I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during the Lantern Festival. Since accommodation prices are high during this season, staying at a guesthouse was a very cost-effective option. The Property is conveniently located near Shinchi Chinatown, and the unmanned check-in system made late arrivals hassle-free. The Facility was clean and comfortable to stay in. Although the bath was a shower room, it was very helpful to warm up my body after getting wet during the rainy Gunkanjima tour. There were many young people, and I couldn't tell if they were friends or had become acquainted at the Property, but they were chatting about how "the rice flour bread is delicious" while eating bread from the fridge. I bought soup and other items from the convenience store in front of the Property and enjoyed the bread as well. There were also many international guests, and some spoke to me in broken Japanese, making the living room a place for interaction. I felt it had a clean and warm atmosphere. Although I had used guesthouses before, this was my first time in a shared Room, and I was worried about noise issues. However, everyone seemed to be considerate and quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly. That said, around 4 a.m., loud music played for a few seconds from the bed below, and I couldn't sleep after that. It made me feel like crying, and the trip became physically challenging for me. This is purely a matter of luck, and shared Rooms may or may not suit different people. I realized that shared Rooms are not for me.

This was my first stay here. The building itself had a charming sense of history, but everything inside was thoroughly cleaned, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. At another Onsen Ryokan where I stayed before, I noticed a musty smell in the hallways, so this level of cleanliness alone made me glad I chose this place. There was also coffee service, and it was delicious. There were plenty of restaurants toward the station within walking distance, so we were able to enjoy dinner without any trouble. We had breakfast at the Accommodation, and when I asked where to dispose of empty cans and plastic bottles from the Room, a breakfast staff member kindly took them for us. Their warm words made for a pleasant start to the day along with a great meal. When we checked out, they even took a commemorative photo for us at the entrance—every staff member was wonderful. Next time, I’d like to stay with dinner included. It was an Accommodation we were truly satisfied with.

The ocean stretches out right in front of you, and the sunsets were so beautiful they felt truly cleansing. All of the staff were kind, making this a very comfortable Accommodation. Above all, the meals were delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood—an unforgettable, happy time. We’d love to come back again soon to relax.

Since it was a meal on the mountain, I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food and the service were both excellent. It was a shame the weather was cloudy, but we were more than satisfied nonetheless. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here after watching a video introduced by a YouTuber. Since it was during the Expo period and prices in the city center had surged, I chose this Accommodation a little farther out. The staff were kind and taught me various things about the town. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but I paid to visit Ebisu-yu. As someone who loves public baths, Ebisu-yu had Showa-era pop songs playing and the atmosphere was fantastic! I grabbed breakfast at a convenience store. In the Room I stayed in, the shower was shared with other guests. There is a women’s shower on the second floor, and while it can be locked from inside, if no one is using it, honestly anyone could enter. That made me feel a bit uneasy about security. The toilet area in the Room has a sink and mirror, but because the walls are dark and the lighting is like a spotlight, it wasn’t suitable for doing makeup. The price is reasonable, so I think these issues are within an acceptable range. If I stay again next time, I’d like to book an entire building rental.

I have stayed here three times in a row since the year before last. First of all, having an Onsen on site makes all the travel fatigue disappear. I usually stay for 3 nights and 4 days, and I request daily housekeeping every time, so I was able to spend my stay very comfortably. When I asked the front desk for directions, their explanation was very clear and helpful. Not only the front desk staff, but all staff members greeted me properly as well. I could almost say, “This is my regular Accommodation.” If I know anyone going to Sapporo, I will definitely recommend it.

I stayed on the 6th floor for over a week. For some reason, only the 6th floor has an ice machine, a microwave, and vending machines. Also, perhaps because it’s a middle floor, the elevators seem designed so that one is always waiting on the 6th floor. I felt a bit sorry for guests on other floors, but I was glad to be on the 6th. The bath is available from 5:00 a.m., and breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m., which was great because it helped me get ready early for work. At this Business Hotel, having dinner included free of charge is one of its signature features. I was very satisfied.

Dinner was carefully prepared down to each dish. Breakfast was also delicious, just like a classic Ryokan breakfast. The bath was spacious, and I could relax and take my time. This is an Accommodation I’m very satisfied with and would recommend.

