The building feels a bit old, but the bed was spacious. On the smoking floor, the smell of cigarette smoke hits you as soon as the elevator doors open.

The Room was spacious and very comfortable, but when entering the Hotel, I had trouble because the nearby parking lot was full.

The Hotel felt very clean, likely thanks to thorough daily cleaning and regular renovations. I also think it offers great value, with satisfying complimentary drinks and late-night snacks. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance!

The Facility may be a bit old, but it is very well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their support. We would love to stay here again. We only had coffee for breakfast, but having it free with a Multiple Night Stay is fantastic.

The interior had been nicely renovated. Some trash from the previous guest was left behind, so the cleaning was a bit disappointing, but we were still able to spend a comfortable stay in the spacious Room. The Onsen also has great water. All of the staff were kind and provided courteous service. The meals were fairly standard but tasty, and we left feeling full. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed for one night as a family to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, we were able to spend a luxurious and happy time together in the spacious room and beautifully designed resort-like space. The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. My family was very pleased and said it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

We stayed here while visiting the Expo with kids. The Japanese-Western style room on the top floor required us to lay out the futons ourselves, but it was safer than beds as there was no risk of falling, allowing us to relax comfortably. The view was excellent, and having a convenience store next door was very handy. The only minor issue we had was that the sturdy table in the room had slightly wobbly legs that didn’t lock firmly in place, which felt a bit unsafe when moving it to lay out the futons. Other than that, everything was perfect! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka with kids.

I often end up booking at short notice each time. The staff are wonderful, and the Room is clean and well maintained, so I can stay comfortably. The complimentary curry rice for dinner is also delicious—it's the best. I will definitely stay again!

The cherry blossoms in full bloom seen from the open-air bath were amazing. The meals were also satisfying—great value for money.

This stay wasn’t for travel. I just wanted a comfortable place to sleep, and it was exactly that. The Room isn’t large, but there was nothing inconvenient. Most of all, I was happy the toilet had a washlet. The bath isn’t a large public bath, but it was spacious. By chance no one else was there, so I could relax and enjoy it on my own. Considering the price, breakfast was excellent in both taste and portion size. Also, drinks aren’t provided in the Room—you pick them up at the front desk—but I was surprised to find Doutor drip coffee available. There was also bottled water in the Room. The tap water did have a slight smell, so while it seemed drinkable, the bottled water was a thoughtful touch. I’ll stay again!!

This was my first stay here. The front desk staff were very courteous, which I appreciated. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity, but if I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have a choice of pillows.

Although it is in a quiet area, it was still within walking distance of the lively Shijo district and conveniently located for using the subway and buses. The room and bathroom were clean. The complimentary mineral water was also appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

I stayed on a weekday. There was no wait at reception, and I was able to go to my Room smoothly. The Room is old, but it was properly cleaned and tidy. Amenities in each Room were limited to a toothbrush, towels, and a yukata, but there seemed to be more available in the Onsen changing room. Wi-Fi works, but when I ran a speed test the download speed was around 8 Mbps. Since it was about this fast on a quiet day, I wouldn’t expect much on busy days. For dinner, I chose the charcoal-grilled seafood set. It included crab, scallops, salmon, squid, vegetables, and also sashimi. Since there was udon included I didn’t ask for it, but it seems rice is provided as well. You can also order additional dishes or sake tasting sets for an extra charge. The Onsen felt like it was privately reserved just for me. It’s a great Onsen, and being able to use one of that size alone might actually be a rare opportunity. I think I saw other Reviews mentioning cold shower water; if it’s nearly private-use only, the pipes may have cooled down due to low usage. For about one minute only cold water came out, but after that it worked normally. The sauna did not seem to be available due to COVID-19 prevention measures. Overall, considering the Accommodation Fee level (value for money), this Hotel offers high satisfaction with dinner, breakfast (included), and the Onsen—great cost performance/value for money overall. The Facilities are somewhat dated throughout which is slightly noticeable; aside from that point my satisfaction level was high.

The Room is equipped with a microwave, making it very convenient. Rooms facing the road may have noise from cars and trucks. The Room is more spacious and comfortable compared to a typical Business Hotel, but it would be more accessible if the price were slightly lower.

I booked a mixed-gender dorm this time, but the Accommodation kindly prepared a private room with a lock for me. The snoring from the guest right next door was a bit loud in the middle of the night, but that wasn’t the Accommodation’s fault, and I really appreciated their consideration. (If you’re sensitive to noise such as snoring, I recommend booking a fully private room—it costs a little more.) Amenities were well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. I used a discount coupon for the attached “Ramen Masago” at dinner, but since I wasn’t very hungry this time, I chose gyoza instead. Delicious and recommended. (Next time I might try the ramen too.) They also provide public bath tickets, and the building was clean and comfortable, so I could enjoy hiking the next day in great condition. There’s a supermarket nearby, and there’s also a spacious parking lot across from the Accommodation—overall great value for money. I’d like to stay again when I’m in this area. I was able to secure a Reservation by arranging early. It was reasonably priced, the breakfast was delicious, and having a parking lot was very convenient.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive when my child accidentally broke a glass in the Room, which left a lasting impression on us. Another staff member also provided detailed explanations about the dishes during our meal and engaged with the children, making them feel comfortable despite it being a busy holiday period. The service from all staff members was exceptional. Breakfast included self-serve rice and miso soup with free refills, and the miso soup was especially delicious. There were rabbits in the lobby that we could pet and hold, which delighted the children. Thanks to this experience, we had an enjoyable Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much! We heard that new animals will be added soon, so we look forward to visiting again!

The Room was clean and comfortable. I received a boxed breakfast, checked out right away, and ate it on the Shinkansen. Since it’s close to the station, I stayed here for an early morning departure, and the boxed breakfast helped me make good use of my time.

Stayed here for the second night after spending the first night at a pension in Kurumayama. The lakeside Japanese-style room was clean and had everything we needed. The Onsen bath was truly amazing. Due to lack of prior checking, we found out that the attached restaurant was closed for dinner that evening. In the morning, we enjoyed a bakery breakfast box at a lakeside table. The bread and scones were delicious, and the honey was exceptional!
