I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

With more newly opened Hotels in Hakone, we have stayed at several, but after visiting Hiramatsu again for the first time in a while, we truly rediscovered how comfortable it is. My mother and I enjoyed a relaxing, unhurried stay, and we were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the meals. We will definitely return. Thank you again for everything.

The Hotel was much more stylish than I expected, and I felt it was a great value for the price! The TV was large, and the room was comfortable and clean. I checked the nearby restaurant recommendations from the Hotel staff shown on the TV and went to one that was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I really love Oita.

I was able to relax on the sofa while enjoying the view of Oshima from the Room. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was great for easing my swollen legs after being stuck in traffic. Oshima could also be seen from the open-air bath in the Room, and since it was a private open-air bath attached to the Room, I was able to soak in the Onsen at my leisure. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially well-seasoned and very enjoyable. I will stay again, and I look forward to visiting you.

I love classic Hotels, and I first learned about this Hotel last year when I visited Yaotomi Shrine on Takeshima (as a day trip). I’d been hoping to stay here someday, so I was able to make it happen this time by taking advantage of a special offer. The guest room has been renovated with a modern design while preserving the charm of a classic Hotel, and I was captivated by the beautiful details. After walking all day in Nagoya, my tired body was completely refreshed. The bathroom was also very user-friendly—I ended up taking a bath twice, at night and again in the morning. I also enjoyed an early-morning tea time on the lounge terrace overlooking Takeshima, followed by an authentic breakfast served on beautiful silverware—very satisfying. All of the staff were extremely courteous, and I have no complaints at all. If I had to mention one thing… there is no Shuttle Service from Gamagori Station, so you’ll need to take a taxi or walk (just under 15 minutes). I understand it may be unavoidable, but I couldn’t help wishing there were some good alternative.

All the meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. The staff provided excellent service, and we were very satisfied with the bath in the Room, which we could use at our convenience.

Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. The open-air bath and toilet in the Room were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. We were also surprised that even the indoor bath was an Onsen. As we traveled with our grandchild, the pool was wonderful and our grandchild was delighted. Since this time was only a one-night stay, everyone was very disappointed, and we are thinking of staying longer next year. Although one of us became unwell, thank you sincerely for your attentive support. The Facility is new, yet it is a wonderful Accommodation that preserves traditional Japanese hospitality and service.

Stayed on August 5th for the fireworks day. Everyone at the front desk, the dinner venue, and the fireworks guidance staff were cheerful and wonderful. The meal also included dancing abalone. The private bath was free, and it was an open-air bath with an ocean view! The Room was clean and didn’t feel old at all. We were very satisfied!

I stay at this Hotel in Izumisano for business trips. It’s simple and efficient, yet very guest-friendly. The amenities you can pick up as needed, the large public bath Facility, and the drink server are all convenient. Also, a small but important point: the Room has plenty of power outlets (many Business Hotels have only a few). I will stay here again.

We stayed with a same-day Reservation, and everything was excellent. We arrived later than planned and were almost late for our dinner Reservation, but every staff member remained welcoming and provided outstanding service. Thank you very much. Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath were great. The dinner and breakfast were especially delicious, and the all-you-can-eat grilled fish at breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely like to stay again on our next visit.

It was very convenient, as the Hotel is close to a streetcar stop and there are shopping streets and commercial facilities nearby. I really liked the bathroom with a washing area, and the bathtub was spacious. However, the underside of the drain cover was darkened, so I would appreciate it if this kind of detail could be cleaned without being overlooked. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable Room, and I would like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Hiroshima.

We were very satisfied with both the Facility and the meals. In particular, we were truly impressed by the wonderful thoughtfulness of all the staff—those at the front desk, those who served our meals, those who saw us off at the entrance, and those who kept the property clean. I first learned about this Accommodation a few years ago, and finally had the chance to stay this time. It blends seamlessly into the Narai streetscape, with a presence that lets you feel its history. When you step inside, the garden’s plants welcome you, allowing you to fully sense the season. The Room offers modern comfort while preserving traces of the past, making it an easy and relaxing space to spend time in. My father, an architect, also praised it highly—saying that renovating a building of this caliber while intentionally leaving parts as they were is an incredible concept. Perhaps thanks to the spring water used for the bath, my skin felt smoother and seemed to pair perfectly with skincare; my skin looked great the next morning. The meals were also outstanding for their generous use of ingredients from Shinshu. The menu was abstract in a way that sparked imagination, and even wondering what would come next was part of the fun. I ordered the non-alcohol pairing, and the creator’s skill was remarkable—I would recommend it even to those who mainly drink alcohol. There was plenty of food, but because everything was fresh and high quality, it didn’t feel heavy at all. Breakfast too was seasoned so that the umami of dashi and ingredients soaked right in—I ended up eating a lot. Every dish was deeply nourishing and brought out each ingredient’s appeal to its fullest. Also, all staff members were wonderful—always smiling and fluent in English. Even understatedly put: 100 out of 100. It became a wonderful trip where I could fully feel history, value, and human warmth. Thank you very much.

My mother, who isn’t used to staying at a Hotel alone, was well taken care of. She was worried about whether she could use the machine by herself for both check-in and check-out, but the staff were very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in, and the breakfast was delicious—she was very satisfied! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Room and the in-room bath were very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding—everything we tried was delicious, and we were truly impressed. All of the staff were kind, greeting us each time we crossed paths, and although it was only a one-night stay, we felt very comfortable throughout. We sincerely hope to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for providing such a lovely experience.

We’re a couple who can’t handle sashimi unless it’s truly fresh, but everything was delicious and we enjoyed it all! It was our first time trying abalone and we were nervous, but it was even better than we imagined—we were truly impressed. All the staff were kind to our child and our dog, which we really appreciated. The private open-air bath was amazing, and the large public bath was also very relaxing—the Onsen soothed us. From our Room, we could see the calm sea of Ajiro—it was wonderful. We had a very restful stay. Thank you so much!!!

It was a Hotel that was easy to reach from Osaka Station without getting lost. The large public bath and sauna were clean, and I was able to relax a lot. Three of us stayed (a group of women), but unfortunately the cute yukata in the Room were only available in one M size and one 1L size, so only one person could wear one. I probably should have requested more. The large public bath had skincare items such as cleansing products, but I would have liked them in the Room as well—again, something I probably should have requested. The room service menu had a great variety and everything was delicious. The view wasn’t great, but it’s a Hotel I’d be happy to visit again.

The front desk service was courteous, and I appreciated that they promptly called a taxi for the next day. The Room was clean and comfortable. In addition, there is a convenience store attached to the Hotel, which is handy even when it’s windy and rainy. I would like to stay here again.

The guest rooms, the Hotel facilities, and the dining—everything is wonderfully artistic. Before dinner, I joined an in-house art tour, which was fantastic; I really enjoyed learning about the Hotel’s history, the renovation process, and behind-the-scenes stories leading up to its opening. Dinner was outstanding—each dish by Chef Katayama was delicate, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the lounge both before and after dinner, with great drinks and snacks; the beef jerky was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and beer as well. Breakfast was a delicious Japanese meal made with ingredients from Gunma. This is a Hotel I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.

In many ways, an easy-to-use Hotel.