Although it is a little away from the Samurai Residence Street, this is a nice Hotel with a calm atmosphere. The interior, paintings, and other furnishings were tasteful and matched the samurai residence style well, adding to the experience. For dinner, we had Reserved in advance at a recommended restaurant listed on the Hotel website and were able to get a table, but it seemed same-day Reservation was not available—so if you plan to Reserve, we recommend making a Reservation ahead of time. It was a wonderful Hotel where you can enjoy just the right amount of sightseeing 분위기.

I stayed in a tent, but having a bath at the front desk was very helpful for freshening up. I will use it again. The deck site was too large for solo use, but the flat floor and protection from the rain were great.

The necessary amenities, including a bidet toilet, were provided, and the Room was clean.

Overall, it was a comfortable Accommodation. What I especially liked was that they lent me a wheelchair, and the hallways were wide enough that I didn’t have to worry about passing others. The front desk and dining staff all greeted us with smiles, and they also seemed considerate about clearing dishes from other tables as quietly as possible. The path from the indoor bath to the open-air bath was made of non-slip material and easy to walk on. What I felt could be improved was that it took quite a long time for hot water to come out of the taps in the washing area of the bath. As for the meals, personally, at an Accommodation in this mountain area, I would have preferred something more local rather than sashimi made with ocean fish… (The sashimi was delicious.) It’s an Accommodation I would like to visit again.

With Akita-machi just nearby, you won’t have trouble finding places for dinner. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The Room was very clean, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Since it’s an internet TV, it was slightly inconvenient to check live news and weather forecasts in real time, but if you usually use streaming TV, it probably won’t bother you. We traveled by car, so the free parking was greatly appreciated.

The Room was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the view from the window was wonderful. We didn’t use the large private bath, but the bath in the Room was excellent and more than enough for us. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. (This may just be personal preference, but I would have liked it even more if the main course at dinner hadn’t been acqua pazza—it felt like a bit of a waste of such good ingredients.) The dried horse mackerel at breakfast was exceptionally tasty.

The spacious and clean Room was very relaxing. I don't think I've ever been this satisfied with a Business Hotel before. It was perfect! I would definitely like to stay again.

It is located very close to the Tanegashima Space Center. The pink building stands out. The building and Facility feel a bit old, but everything seems clean. There is no large public bath; you use the in-room bath, but the shower has good water pressure and the tub fills with hot water quickly. I stayed in a twin Room, which was relatively spacious and had a balcony. The view is wonderful, with an elephant watering area right in front of you. There are no USB sockets in the Room, so you will need a power adapter/plug. Perhaps because there were few guests, breakfast was served as a set menu: Western-style Eggs Benedict on the first day, and Japanese-style on the second day with chicken rice (Keihan). I also requested dinner: a Western steak course on the first day and a Japanese shabu-shabu course on the second day. All meals were delicious. The selection of alcoholic drinks also seemed fairly good. The staff provided pleasant service, and I had a great stay.

It was great. I stayed at the accommodation for the first time in 1 year and 3 months. The room I stayed in was a smoking room, so the smell of cigarettes was noticeable, but since I chose that room knowing this, it couldn't be helped. However, it would be nice if all rooms became non-smoking! There is also a smoking area outside. I used the private onsen bath about five times. For dinner, there was an all-you-can-drink option and unlimited pork shabu-shabu, so I ate and drank a lot to my heart's content. The curry and ramen were also delicious. Breakfast had various creative dishes and was very enjoyable as well. The staff's hospitality was kind and very pleasant. It was a meaningful stay. I've already made a reservation for August, so I'm looking forward to visiting again!

The Facility is new, and the shower rooms were assigned by Room number and had locks, so it was very comfortable. However, one disappointing point was that there were two spots of dog poop in the dog run—probably left by a previous guest—and they were fairly large, so I wish more attention had been paid during cleaning. Also, since we are paying an accommodation fee, I think satisfaction would increase if items like diaper wraps (belly bands) and treats were provided. Also, when it rains you get wet walking from the Room to the tarp area, so I would be happy if there were a covered section along the way as well. In particular, it would be better if there were a roof at the entrance. I’ve written what I noticed, but overall the staff were pleasant, and it’s an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. There is nothing nearby, but a short walk will take you to Lawson, and many familiar chain stores are available on the main street. Depending on the time of day, it can be difficult to cross the busy roadside due to continuous traffic. I have used this place several times in different locations, and it seems there are both card key and PIN code entry types. The frozen food selection appears to be the same everywhere, with consistent service and Room quality. Disposable slippers would be nice. Perfect for road trips; I plan to use it again in the future.
