In these times of rising prices, I truly appreciated the excellent service at such a reasonable rate. It was a wonderful Hotel. The Onsen was outstanding—I could tell it was silky-smooth and acidic. Kusatsu is amazing. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

The parking location was a bit difficult to find during our car trip. However, the reception staff and parking attendants kindly guided us, and we were able to park without any issues. We only had breakfast, but it was very delicious—possibly the best among all the accommodations we've stayed at!

Thank you very much for accommodating our various requests from before our stay through to after check-out. From the room, we could see Dejima, and the view was wonderful and truly felt like Nagasaki. Breakfast was also delicious, and we enjoyed a menu with local Nagasaki specialties. Thanks to you, we were able to fully enjoy our trip to Nagasaki for the first time in over a decade. If we have the opportunity to visit Nagasaki again, we would love to stay with you again.

All the Accommodation staff were kind and courteous, and the meals were excellent with generous portions and a good variety. The only issues were that the beer and sake at dinner were not chilled, and the salad at breakfast was served without dressing.

The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!

I’ve stayed here many times, and the best part is being able to stay at such an affordable price. I didn’t have time to use it this time, but there is also a manga library, which I enjoy when I have more time.

A fairly new Hotel with plenty of space. The location is very convenient, and the service is just right—neither lacking nor excessive. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We stayed for one night from July 17 in a K-type log cabin in the main building with one dog. The entrance door lock was a little difficult to use. The Room was very clean, and it had a washlet toilet and air conditioning, so we were very comfortable. We ordered the BBQ set, and it was delicious. We also used the outdoor bath, which felt great. We would definitely like to stay again.

An excellent selection of wines, and every glass is perfectly polished—simply the best.

Located near the downtown area, convenient, and the Room was clean and reasonably priced! I’d like to stay again.

I’ve stayed here many times when visiting Miyazaki because it offers great value with breakfast included, a large public bath, and a sauna. Even if I come back late after drinking, I can still use the bath. Breakfast is fairly standard, but the overall value is excellent, so it’s become almost my regular place. The sauna is spacious, and the cold bath is also large; the water isn’t too cold, so it’s comfortable to stay in for a while. There’s no power outlet by the bed pillow area, but you can borrow an extension cord from the front desk. It’s conveniently close to the nightlife district. The Facility itself is old, but since I prioritize value and the baths, I’d like to keep staying here. Note that women need to use what seems to be a sister property across the main road (Lagoon) for bathing.

It was our first time glamping with kids, and we had many concerns about the Facility and meals, but everything exceeded our expectations! :) We also forgot something, but the staff responded quickly and had it delivered to our home the day after check-out, which was incredibly helpful. It turned out to be a very enjoyable trip, and we would love to stay again!

I was able to make a Reservation just before Golden Week, and it was my first visit. The kaiseki-style sukiyaki dinner was delicious across the board, served promptly, and I appreciated being able to dine calmly in a private room. Breakfast had fewer items, but I could sit by the window and enjoyed the fresh green garden view. It would be even better if the menu changed for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. I was disappointed that about half of the hair dryers in the women’s large public bath were out of order and unusable, and that it’s quite far from the rooms to the bath; otherwise, I was satisfied with the nature-filled location.

The meals were buffet-style, so I didn't have high expectations, but there was a wide variety and everything was incredibly delicious. The bath area had a low-temperature sauna, allowing me to relax at my own pace. It is a quiet and very nice accommodation. I will definitely use it again next time.

This is my second stay. For a reasonable rate, you can relax in the free-flowing Onsen, and the dinner buffet includes one alcoholic drink. The breakfast buffet is also plentiful, with everything from Japanese options like grated yam, okra, natto (sticky foods), negitoro (minced tuna), and grilled fish to Western items such as bread and sausages—more than enough to enjoy. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that dinner starts at only one time: 5:30 p.m. The private rooftop open-air bath is first-come, first-served; when I checked in around 4:30 p.m., all slots were already taken so I couldn’t use it. However, you can still fully enjoy the spacious large public bath and the open-air bath on another floor (note: the open-air bath has no washing area, and part of it may be visible from terraces of upper-floor Hotel rooms).

The pool, location, Room cleanliness, and breakfast were all great. The kids were very satisfied too! If I had to mention one thing, we were on the 8th floor and there was a smell in the hallway (maybe from the air conditioning). The buffet staff also greeted us with smiles, and everyone was Japanese so communication was easy. We’d like to stay again.

I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. This has never happened before...

The Room was clean. The pillows were comfortable, and the location was convenient. I’d like to stay again. Thank you.
