Spacious room, thorough cleaning, delicious meals, and the staff maintained a good sense of distance, which I appreciated. I thought it would be nice if the room had a brighter (even with bright lighting) area. However, it was very difficult to get into the bathtub. I am 160 cm tall, which I think is average, but even so, I was afraid my feet might get caught. I only got used to it during my Multiple Night Stay. It might be impossible, but could you somehow make it easier to get in? That was the only disappointment.

We stayed at Waku, a place we had long wanted to visit. A luxurious private rental of an entire house. My spouse and I enjoyed a peaceful, quiet time. We were also deeply moved by the guest-only prayer service and temple viewing. The person who guided us was warm and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. We also learned more about Mii-dera Temple, making it an unforgettable experience.

I’ve stayed at many Ryokan, and the baths here were outstanding. We chose it at the last minute, but it was absolutely the right decision. From arrival to departure, every staff member was genuinely caring, and the Room was spotless down to every detail—it really felt like everything is thoroughly cleaned. As for the meals, I truly appreciated how thoughtfully you accommodated my allergies. This has become an Accommodation I’d love to return to. The meat-focused dishes were excellent, and the lava-grilled course was especially wonderful and delicious. It was very comfortable, and I could truly relax. I’m grateful we had the chance to stay here. We’ll visit again. Thank you very much.

I suddenly planned a road trip across Kyushu, driving north from Kagoshima, and decided to stay overnight along the way. Since it was a carefree trip, I hadn’t even chosen where to stay the next day. While traveling day by day, I thought I’d like to stay in Aso too, so I made a same-day Reservation around 11 a.m.! At first, I was worried because there were zero Reviews on the booking site, but it seems they had just opened, so it made sense. It mentioned that this was before the grand opening and asked for some understanding—but there was nothing to worry about. The staff service was solid. It felt reassuring—just what you’d expect from Kyoritsu Resort. After arriving: draft beer in the lounge! Freshly ground coffee! It really soothed my tired body. You can see Mt. Aso right in front of you. Dinner was relaxed in a spacious setting. The food service felt a little slow, but that also meant we could enjoy our wine at an easy pace, which was nice. The pasta in particular was delicious—I wanted more. The Room had a double bed—though it felt more like queen or king size (about two semi-doubles pushed together). Two of us slept comfortably without any issues. For the Onsen, there are three private rooms as well, so even mixed-gender groups can enjoy it together. Still, the open-air bath at the large public bath with its spectacular view of Mt. Aso was exceptional—we only used one private bath once. Overall, I felt that while Reservations are still easy to get right now, this place is a hidden gem! We really enjoyed our stay!

I had such a wonderful stay that it made me want to leave a Review—even though I usually don’t write them. From the moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by a subtle oriental fragrance, and the refined design still let me feel the history of Miyazu throughout the space. In the guest Room, instead of a TV or clock, there were items like an iron kettle, matcha bowls, and a bamboo whisk—so you can make tea yourself. I also loved seeing books on the display shelf that were clearly selected to suit Miyazu’s local character. In this quiet space, listening to the sound of water coming to a boil, I could lose track of time and truly tune in to my body and mind. Personally, my favorite feature was the loom in the lobby. The staff told me that “as each guest weaves a little at a time, it gradually becomes one piece of fabric.” They even let me pass the weft through twice—I can’t wait to see how it turns out! The contrast between the simple, sophisticated atmosphere and the warmth of the staff—who kindly shared so much about Miyazu—was wonderful. Apparently each Room has different tea utensils and book selections; I’d love to stay in another one next time. I’ll definitely be back in Miyazu!

I stayed one night in Ueda while traveling from Tokyo to Kanazawa. It looks far more stylish than in the photos. I expected a renovated Hotel in an older building, but I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, and I also loved the calm atmosphere of the Room. On top of that, the large public bath and sauna were truly outstanding. Every item at the attached bakery looked delicious, and quite a few people came just to buy bread. This is a highly satisfying Hotel that makes you want to stop by Ueda whenever you visit the Nagano area. Because I hope it continues to become an even better Hotel, my only request is this: while I was happy with the breakfast bread selection at the restaurant, I’d like to see a bit more effort put into both the dinner menu and some of the finer details.

Both hosts were very welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. The facility and amenities were very clean and comfortable. The view from the window was amazing, and exploring the area with the bicycles provided was a great experience. It was a lovely accommodation that makes us want to stay again.

The weather was cloudy and rainy, so we could only catch a glimpse of the majestic view of Mt. Fuji, which was a bit disappointing... The location would have been amazing on a clear day. Since it was an entire villa, it felt like staying in a private vacation home and was very relaxing. Personally, I found it very convenient that there was a washing machine and the bathroom had a drying function. The meals were also delicious. Above all, the staff were kind and efficient in their service, which made our stay even better. Thank you for taking care of us!

