We stayed on a Plan with dinner and breakfast included. There were a few issues with dinner, but we are grateful that the front desk staff handled everything properly. The Facilities are old, but it’s a Hotel where the people make up for it. Breakfast was also good, with just the right amount of food.

This time as well, I stayed at Garage R9 for two nights and used it for a golf trip. The Room is always clean, so I can stay with peace of mind. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. I would like to stay here again next time.

This time, I am using the accommodation for business purposes. It includes two meals. Dinner consists of various ingredients served in small portions on individual plates, each with excellent seasoning that enhances the dining experience. Unlike typical buffets where you serve yourself and may end up taking too much and leaving leftovers, here each plate is perfectly portioned, allowing you to choose your favorites and enjoy them fully. If you visit Ehime, I highly recommend staying at Uwajima Park Hotel with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel also features a clean public bath where you can stretch out and relax comfortably. We visited this accommodation for our first trip with our beloved dog. The family running the place are dog lovers and warmly welcomed our pet from the moment we arrived. Despite being an accommodation exclusively for guests with pets, it was impeccably clean, and there was no noticeable odor at all. Thoughtful considerations for staying with pets were evident everywhere, including a clear explanation of guidelines upon arrival to ensure mutual respect among guests. The warm, carefully prepared meals allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. The property features a dog run and walking paths behind the building; unfortunately, as we only stayed one night this time, we couldn’t fully enjoy them—something we regret. We definitely plan to visit again for a longer stay next time. Regarding meals, they kindly inquired about allergies in advance. Although no one in our family has allergies, we forgot to mention some food preferences but were grateful for their prompt adjustments. This is truly an ideal accommodation for traveling with your furry family members!

Perhaps because it was a former karaoke Facility, it was very quiet, and I was able to spend my time peacefully. There was a slight draft, but I think it was within an acceptable range. For those who feel cold easily, a blanket was also separately provided in the Room. The pillow was high, so it would be nice to have a lower option available as well... There were significant security concerns, such as the door not being locked during the designated locking hours or being left wide open. During my stay in the cold season, I had to close the door multiple times. Overall, I was satisfied.

I stayed for one night over the weekend with my dog. The interior design and facilities were excellent, and the meals provided were delicious. I was able to relax as if I were at home. My dog wandered around sniffing everywhere, which made me a bit worried about accidents (though he was wearing a diaper). One concern I had was that the flooring felt quite sticky, possibly due to the rainy weather on that day. When I tried wiping part of it, the cloth turned completely black. It gave me the impression that the floors hadn't been cleaned during housekeeping. Seeing how dirty the cloth became left me feeling a bit disappointed.

No complaints. - Bath The night view from the open-air bath was beautiful. It was a bit disappointing that the shower water pressure dropped a little halfway through. - Room The room was spacious, with air conditioning and a stove in each room, making it warm enough to spend the night. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no washroom or toilet in the room, but it was acceptable. - Thoughts It seemed like there weren't many guests, so it would be nice if it was more lively...

We stayed with 8 adults and 4 children. The interior was stylish, very clean, and had a sense of cleanliness. The best part was having three rooms with beds and one tatami room, allowing each family member to have their own private space. The beds were fluffy and comfortable, making it easy to relax. However, because the design was so stylish, the open staircase made us worry about children falling from behind the sofa. We placed items at the entrance of the stairs to prevent children from going down alone and managed accordingly. Other than that, we had a very relaxing time. We would love to stay here again as a family! The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained! As for the grill, perhaps due to our setup error, its heat was weak so we ended up using a hot plate to cook meat instead.

It was a wonderful and memorable stay.

Perfect for arriving in Ishigaki at night and departing the next morning! The ferry terminal is right in front, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants open late. Our older kids were thrilled—excited by how clean and spacious the Room was, and by the atmosphere of the town. We’d definitely love to stay again!! Thank you so much.

I stayed here on a business trip from Tokyo in early July. It’s about 1,200 yen by taxi from the airport. The Room was clean and comfortable. Within a 2-3 minute walk from the Hotel, there are MaxValu, Yoshinoya, FamilyMart, McDonald's, and other dining options, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included, and I enjoyed an omelet rice at a nearby internet café. It was delicious (not buffet-style but a fixed menu). I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity. The accommodation is in a great location to enjoy the morning atmosphere and charm of Osaka's Dotonbori entertainment district during a morning walk or at checkout. It is slightly away from the city center, ensuring a quiet environment. Despite being during the final holiday period of the Expo, it was available at an affordable accommodation fee. I made a last-minute reservation the day before and stayed here. Although I arrived just in time for check-in, I was warmly welcomed, leaving a very good impression. The amenities were well-equipped, including a washer-dryer with detergent and a stand, which was very convenient for families with children! However, the filter cleaning light turned on quickly, which was concerning. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with plates, cups, and cutlery. Each room had air conditioning, making the stay extremely comfortable. Since the facility is surrounded by nature, there were large spiders and ants around; however, insect repellent was provided. Although this stay was unplanned due to sudden circumstances, I’m glad I chose this accommodation. I would love to stay here again!

I had planned to arrive at 3:00 PM and enjoy the bath, but my phone suddenly broke that day and I couldn’t get in touch. I didn’t arrive until after 7:00 PM. The front desk staff were worried about me, and even checked whether I might be hungry and needed dinner. On top of that, they upgraded my Room. The Ryokan is a bit old, but it’s kept very clean, and the radon Onsen was wonderful. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay with meals included. The front desk staff’s kimono attire and attentiveness, along with the atmosphere of the building and garden—full of charm and a nostalgic Showa-era feel—were all lovely.

I requested the Shuttle Service, and everyone was very kind, including on the phone. It was my first time trying lukewarm bathwater, but afterward my skin felt smooth and I stayed warm—it was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was delicious and far more than I could finish; I wished I had asked for a smaller portion. For breakfast, the miso soup and rice were especially good. The place had a comforting mix of nostalgia and warmth, and it was truly relaxing.

I booked this place for my husband to stay after a reunion with his classmates. I had some questions and called, and the response was very polite. When writing a review, I shared my impressions. I had some business in Fukuoka and was looking for a place to stay. I found this place where I could relax and enjoy an onsen away from the city. The retro atmosphere and the friendly staff at the front desk allowed me to fully enjoy a leisurely time after a long while. The onsen and sauna were spacious and relaxing. We truly appreciated your kind support during our trip, such as storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Below are my comments for each item. Guest Room & Amenities The room felt a bit dated, but it seemed very well cleaned. However, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas. I would appreciate it if you could pay extra attention to this during cleaning. I was very satisfied with the amenities. I was also grateful that the gown and towels were replaced with fresh ones on the second night. I would prefer a slightly softer toothbrush bristle, but considering the cost performance, it is understandable. Hospitality & Service There was no excessive interference, yet all staff were very kind. Onsen / Bath As mentioned in the Guest Room section, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas, so I rated this 2 stars. Facility & Equipment There was nothing in particular that bothered me. Dining We did not dine at the Hotel during our stay, but we had lunch there after check-out. We ordered the daily lunch set and steak. Everything was delicious, and we were able to end our trip on a pleasant note. Overall Satisfaction This was my first trip to Nagasaki, and since it is close to Gotomachi Station as well, it was an excellent Hotel as a base for sightseeing. With various tourist spots raising prices from April 1 onward, this Hotel still offered great cost performance. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.
