young child excited and bringing them along, having to take them back to our Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and of course you can’t beat this location... Overall, this trip reminded me again that in Sapporo, Solaria is still my one-and-only choice. I’m looking forward to planning another trip next year as well.

We were completely satisfied with everything—location, Room, meals, and service. The location is outstanding, with a full view of the ocean. The newly renovated Room was spacious and extremely clean, and we enjoyed a luxurious half-day of relaxation indoors. At night, we could even watch fireworks in the direction of Atami from the balcony. The Hotel meals were also delicious. The plate for young children was prepared with gentle flavors, which felt very reassuring. Also, since I am pregnant, I asked to avoid raw foods; instead of simply cooking them through, they were served with perfectly judged heat that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We were truly impressed by such thoughtful attention to detail. There is a beach about a 7-minute walk away, and we had a great time swimming in the sea with our child (we didn’t use it this time, but there is also a pool on the property). It was an Accommodation I can confidently recommend.

All staff were very kind and welcoming, always with a smile. Since it was extremely hot, I really appreciated that the air conditioning was running well when I entered the front desk area at check-in in the evening. There was a welcome drink, and while the Hotel grounds seemed small, it was perfect for us as we were only staying overnight after sightseeing—compact and comfortable. Recently I often choose places with a large public bath, but this time there was a semi-open-air bath, so I could relax without worrying about anything and recover from my fatigue. They had a full lineup of ReFa products; outlets, cables, and towels were provided in two separate areas; it was eco-friendly with no plastic bottles; the alternative cups were easy to use; and there were water dispensers on each floor. I didn’t use them, but it also seemed possible to do laundry and drying. There is a small rooftop area where you can see Sakurajima—I was truly impressed. Great value for money, clean and well maintained, with an excellent location—this is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The August kaiseki let us really feel the season, and we enjoyed it not only for the taste but also with our eyes. The portion of meat was just right for us. We ordered sake again this time, but… when sipping it little by little, it becomes slightly lukewarm toward the end. At some Ryokan, they serve it with ice in a container of some kind. It looks refreshing, and being able to drink it cold until the very end is the best. I’m not saying you need to improve it right away, but I hope you will consider it in the future. Sorry for such a demanding comment.. We were able to have another wonderful time this time as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable. The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay. You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

It was a wonderful Hotel with a beautiful garden. The garden has a pond and is truly lovely—well worth seeing. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed plenty. They also had Shizuoka’s local specialty, black hanpen. Parking was available in the adjacent lot as well, and it cost 1,500 yen.

The sunset view was truly beautiful. We also enjoyed a very delicious meal. However, the Room toilet was small and felt cramped. We will visit again.

Because hotel prices in Sapporo surged for the Arashi concert, we decided to stay in Asahikawa. We made a Reservation at a Hotel near Asahikawa Station, and it was excellent.\nThey had manga available and drinks you could enjoy anytime, so the services were very well provided. When they learned we were staying for the Arashi concert, they even spoke to us. I would like to stay here again.

Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private dining Room, so we could relax and eat at our own pace. The service timing was perfect, and we were fully satisfied with the quality and generous portions of the meals. We also loved that they featured plenty of locally sourced ingredients. The fireworks were spectacular from the rooftop, and the open-air bath in our Room was excellent.

This was my second stay, and it felt like both the cuisine and hospitality had been upgraded even further. This time I arrived on foot, and a staff member came out to greet me from around the bridge; on departure as well, they saw me off until I was out of sight, which made me very happy. The sparklers were available last time too, and they have become one of the highlights for me. There is a pool directly below the Room terrace; at first it was quite noisy and I worried it might continue, but it gradually settled down so I was relieved. If I had to mention one thing, the Room lighting was a bit dim, and I would appreciate something like a lighted makeup mirror or a small lamp for applying makeup. Overall, it was a wonderful stay—thank you very much. I would love to visit again.

Although the discount was conditional, the original rates were not high, and breakfast was included, so it felt like a great value. The Room key used a key-lock system, so it may not be new, but everything was kept clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.
