I currently live in Machida City, Tokyo, but my family home where I was born and raised is near this Accommodation. Whenever I visit home, I always use this Facility’s large public bath—it’s the best!

I used it when participating in an event at Mount Adatara. The quality of the bath was good, and the coffee and other services were also nice. Although the room showed some signs of aging, overall I was satisfied. As for the room's toilet, since it is close to the living area, I would have appreciated at least a curtain or some kind of partition.

I had a pleasant trip.

It was very good. The Room was clean, and above all, the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were always smiling and very helpful, and I would like to visit again.

We stayed for 3 nights during our summer vacation trip with our child. It was our first time using smart check-in, and we were worried it might not go smoothly, but it was fine. If we visit Amami again, we’d like to stay here again. It’s conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the airport, clean, and reasonably priced—overall we were very satisfied. Summary ・The Room was very clean! Since there is no cleaning service for a 3-night stay, we borrowed a floor wiper and cleaned ourselves. ・We watched the night sky from the rooftop. It was around the full moon, so according to locals the sky was bright and the stars weren’t at their best, but it was still beautiful and felt like a special escape. ・Since we didn’t go out at night with our child, it was great that we could watch TVer, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube in the Room. ・Only a 30-second walk to the beach! We had it all to ourselves and enjoyed it fully. Even starting in the late afternoon was enough time to play, so our child didn’t get bored. It was also convenient to be able to shower before going back into the Room. The sea was so clear that we ended up buying snorkeling gear on short notice. ・There are two washing machines and two dryers. Because it’s a busy season with many guests, it was inconvenient having to wait for others to come pick up their laundry. Especially at night, if your timing is bad they can be in use no matter how many times you check. ・As other Reviewers have mentioned, there are truly very few restaurants nearby. Many places are only open during the day (e.g., until 6:00 PM), so it’s best to plan dinner in advance. The nearest convenience store is also about a 10–15 minute drive away.

I stayed here solo. Check-in was at the front desk on the first floor of the building across the street. The building where I stayed did not seem to have staff on-site, but it was reassuring that there was a front desk in the building opposite. The Room was simple, the linens were clean, and the shared toilets and bath were also clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Chino.

Stayed with my 93-year-old mother. The room and restaurant were on the second floor, and while the lack of an elevator might be a drawback for elderly guests, the staff kindly provided a wheelchair and assisted us by carrying it up the stairs. The bath was clean, with flowing hot spring water, which was excellent. The room had been renovated and was very clean; however, there were many steps inside the room that could be challenging for elderly guests (though not an issue for younger visitors). From our room, we had a view of the well-maintained garden, which I imagine would be stunning during autumn foliage season. Located within a golf course facility, there is also an impressive rock sculpture—possibly man-made or utilizing natural elements—that is worth seeing. The golf course itself is well-maintained and makes this accommodation ideal for those planning an overnight golfing trip.

I stayed here to attend a theater performance. The bed was very comfortable. Great value for money, and the movie service was a nice bonus—I ended up watching three movies.

The Facility is clean and well maintained, with thorough housekeeping. We did not order breakfast, but there is a 24-hour supermarket next door where you can buy breakfast.

During my stay at the hotel, the only staff I saw were the cleaning personnel. I recommend it for those who are not comfortable with too much attention. I think the room grade is high for the price.

I’d been wanting to stay here after a friend’s recommendation, but it was hard to get a Reservation—so I was thrilled to finally make it. Despite being in a prime location in Echoland, it offers surprisingly good value and is extremely convenient for long stays. The Room is spacious and includes a bathtub, and there’s also a shared laundry area with washing machines. The vending machines are well stocked, with prices about the same as usual. I’d definitely like to stay again.

Due to a chronic illness, I visit Tokyo Women's Medical University in Wakamatsu-Kawada. On days with early appointments, I have stayed here several times to avoid the morning rush hour in Tokyo. It’s just one station away or about 1,500 yen by taxi to Wakamatsu-Kawada, which is very convenient for my condition. Despite being close to Kabukicho in the neighboring area, it feels surprisingly safe here. The Room is spacious enough for one person and comes with all basic amenities. The microwave is particularly handy. I’ve never had any complaints about cleanliness either. All the front desk staff I've interacted with so far have been foreigners who speak polite and fluent Japanese. They likely speak their native language, English (as their first foreign language), and Japanese (as their second foreign language), which shows how hardworking they are!

I wasn’t even sure what “KKR” was at first, but I never imagined that it could be this affordable, this delicious, and this comfortable based on the price when I made the Reservation. The two front desk staff members at check-in were extremely polite, and the dining staff were truly kind and attentive both at night and in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who only value new, luxury Accommodation, but for an ordinary person like me, finding an Accommodation this satisfying for just 13,000 yen these days might be rare. I’d love to stay again someday. My heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful staff. Thank you very much.

Although the Facility is old, it’s inexpensive and close to the bars and restaurants near the station, so I was personally very satisfied. I wasn’t sure about the parking lot, but a front desk staff member kindly came outside to guide me, which was very helpful. Also, they accommodated my early departure time with the free breakfast, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much.

The staff’s courteous service was very helpful. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, but we truly appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella for an extended period, which was a great help—thank you very much. However, we would have liked the amenities to be a bit more well stocked.

We enjoyed relaxing on the large bed and watching Blu-ray movies on the big screen, and the Room was spacious with well-equipped Facilities and rental items, making our stay very comfortable. The shared kitchen space, which guests can use freely, was also convenient. If we have the chance to stay again, we’d love to bring ingredients and host a party with warm homemade dishes. Although we didn’t use them this time, there is an on-site café and excellent room service, making this a Hotel where you can truly enjoy spending time in the Hotel. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was also wonderful.

The location is convenient, with access to both the Keikyu/Toei Asakusa Line and JR Takanawa Gateway Station. Being able to choose different train lines depending on where you’re going or for work is very helpful. At Takanawa Gateway Station, there are upscale supermarkets such as Seijo Ishii and Meidi-Ya, as well as Facility options for light meals, which is convenient. Keikyu Sengakuji Station is small, but you can reach Narita or Haneda Airport directly on one line (however, there are no elevators or escalators, so carrying a suitcase up the stairs—or traveling with limited mobility—can be tough). Considering the price, the Hotel Room isn’t especially large, but it doesn’t feel too small and was more than sufficient. The bathroom and other areas were very well cleaned. I also liked that amenities aren’t excessively provided in the Room—it stays neat without waste (you pick up what you need at the front desk). For a Multiple Night Stay, daily cleaning isn’t provided, but I think it’s eco-friendly and better than having people coming in unnecessarily. You can also ship luggage from the Hotel, which is convenient when you end up with lots of work equipment or souvenirs. Boxes were available for purchase as well.
