After checking in and leaving my luggage, I returned from shopping and opened the curtains, only to find a building wall right in front of me—I couldn’t see outside or the sky at all, and it felt like a storage room. Since I was staying for three nights, I didn’t like that, so I called the front desk to request a Room change. They responded immediately and moved me to a Room where I could see outside and the sky, which was a relief. The next day when I came back from going out, it felt unsettling as if someone had been in the Room. When I checked, only the towels had been replaced and the trash removed—so it was clear staff had entered—but there was no proper bed-making; the pillows were just stacked, and my pajamas were still on the floor. It made me very uncomfortable. I told the front desk but received only a brief apology. Apparently I should have put up “Do Not Disturb” on the door, but I wish they provided cards such as “No Cleaning” or “Do Not Enter.” Breakfast changed slightly each morning with different side dishes; there was just the right amount of salad and other items—not too much or too little—and it tasted better than at similar hotels. For this rate with breakfast included, it felt like good value. The Room was compact but comfortable enough to relax with a double bed. Although I had some complaints, overall my stay was comfortable, and I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.

The twin room was designated for smoking, and while electronic cigarettes were said to be allowed, the smell was quite strong. It seems that someone might have been smoking regular tobacco. As a smoker myself, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Great location, easy to get around, and good value for money. The Room was quiet, and I’d like to stay again. The amenities were a bit lacking for women.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

This Hotel mainly caters to guests with No Meals Included plans, but the Rooms are clean and comfortable. The lounge has a coffee machine, tea bags, a microwave, and plastic wrap, so you can prepare a simple meal. About a 3-minute walk away, there is a roadside station and a bathing Facility; from 8:30 a.m., you can also enjoy a morning set meal and buy freshly baked bread. This Hotel offers excellent value for money.

The building is old, but the Room, bath, and other areas were kept very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very kind both at night and in the morning. Breakfast felt like a typical Hotel breakfast, but it was fun to cook my own fried egg using the toaster oven. The free dinner at night—curry, rice bowls, ochazuke, mini ramen, soft drinks, and more—was truly impressive! It helped me a lot!! The curry with large pieces of vegetables was home-style and very delicious. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night before visiting my aunt in Narutō. I walked to the Hotel from Togane Station. It was easy to find along the main road, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location for meals. The Room was spacious enough for one person, clean, and quiet. I had no issues during my stay.

We stayed comfortably with three people. Breakfast offered more variety than we could finish, and we were very satisfied. Dinner was no problem at all, as AEON Mall is a 5-minute walk away.\nThe large public bath was clean. It wasn’t very big, but it was well maintained.

Because my university entrance exam was on a weekday and the location was far away, I stayed here for the exam. My schedule wasn’t confirmed until the last minute, so I booked the Room as two separate one-night stays (two nights total). Normally I would have had to check out once, but they kindly accommodated my request and allowed me to stay in the same Room for a Multiple Night Stay. I was able to study calmly before the exam, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very courteous. There were complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the ice-cold draft beer was excellent. The Room was spacious and had a massage chair, so I could relax, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when I tried to operate it, it turned off. I filled the in-room Onsen right away and enjoyed a very pleasant bath, but my parent, who has difficulty walking, said the step was high and felt scary. Since everything is flat around it, I thought a handrail would make it safer. I understand this may be difficult as it is not barrier-free. I was looking forward to dinner. Everything was delicious, including salt-grilled ayu and chicken hot pot, and even the white rice was excellent. The children’s lunch plate was also generous in portion size, and my child happily bit into a big fried shrimp. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My child’s dessert (a mousse-like item topped with fruit) that came with the lunch plate was taken away partway through for some reason. Since I happened to be on the phone at that moment, I wondered why. After that, as if nothing had happened, the removed dessert was served to an adult instead, and jelly was placed for my child. I assumed it had been a mistake, but I believe an explanation should have been given. Taking something once served to one person and then serving it to someone else seems inappropriate etiquette-wise. At the very least, some explanation when bringing out the jelly for my child would have been appreciated. Overall it is a wonderful Accommodation; only the dinner service response bothered me. Thank you very much.

The TV was a great size and positioned for easy viewing, so I was able to relax while watching Netflix and YouTube. Thank you very much.

I was looking for an affordable Hotel in Hakodate with a large public bath. I wasn’t expecting much—No Meals Included was fine—but it turned out to be better than I thought. The building is old, but guests can use the hot stone sauna for free, and towels and loungewear are provided. Water is also available with cups provided. (Non-guests: 2,500 yen!) It was a Friday, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves. There were also free full-body massage chairs (I heard there weren’t any for men). You can also make Misuzu Coffee for free in the 1st-floor lobby and take it back to your Room. On the 1st floor, you can fill a container with your preferred shampoo and conditioner to take with you. Free late-night soba is also available. I’d like to stay here again next time.

First stay. Everything was average, neither good nor bad. I used the onsen late at night and early in the morning, and it was empty, so I had it all to myself. The water temperature was perfect, and I was very satisfied. It was disappointing that there was no shop and the selection of souvenirs was limited.

Conveniently located right in front of the station and reasonably priced. It was also great to Earn Points with APA Hotel.

There are many dining options nearby, and a convenience store is just around the corner. The Hotel front desk staff were kind, and the Room was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The entrance has a charming atmosphere and feels very historic. The hallway to the dining Room and the Room itself showed some age, but the Room had been renovated and was very clean. The meal included not only what was initially served but also additional dishes that came later, making it almost impossible to finish everything. The Shimane beef steak was incredibly tender and surprising. Although I was disappointed that the nodoguro fish came as fillets instead of whole with its head as shown in photos, it turned out to be about one whole fish's worth of fillets, which left me very satisfied. I regretted eating in the wrong order since I was so full! (laughs) Breakfast was also delicious, and I finished every bite. I visited some sightseeing spots recommended during checkout. The sightseeing boat at Matsue Castle was super fun! With Izumo Taisha nearby, the location is excellent, and even the event held in front of the Ryokan added to my enjoyment. I definitely want to visit again! The only thing that caught my attention a little was the floor in the dining Room (laughs).

I stayed here five years ago and had the chance to return again this time. With restaurants and a supermarket just a 1-minute walk away, the location was perfect for dining. The breakfast included was also a great perk—I could eat my fill from the morning. The room was clean as well! I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

We stayed for three nights as a family of three. The Room was very cute, and we loved the colors—they suited our taste perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The staff were very friendly and kindly responded to our questions and requests, which made our trip even more pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This was my third stay. The Room was spacious, and the bathtub was wide and easy to use. It may depend on the Room, but I was able to relax. However, the alarm clock was broken, so I borrowed one. It helped that I could return it to the front desk at check-out. Please fix the alarm clock. It rained for three days, but since it’s a 20-second walk from the station, I didn’t get too wet even with a flimsy umbrella. I’d like to stay again next time.
