The Facility itself seemed old, but it was renovated in key areas, making it very clean and comfortable to stay. The parking lot was right in front, which was very convenient. The private bath could be reserved by the hour, so even with children, we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The breakfast was especially delicious and extremely satisfying.

Looking forward to enjoying grilled squid by the sea and staying at "Yadokari." This year, I was fully satisfied with the delicious meals. The staff at the accommodation were very kind, making me feel like I was back home. Thank you also for your help with the stag beetles and cicadas. I look forward to visiting again next year!

I suddenly wanted to eat matsutake mushrooms, so I visited. The Onsen was good, and the food was good, so I am satisfied.

We stayed with three children, and thanks to the kind and friendly staff, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The meals were also very delicious. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

I was surprised to find a double bed instead of the two futons in a Japanese-style room as shown in the photo, but it was spacious and not a problem at all. The owner was kind, and both the room and the shared areas were very clean and charming. I was delighted with the delicious breakfast provided. The other rooms are also cute, so I would love to stay again on another occasion.

Stayed as a couple with a small dog. This accommodation felt more like a pension than a hotel. It was like visiting a seaside villa, with great ocean views from the accommodation and a relaxing stay. The meals were full of Ibaraki specialties, including natto, seafood, beef, and melon—plentiful and satisfying. It was slightly disappointing that access to the beach from the accommodation was far, as the direct stairs seemed to be deteriorating and unusable. The owner had a wonderful personality and their love for dogs made our stay enjoyable.

It was an excellent Ryokan. I was very satisfied with everything, including the hostess’s warm smile and the owner’s superb cooking. There are not many Onsen that welcome solo guests, but this is an Onsen I’d like to visit every month. The Onsen water was very hot—locals even told me it was hot—but the quality of the spring water was wonderful and it melted away my fatigue.

It was our first time using this service. My child joined in with excitement and had a wonderful time. The crew played with us wholeheartedly, and we were very satisfied. On the way home, my child kept saying they want to go again.

The spacious Room allowed for a relaxing and leisurely stay. Although it felt slightly aged, it was not bothersome. Breakfast was delivered to the Room, allowing us to enjoy it at our own pace.

First, about the room: we chose this accommodation because it was affordable and we were intrigued by the attic room. For two women, the space was sufficient, and despite its age, it was clean with a nice view from the window, which made us very satisfied. Although there is no toilet in the room and I thought it might be inconvenient at night, it was located just downstairs so I didn’t mind. However, during busy periods with many guests, this might cause some stress. As for the food, as mentioned in other reviews, it was absolutely delicious! The salad was crisp and fresh, and each dish felt carefully prepared. The manager’s response? Calm and courteous—it made our stay incredibly comfortable. The scenery of Takayama Village, the shops we stopped by on our way there, the accommodation itself, the food—everything left a deep impression on us. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

I stayed with my 4-year-old and 2-year-old sons. The meals were very delicious, and the children seemed very happy playing in the free space. The private bath was spacious and very satisfying. Since we were the first to use it, we didn’t mind, but for those using it after us, the wet bath mat might be a concern. The Room was comfortable and allowed us to relax. During our stay, my 2-year-old son accidentally got injured. When I consulted with the owner, they immediately looked up a nighttime emergency hospital for us, which was incredibly helpful. Fortunately, we were able to get him treated right away at the hospital they recommended. After returning from the hospital, they kindly listened to our concerns as well, making it a truly memorable experience for us. If we visit Nasu again in the future, we would love to stay here again!

