The Room was spacious, and the kitchen was also large enough and very clean. Most tableware and utensils were provided, so we hardly needed to bring anything. The refrigerator had 2L of water and seasonings (salt, pepper, sauce, soy sauce), which we were able to use. About 30 minutes to an hour after checkout, a staff member called to let us know we had left something behind. Since it was difficult for us to return, they arranged to mail it to us. We truly appreciate their prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

The bath was large and kept clean. The Room is a bit old, but it's spacious and sufficient considering the price.

It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The price also happened to be relatively affordable, so I was satisfied. Since it’s far from both Umeda and Namba, those unfamiliar with the area might get lost, but the subway station is nearby, so you shouldn’t have any trouble getting there with just a few minutes’ walk.

It was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. The location was great, with a convenience store and drugstore nearby, so I could quickly get anything I needed. Thank you.

The budget was slightly over, but I decided based on reviews saying it’s close to Kyoto ROHM Theatre. Chion-in Temple and Yasaka Shrine were also nearby, allowing us to visit before the 11:00 AM checkout. The separate toilet and bathroom were a big plus, providing a relaxing experience that relieved our fatigue. The bed was very comfortable as well. The staff were friendly, and I would love to stay here again next time.

We stayed here as a family of three. The room was clean and well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. The shower pressure was strong, which we were very satisfied with.

I used it for the first time for a pre-trip stay. Since I was going to check in late, I contacted them in advance, and they responded politely. The Room was clean and cost-effective, and I liked that the slippers were not flimsy! I was also happy to find a coffee and water server available. However, there was a dead insect in the bathroom, which was the only negative point. When checking out, a gentleman even saw me off outside, allowing me to start my morning pleasantly! Thank you for your various courteous responses!

We stayed for 3 nights as a couple with our 5-year-old child. The room was clean, well-equipped with amenities, and we had a very comfortable stay. Since our child is small, we didn’t use the loft. We arrived on a rainy night, and the owner kindly came out with an umbrella for us, which was very thoughtful. The owner was very friendly and even gave us some miso made with spiny lobster as a treat. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you so much!

Everything was even better than we imagined—we were truly impressed! We stayed here because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could bring our dog, and the dog amenities were very well stocked, so we’re really glad we chose to stay. The illuminated cottage was beautiful, and the dog run was spacious and clean—an outstanding Accommodation in every way. We’re already talking about staying at your other locations in different prefectures as well!

We stayed as a family. The property has been beautifully renovated, well-maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to visit again.

The in-room signage and instructions were clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated that light cooking was no problem (please note there is no cooking oil, so it helps to bring a small amount). - If the guests staying upstairs check out early, you can hear cleaning and tidying noises even fairly early (likely due to the building structure). - There was no hand towel for the kitchen sink, so having kitchen paper towels or a small towel to dry hands would be very helpful. These are minor points—overall it was excellent (especially the toilet and bathroom). If I find it at a reasonable price, I’d happily stay here anytime. It’s a great place.

We requested to check in 30 minutes earlier, and the request was kindly accepted, allowing us to rest from our long drive in the room. The accommodation is equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and appliances, making it enjoyable to cook in the charming kitchen during a long stay. Delicious bread and coffee were provided for breakfast, which was very helpful. The water facilities have been renovated and are stylish yet clean. The interior retains a nostalgic retro Showa-era charm that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The owner's personality and sense of style were evident throughout the accommodation. We would love to make another reservation if we have the chance!

At first, I wasn’t sure how to check in, so I called the owner using the contact information posted at the entrance, and they kindly explained everything. The Room was kept very clean. There is no toilet in the Room, but the shared toilets (separate for men and women) were equipped with washlets, which was great. This time we bought bento meals at a convenience store and ate in our Room, but there is also a self-catering area next to the 1F entrance and a spacious dining area. If you bring rice and ingredients, you can cook rice with the provided electric rice cooker and prepare stir-fries and other dishes using the IH cooktop. Once you stay here once, you get a good sense of how things work, so next time I’d like to try cooking for ourselves. There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a two-burner IH cooktop at the 2F wash area. There was also a kids’ room where children can play. We checked in after going to Bessho Onsen for an Onsen bath, so we didn’t use the Accommodation’s bath facilities, but there are two clean shower rooms as well as a bathing area. I believe there are two washing machines available free of charge. To avoid overlapping with other guests, you can reserve a time slot by writing on the whiteboard at the entrance to the bathing area. One request: it would be perfect if there were vending machines inside Facility for juice or beer. Thanks to this very nice Facility and the owner’s warm personality, we had a memorable family trip.

This was our first overnight trip as a family after childbirth, so we chose this private accommodation considering factors like crying. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to cloudy weather, but the room was beautifully renovated and incredibly spacious for just the three of us. We would love to stay here again next time with our parents included.

We stayed for two nights as a family of three (parent and child) to cheer at our child’s tournament. Here are the good points: The living Japanese-style room was about 20 tatami mats in size, and there was an internet-enabled projector, so we could watch YouTube and ABEMA Prime on a big screen—my wife and child were very happy. Each Room had an air conditioner plus either a kerosene fan heater or an oil heater, so we had no issues with the cold. The Accommodation was pre-warmed for us in advance, which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was also quite spacious and fully satisfactory, and there was a coffee grinder—we ground beans and enjoyed great coffee. The not-so-good points: There is no curtain on the door at the entrance leading to the sauna room, so it can be seen from outside (we didn’t use the sauna). It would be nice to have basic seasonings (salt & pepper, soy sauce). It’s a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay again if we come nearby. (It felt slightly wasteful for just three people to rent.)

There is a supermarket nearby, and the provided cooking utensils and tableware are available to use, so we were able to stay very comfortably.
