Visited by motorcycle. I chose a Room without a bath or toilet, but the large public bath was available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day, so it was not inconvenient. The bath was clean and spacious, and I could relax and soak. Motorcycles can be parked under the eaves, so there is no need to worry about getting wet from rain or overnight dew. I would like to stay here again when I come to Ofunato.

The property has been beautifully renovated, and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the 2nd floor, with two bathrooms right next door. (Free-flowing hot spring water) The water quality was very gentle and soothing. However, the only disappointment was that the ventilation fan in the larger bathroom was constantly making an unusual noise. Please have it repaired.

I stayed at this hotel because they offered a very affordable plan with Shuttle Service to Kansai Airport for an early morning flight. After spending two nights in Shinsaibashi and moving from the Expo, I found navigating Osaka's many transfer routes from JR Bentencho Station with large luggage a bit confusing. I ended up taking the JR train to Kansai Airport. Although I successfully transferred at Rinku Town to reach Iharanosato Station, I made the mistake of not exiting through the ticket gate during the transfer, which required fare adjustment. Since fare adjustments couldn't be made using Mobile Suica at unmanned stations like Iharanosato (though card types are accepted), I had to settle it later with JR East after returning home. I'm still unsure if there was a fare adjustment machine on Rinku Town's platform or if exiting through the gate was necessary. The hotel was conveniently located along the road, with a Don Quijote store open until 10 PM nearby. Despite being budget-friendly, it offered spacious beds, well-equipped amenities including a refrigerator and kettle with tea, making my stay very comfortable for one night. However, traveling from central Osaka to Kansai Airport felt quite far.

In the dining room, jazz plays in the background, and the stylish handmade tables immediately catch your eye. The delicious dishes made with local ingredients are served at a great pace. The rice is locally grown Fukkurinko. Carefully cooked with attention to details such as soaking time and when to lift it from the water, it is glossy, sweet, and irresistibly tasty. With an Onsen and wonderful food, this Accommodation warmed both body and soul.

It was a charming, old-fashioned guesthouse. The meals were absolutely delicious. The seafood was truly fresh and wonderfully plump. The portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. While chatting at a nearby souvenir shop, the owner said, “If you stayed at Hyosuke-san’s place, the food must have been amazing, right?” That made me realize this Accommodation is well known among locals too. It was a trip that reminded me how nice a homey Accommodation can be.

When I stepped into the Onsen, it felt silky—almost like a lotion on my skin! It left my skin wonderfully moisturized. I didn’t have meals included, but there were complimentary services such as coffee, and I was able to relax very comfortably.

It’s a Showa-era retro Accommodation, but it was well cleaned and we had a comfortable stay. The meals were simply too lavish!! For dinner shabu-shabu, I was surprised that the amount of meat you’d normally get for about three people at a typical Accommodation was served as a single portion. The seafood was also fresh and very delicious. The meal is very filling, so I recommend arriving with an empty stomach. We were told we could take the dessert fruit back to our Room if we couldn’t finish it, so we enjoyed it after our bath. Breakfast included freshly cooked rice from a traditional kamado stove and plenty of side dishes. Everything was delicious. The after-meal coffee was also appreciated. We also used the rock bath, which had a great atmosphere. Since it was a relatively warm day, it wasn’t uncomfortably cold, which was nice. All the staff were very kind, and I thought the service was excellent. We made wonderful travel memories. Thank you very much.

The Facility is undeniably old and simple, but the hostess’s warm personality created a homely atmosphere, and the hearty, home-style breakfast left us very satisfied. There is a bath on the 4th floor that can fit about three people at once. It’s extremely convenient, with an entertainment district and a supermarket nearby, plus a coin laundry next door. The station is just over a 10-minute walk away, and the route is easy to walk—well within an acceptable range. I forgot some clothes in my Room and they kindly sent them back via Letter Pack; they even included a local souvenir from Kure. Thank you very much. I’d like to stay again.