Accommodation is provided in "Jyubako," designed by Snow Peak and Kengo Kuma. This wooden trailer house features soft, embedded indirect lighting for a cozy atmosphere. The room includes a double-sized bed with crisp linens and plush mattresses for excellent comfort. Large windows offer an open and inviting space. The cabin is equipped with basic amenities such as a sink, toaster oven, electric kettle, regular coffee, and dripper. While there are no showers or toilets inside the cabin, sanitary facilities are conveniently located on-site and include 24-hour shower access. Guests can also use the Onsen at Tsukioka Onsen within the same group; however, it may require some travel. Dinner is served in private rooms within the main mansion—a stunning historical building filled with antique furnishings and well-maintained gardens. Paired with craft beer from Swan Lake Brewery next door, this exquisite meal offers an unforgettable dining experience. A separate building houses a self-service bar featuring local sake and draft beer from Swan Lake Brewery available all night long. Guests can enjoy drinks under the moonlight at their cabin's outdoor table for an enchanting evening. As open fires are prohibited due to being on cultural heritage grounds, glass-fronted rocket stoves are available for rent instead—highly recommended to keep warm while enjoying the ambiance of firelight alongside ample firewood provided. Surrounded by serene countryside views, guests can relax by the fire or visit the bar occasionally for drinks before retreating to their quiet cabins equipped with air conditioning for restful sleep. In the morning, enjoy breakfast under your cabin's tarp-covered area with hot sandwiches and coffee. Although direct views of surrounding rice fields are blocked by fences, only five cabins occupy this spacious property ensuring privacy and tranquility throughout your stay. Check-out is simple—just leave your key inside your room as staff members aren't present in the morning. While more information about local attractions would have been appreciated during check-out time—it was still an exceptional stay overall!

We stayed at this facility as a group for green season hiking, just like last year. We enjoyed relaxing in the Japanese-Western style Room again this time. The bath is a bit small, but the Room is clean and comfortable, and the meals were both plentiful and delicious. We would love to stay here again!

Recommended when you want to relax somewhere quiet with nothing around. The food was simply delicious—I was surprised at how good the wild mountain vegetables were. The owner’s eldest son is very knowledgeable and goes to gather them himself. I was told to try eating the fish (it was char when we stayed) from head to tail; I’m not usually a fan, but I gave it a try and it wasn’t as bitter as I expected. The rice cooked with Onsen water was also delicious—the meals were outstanding. The Onsen left my skin feeling silky smooth. This may be a matter of preference, but it was a bit lukewarm for me, so I rated it 4/5—I would have liked it hotter. I rated the Facility and Room 4/5 only because I wished there had been a toilet and washbasin in the Room; it wasn’t a major deduction.

I stayed for one night. It was a shared Room, but everyone was very pleasant, so I had a comfortable, stress-free stay. The bed was fluffy and very comfortable to sleep on. It’s close to the shrine and offers great value for money, so I definitely plan to stay again soon. Thank you very much.

The place was impeccably clean, had a very warm atmosphere, and was extremely comfortable. After my stay, I found the inn's website and read about their policies and the owner's goals, which made me realize why it felt so comfortable! The drink service and reasonably priced breakfast combined the best aspects of a hotel and a pension, and I felt like I experienced the warmth of the local community, which unexpectedly became a wonderful memory. The bed's firmness was perfect for me, and I slept soundly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Staying from Saturday, March 1 to Sunday, March 2, 2025 I was looking for a place where my wife and I could relax for a birthday party and came across RIAD NANA. Although I don't know much about Morocco, the charming building and wonderful space allowed us to feel an extraordinary experience while being very relaxed. The owner's passion for Morocco is evident in the decorations and even the entrance door purchased in Morocco, which made me want to learn more about the country. It is currently rented as a whole property, but it seems that it was originally intended to be a guesthouse with four bedrooms and two toilets/showers, which makes sense. While meeting new people at a guesthouse can be enjoyable, renting an entire property to spend time leisurely with family or close friends is also nice. Even those who are not familiar with Morocco should definitely visit RIAD NANA.

A lovely pension by Lake Kussharo. The highlight is the hard French bread, which rivals those from famous city bakeries. The meals were impressively delicious, especially considering they are self-taught, and I appreciated that proper tea was served alongside coffee. The onsen with an open-air bath was excellent. Kotan no Yu was also nearby. Although we couldn't secure a canoe reservation during the busy Obon season this time, we look forward to enjoying the enchanting winter canoe tour in the future.

I stayed here during my trip to Tokyo. The Room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay! I was also happy with the drink services provided. The staff were very polite, and when I forgot something after checking out, they promptly informed me by phone and handled it very kindly. I would love to stay here again when traveling to the Asakusa area! Thank you so much!

It was a property I visited because I decided to stay overnight as it would be late returning from watching a play at Minami-za. My mother was also tired and wanted to sleep early, so she fell asleep immediately. I also took a bath and fell asleep right away. I slept soundly until morning and felt refreshed. It was a very quiet and comfortable property to sleep in. The bath was also spacious and relaxing. It was a property I would like to stay at again.
