It was a wonderfully relaxing space where we could truly unwind at a leisurely pace. The food was also delicious, and it was a time when we could fully experience Okinawa’s nature. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

The location is excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The glasses and other amenities were of high quality, and the Room was well-equipped. The in-room drinks included many unique and unfamiliar options, making for a fantastic stay. Unfortunately, while hot water was available in the bathroom, it couldn't fill up as warm water and remained cold, so I couldn't take a bath. However, the concierge promptly addressed any concerns during my stay, ensuring peace of mind. The sauna was also excellent.

You’d never guess from the outside… but once inside, I was blown away by the unique atmosphere. I was amazed at how wonderful the service for children was! For the barbecue, since it was cold, they cooked everything and brought it to our Room—honestly, it didn’t fall short of an upscale restaurant at all! Right after we arrived… I ended up getting injured… so I couldn’t fully enjoy all the benefits myself… but it’s an Accommodation that makes me want to come back once I’m healed!

In late autumn in Niseko, I experienced an unparalleled luxurious time at a hospitality-filled hotel nestled among beautifully yellow-tinted mountains. The kind staff, fascinating artworks, and delicious cuisine were all one-of-a-kind, creating the perfect accommodation designed for enjoying peaceful moments. During a morning walk, I had the chance to meet Mr. Grick, and just before check-out, a Long-tailed Tit appeared by the window—these lucky encounters made my stay unforgettable and turned this place into one I am truly glad to have visited. It is an exceptional accommodation that I would love to visit again.

The Accommodation was wonderful, and the meals were carefully prepared and delicious—being able to enjoy them in the Room in comfortable, relaxed clothes was such a treat. We’re a couple who love glamping and villas. This was our first stay at the club919. We travel to different places once or twice a month. Out of the dozens of places we’ve stayed so far, this is easily among the very best—honestly, it feels like No. 1. Everything was so spotless and beautiful that we couldn’t believe it had just opened. The atmosphere felt like being in Okinawa or abroad, and we truly enjoyed an extraordinary escape from everyday life. Our dogs were thrilled too, running around happily. Between the sauna and the pool, we felt completely refreshed and were extremely satisfied. We’d love to come back in a different season. Thank you so much!!

Thank you for your hospitality. The view was wonderful, and we made lovely memories. However, I had requested a birthday cake with the message plate saying "Happy Birthday Mam," but it was written as "Man" instead. This changed the meaning, and I couldn't take any photos, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the staff were very polite and attentive, and I am satisfied overall. Thank you very much.

I was looking for a private-feeling Onsen Accommodation that I could visit on a day trip during Golden Week, and it exceeded my expectations with its luxurious atmosphere—I had a wonderful time. Since I was there, I also stayed for dinner, and it was surprisingly outstanding. I’d love to visit again.

We stayed for one night as a couple. The building's design was very stylish, and the bath was absolutely amazing! Although we couldn't use the pool during this season, it seems like a must-try in summer. The Room had a projector, but we couldn't figure out how to use it this time. There was some dust in small areas, so it would be great if cleaning could be more thorough. Also, clearer instructions on how to use the Facility would be helpful. Still, we had an extraordinary and special experience that we don't usually get to enjoy. We look forward to staying again in a different season!

Surrounded by SHIRO products and nature, I was able to relax and unwind. I definitely want to visit again. The unpaved road on the way there made me a little uneasy, but once I arrived, it turned out to be part of the charm—an amazing space.

- The view is excellent, and the sea in front is generally calm as it faces the bay. - The living dining area is spacious, with stylish and large furnishings, allowing for a relaxing stay. - The amenities are well-provided, using the property's shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. High-end hairdryers are conveniently placed in each bathroom and room. - There are plenty of changes of room wear and towels, so there is no inconvenience. - Wi-fi was available without any issues. - The free drinks (shochu, beer, bottled tea and sparkling water, fruit juice, etc.) are well-stocked, and there is rosé wine and champagne in the cellar for a fee. - Depending on the length of stay, it may be necessary to purchase additional hot drinks such as coffee and tea. - The free food beef stew is delicious. - If self-catering, it is necessary to procure seasonings. Glasses, tableware, cooking utensils, and plastic wrap are provided. - There are no shops nearby, so a car is needed for shopping or dining out, but this allows for a quiet stay. - It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. - The course by the visiting chef (for a fee) was very delicious, utilizing local ingredients. - The property is located down an alley, and the sign is placed close to the ground, making it easy to miss. Extra caution is needed, especially at night, as there are no streetlights in the area. - At night, the surroundings become completely dark, so if the weather is clear, you can see a beautiful starry sky from the terrace. - The beach in front of the property is almost exclusively for guests, but occasionally anglers come to the breakwater (the distance to the end of the breakwater is considerable, so it is not particularly bothersome). - If you put your feet in the sea or do SUP, you won't feel the cold, but if you participate in marine activities such as snorkeling, wearing a wetsuit is necessary.

I’ve always loved CABaN clothing, so when I heard they were opening an Accommodation, I knew I wanted to stay there someday. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great on the day, so we didn’t use the pool, but we had a wonderful time at the stylish bar on-site. We were both thrilled—“Can we really drink this kind of great alcohol for free?” The bartender’s stories were also very entertaining. The Room was the nicest of any Hotel we’ve ever stayed at. A dream come true for anyone who loves interior design. The fridge was stocked with champagne and local craft beer, all included in the Room rate—perfect for anyone who enjoys drinks. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast while looking out over the sea in Hayama. Every dish was delicious, and we ended up drinking far more than we could believe. (Drinks at dinner are charged separately.) It truly felt like a dream to spend such a luxurious time there. We’d love to visit again for an anniversary or another special occasion. Being able to get around underground without being affected by the weather is very convenient. The Room is simple, and the amenities are well stocked. The bathtub was spacious and relaxing. I would like to stay here again when staying near Kyoto Station. When I returned after check-out because I had forgotten something, you responded quickly, which was a great help. The twin room features a veranda overlooking a vineyard, with trains running almost parallel to the accommodation at its edge. In the evening, you can witness the slow passage of night trains against the backdrop of a serene countryside sunset. The bathroom is designed with glass walls (ensuring privacy from outside), allowing guests to gaze at the night sky and stars when turning off the lights during nighttime baths. This unique feature, combined with silky-smooth onsen water directly sourced from natural hot springs, invites repeated indulgence throughout your stay—enjoying unlimited access without any interruptions. Additionally, meals include handmade dishes such as Bungo beef and pot-au-feu in perfect portions that are simply delightful. Guests can also savor wine made in-house from grapes grown on-site—a rare treat due to its limited production. Located in Yufuin, one of Japan's most famous onsen destinations, this is truly an extraordinary accommodation experience!

The meals are absolutely exceptional. During the game meat season, we enjoyed delicious dishes, and the vegetable-based cuisine was equally impressive. It made us want to visit again in a different season. However, breakfast was slightly underwhelming (the service was excellent, and the hot pot was tasty, but for a Japanese-style breakfast, one more dish would have been appreciated).

Every fish dish at dinner was excellent, and we truly enjoyed it. Sashimi, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes kept coming one after another, and we were completely full. It really felt like a seaside Accommodation. The explanations on how to eat each dish were also thorough, and the service was outstanding.