I had business in Tsuruga and was looking for somewhere nearby, but during the summer vacation period—especially around Obon—even a Business Hotel was quite expensive. So I searched a little farther out and found this place. It’s in an unusual location within a residential area, but thanks to the navigation system I arrived without getting lost. It feels like a traditional Ryokan that originally had only Japanese-style rooms, with Western-style rooms added later. It isn’t new, but the property was well cleaned and very tidy. I usually choose No Meals Included, but I was drawn in by the phrase “our delicious breakfast is highly rated,” so I made a Reservation for that Plan. The next morning’s breakfast really was delicious! The freshly cooked rice is apparently a Fukui brand rice, and you can have refills. The other small side dishes were also carefully prepared, and every item tasted great. Even at a normal pace, the portion size was satisfying. There was also after-meal drink service, which made me feel happy from the morning. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I had breakfast again the next day—and it was just as delicious as I’d hoped. When staying here, I’d definitely recommend choosing a breakfast-included Plan rather than No Meals Included. It’s Japanese-style food, but even bread lovers will understand once they try it. I don’t often stay in Fukui, but it might be worth staying here on purpose for sightseeing in the surrounding area. It’s a place I’d like to use again—the hidden-gem feel is nice too.

We traveled to the Tohoku region by car from Osaka! The owner was very kind and made us feel warm with their fun interactions. They offered us a "large room" and said, "Shuttle service is free, so feel free to enjoy some drinks!" They also mentioned, "We can extend your check-out time if needed." Although we didn’t use it as we left early in the morning, I thought it was excellent service! Naruko Onsen was wonderful! If I have another chance to visit, I’d love to stay again! People from Osaka are also very nice, so please come to like them too. Keep up the great work!

I stayed overnight with friends and was happy to be able to use things like ReFa that I don’t usually get to use! It felt luxurious and gave me an experience I don’t normally have. The location is amazing, too.

I stayed for one night from July 30, 2026. When I visited in May, I stayed at Kurayoshi City Hotel, but considering the price and Room size, I personally think this Hotel is better. The two Hotels feel similar and both have a sauna, but what makes this Hotel stand out is that there is a cold plunge bath after the sauna. It makes a huge difference in how refreshed you feel! Also, the changing area was very cool, which helped the post-bath sweat fade away quickly—great touch. The Room was clean and well maintained, showing real effort by the staff. I also appreciated that the refrigerator switch was located on the outside and easy to understand. The bedside clock was easy to read as well. With its location near the station and close to restaurants and a supermarket, it offers excellent value overall.\nIt’s a Hotel I’d like to use again.

This was my first time staying here. The Facility was clean, and I was satisfied. I only saw the front desk staff at check-in and did not see anyone after that. I was disappointed that the bath chair was low and difficult to sit on for someone with mobility issues. I wish there had been at least one higher chair available. Soaking in the Onsen helped relieve my fatigue. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my daughter while accompanying my grandchild on a soccer trip. The Room was very clean and well maintained, with a natural, cozy feel from the warmth of the wood—really lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and as someone who prefers bread, it was perfect for me. My daughter prefers rice in the morning and said it would have been nice to have that option as well, but she still enjoyed it. I’d love to stay again.

Other than check-in, check-out, and meals, we hardly met anyone. We were able to fully enjoy an exceptional level of privacy.

I was looking for an Onsen Accommodation where I could stay with my pet and found a Ryokan with excellent Reviews. It was a wonderful Onsen Ryokan, just as I had hoped. I was amazed by the number of dishes served one after another—and by how delicious they were... Enjoying a sake tasting with the food, then another cup while listening to explanations from the young master, a true sake expert. Breakfast was also delicious. It was an amazing time. (The Onsen was slightly hot—perfect.) Next time, I’d like to stay here with my wife.

It was our first time staying here, and it was a wonderful home. The Facility was well equipped. The amenities were plentiful. We truly appreciated the owner’s thoughtful hospitality. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

They kindly accommodated our last-minute request for a pickup. We enjoyed dinner in a calm private room. The seafood dishes were exceptionally fresh, served with restaurant-quality tableware and presentation. The entire property was spotless, and it was clear that the hostess and staff clean thoroughly without cutting corners. This well-reviewed Accommodation was warm, clean, and great value for money, so I highly recommend it. The cake was delicious as well. It made us want to visit again. Thank you very much.

I think the price is unbeatable for these Facilities. The Room was clean, the shared spaces were clean, the Accommodation staff were kind, and the location was great—nothing to complain about. We bought Ishigaki beef at a nearby butcher and cooked it in the shared kitchen. It was amazing!

I booked this Accommodation for the next day during my trip based only on the price. There is no refrigerator or bidet toilet seat, and the TV does not receive local terrestrial channels. The bath also closes early, so arrive early!
