The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I stayed at this Hotel to attend an event held at Yamanakako Koryu Plaza Kirara. My Room was a corner Room, and I was truly moved by the close-up view of Mt. Fuji through the large windows! I was also happy that the TV was big. The staff were extremely courteous, and their hospitality was outstanding, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. Rice, miso soup, and rice accompaniments were served buffet-style, and the portions of the other dishes were just right. I could also relax in the large public bath after the event—it made for an amazing trip! I would definitely like to stay here again for next year’s event!!

Close to the downtown area, I chose this place thinking it would be great for sightseeing in Kumamoto City. Plus, it's affordable! The surrounding area is right in the heart of the bustling downtown—might be noisy? The exterior seemed a bit historic, but once I entered the Room, it was quiet with modern and clean interiors! The staff were very kind, making my trip extremely comfortable. Thank you so much!

I stayed here during the Tatebayashi Tezutsu Fireworks Festival. When I made my Reservation, only a smoking room was available, which was disappointing. So I called the day before to ask—just in case—and was told that they could Change the Reservation if a non-smoking room became available on the day. Since it was fireworks day, I didn’t think there would be any chance, but they contacted me that day to say they could switch me to a non-smoking room. Thanks to that change, I had a very comfortable stay. I was truly happy that they remembered my request—even though I was just one guest and it was my first stay—and took the time to reach out. This is what thoughtful service looks like, and I’m very grateful. I’d love to stay again next year.

It was very convenient—close to the station and surrounded by restaurants. The cake I bought on the first floor was delicious, which felt like a great bonus. I’d love to stay again if the timing works out.

It’s a slightly older Business Hotel, but the baths are excellent. There are two large tubs, plus a sauna and a cold plunge bath. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and you can enjoy drinks until late. Nothing to complain about. The Room is a bit dated, but since I’m only there to sleep, it doesn’t bother me and it’s comfortable enough. I actually prefer the shared toilet and washbasin area—it keeps the Room from feeling cramped, and you can wash up in a more spacious area. The affordable rate including breakfast is also very helpful.

Having stayed at Super Hotel in Nara before, I felt this is an excellent Hotel, with wonderful front desk staff who warmly welcome guests and provide clear explanations.

Stayed one night with a family of four and our toy poodle. The Room was very cute, and my daughter was thrilled! At night, the light-up decorations and campfire-like setup made for great photo opportunities. My husband enjoyed the all-you-can-drink service and ended up falling asleep in the kotatsu. Everyone had a wonderful time. It was a bit disappointing that there was no bathtub in the pet-friendly Room, but we enjoyed the open-air bath at a nearby public bathhouse instead. We were supposed to receive a mermaid pen as a gift for answering the survey, but I forgot to mention it during checkout, leaving my daughter disappointed ( ; ; ).

It exceeded my expectations. The meals were delicious, and the baths were operated on a private-use rotation at all three locations that day, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing Onsen and spend a truly luxurious time. The staff were also very pleasant.

It felt homey and very comfortable. The Hotel staff were kind, and the Onsen was very relaxing. I also appreciated being able to use the laundry freely. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here to attend a performance at Shinbashi Enbujo Theater. It was conveniently located within walking distance of both Ginza Station, the nearest station, and the theater. The staff were courteous and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Perhaps I was assigned a corner Room? I was surprised by how spacious it was, but the bed, sink, and shower booth were compactly arranged and very easy to use. The curtains, furniture, and small items were all lovely as well. Since this time I stayed for only one night, I didn’t get to use the restaurant, bar, or public bath, but next time I’d like to return for a Multiple Night Stay.

This was my first stay, but it has become a repeat Accommodation for me. I’ve already made a Reservation for the year-end and New Year holidays. The only reason I deducted one star is that there are two cafes, and I mistakenly went to the one that isn’t the dog cafe (the Hotel). It was cool and comfortable, but we ended up eating on the terrace. Clearer signage would be reassuring. Other than that, no complaints at all. It’s such a wonderful place that I almost don’t want to share it (lol). The Onsen surprised me with its unique color, scent, and bubbles, but it felt amazing. The in-Room meal delivered to us was also very delicious. I’d like to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

I had a comfortable stay as always.

A wonderful accommodation. Spacious and very relaxing. Equipped with a washer and dryer, making it very convenient for daily living. I especially stay here every time I visit Okinawa for diving. The station is nearby, and there’s also a convenience store close by. It’s also near the airport, so taking a taxi won’t cost much. If you have lots of luggage, using a taxi might be the best option. Highly recommended hotel!

The location right behind the Kabuki-za was excellent, and the staff were very kind. I would like to stay here again when I go to see Kabuki.

The hotel is very new, and the room size is spacious for this location. It is approximately 400 meters from the nearest subway station, and there is a FamilyMart convenience store about 100 meters away. The hotel also offers a convenient luggage delivery service to Fukuoka International Airport.

It was an exceptionally clean Hotel. Even the bathtub was spotless.

Affordable rates, late-night curry available until 8:00 PM, a well-stocked breakfast buffet, and a fairly spacious Room. Nothing to complain about.

I walked from Kyoshi Station; it took about 20 minutes on foot. The area is quiet with very few houses nearby. The Room had twin beds. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. Everything was properly cleaned. There was also a cup noodle vending machine. It was inexpensive and good value.