One of the few high-quality accommodations in Shikoku. It preserves tradition, adds an artistic essence, and combines a warm, homely atmosphere. Thank you for welcoming us to such a wonderful residence. With heartfelt gratitude, we look forward to visiting again.

I had the opportunity to use a vacation rental for the first time. At first, I thought it was expensive, but considering the recent rise in hotel prices, I decided to indulge a little and made a Reservation. The property featured an indoor bath, outdoor bath, sauna, cold bath, kitchen with an iron plate grill, fireplace, sound system, TV, and three bedrooms. We bought fresh ingredients at a nearby market and enjoyed delicious steak and teppanyaki dishes. Lighting the fireplace and gazing at the flames were experiences that are hard to come by in daily life—it was truly blissful. However, please note that some parts of the sauna can get quite hot; be cautious with temperature adjustments. Highly recommended for couples or partners looking to break out of routine!

I stayed at Oriental Kyoto Rokujo during my time in Kyoto. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere throughout, was very well cleaned, and made for a truly comfortable stay. The guest room was simple yet functional, with a streamlined layout that felt relaxing and allowed me to rest well after a full day of sightseeing on foot. What stood out most was the staff service—kind and attentive without being overbearing—which made the stay feel reassuring. The entire Hotel was quiet, and I think it’s a great place to enjoy the serene pace that feels so characteristic of Kyoto. It’s convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station and easy to use. Overall, including the customer service, it was truly excellent. The breakfast was also wonderful, but I felt it was a bit wasteful as I couldn't eat much in the morning. Considering this, the breakfast price seemed higher compared to other prefectures, so I thought it would be nice if there were more affordable options even if they were less luxurious. Looking around, some guests only had bread and coffee. Also, the Accommodation Tax of 400 yen was new to me and felt unexpected; perhaps it was mentioned during the reservation process, but I felt slightly at a loss about it.

On short notice, we decided to watch the women’s golf tournament in Karuizawa on the 14th and 15th, and while looking for a Hotel, we found this one in Sakudaira—just 8 minutes away by Shinkansen—so we made a Reservation right away. After the tournament, we took the Shinkansen to Sakudaira! We were lucky to find seats even in the non-reserved car. After exiting the ticket gates, we headed to the Hotel on foot while taking a little walk around—about 7–8 minutes, I think. It seems there was also a free Shuttle Service! When we arrived and went to the front desk, a very pleasant female staff member explained everything carefully, which left a great impression. I later learned that it had only been open for about two months, so everything was spotless and brand-new. The lounge drinks were delicious as well! The Room was more spacious than expected, with a great layout and very comfortable. The unit bath was also easy to use. There is an Onsen Facility on the first floor, and it was incredibly relaxing! It’s very clean, and the water temperature felt just right. They even had ice pops after your bath! We had reserved dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant, but the Hotel restaurant was also open—maybe because it was during the Obon holiday period? The breakfast buffet the next morning had a great balance of Japanese and Western options, and everything tasted wonderful. After check-out, another very pleasant male staff member gave us a Shuttle Service ride to the station. The area around the Hotel is beautifully maintained, and it feels like a new townscape is being developed. We had such a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to all of your staff. We will definitely come again—next time with a round of golf included!

The location was excellent. Since we traveled by car, having a parking lot was very helpful. There were plenty of family restaurants, restaurants, and bars nearby for dinner, so we had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was also a convenience store close by. Breakfast was served in a Japanese-style room with a buffet, and we enjoyed the variety. The food was very tasty and not bland at all. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The Room was spacious and felt clean despite being older. The large public bath had quite hot water, which might be a bit much for children. It was a very good Accommodation. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

We traveled with our 1-year-old child, and the staff warmly welcomed us. Their hospitality was kind and excellent. The building is old but well-cleaned, and the public bath, though small, was very clean. The meals were delicious. We chose the most affordable dinner course, yet it was luxurious in content and satisfying in both quantity and taste. Located conveniently in Kyoto city, it's a great spot for a short walk or exploration nearby. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed as a family of three. Being close to the earthquake-affected area gave us a lot to think about. The ocean view from our Room was truly moving. Everything throughout the Facility was kept very clean, and it was so relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were made with fresh ingredients and were very delicious. The sushi was excellent as well. We would love to stay again.

Thank you for your hospitality! The room I stayed in did not have a toilet or bath, but it was not inconvenient as the toilet was next door. There was no elevator, but since it was on the second floor, it was not a problem. The main building was very close, and I enjoyed the open-air bath while viewing Amanohashidate, and the Onsen was great. It was very satisfying as it was close to the station and I could stay for half the price of the main building!
