The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

It was nice to have a spacious Room not too far from the station. There were toys in the lounge, such as ring toss, and small children were playing. The staff were friendly. There are vending machines inside the building for beer and juice, and the Room has a refrigerator. It’s great that there are two massage chairs.

After arriving at the Accommodation and taking a short break, we headed to the spacious open-air Onsen. Other guests were already there and said the water was amazing—like a beauty serum. After trying it ourselves, we completely agreed. The silky-smooth water felt incredibly soothing. The cave bath seemed even more moisturizing, making it an Onsen you could stay in forever. Not only was the large public bath wonderful, but the in-Room bath was also beautifully made of stone. I can’t even count how many times we used it during our stay. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. We also really enjoyed sightseeing at Kikuchi Castle Ruins, Yamaga’s Sakura-yu, and Kikuchi Gorge.

The meals were delicious! The rice was especially tasty, and everything was carefully prepared. The amenities were great, too. The Room was clean. It was my first time visiting Lake Tazawa, but I might end up coming every year. It was a truly wonderful trip. Just one thing: it was a shame that the edge of the tatami in the Room was peeling.

The 24-hour ventilation fan in the unit bath was noisy, but when I turned it off, I was concerned about humidity. (I did not use the bathtub in the unit bath.) In the women’s large public bath, there was a shampoo bar, which was great—I could try shampoos and treatments I’d been curious about!

Our stay for three men, all turning 72 this year, was very enjoyable. - We could park right in front of the Hotel, and the lift ticket counter is connected to the front desk. The 1-day pass was inexpensive (about half the price of other ski resorts), and Accommodation guests also received a 500-yen discount. - Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious, so we could relax. The dinner buffet included 1 hour of all-you-can-drink, and although there was no all-you-can-eat crab option, dishes were replenished quickly when they ran out, which we enjoyed. - A few points to consider: the air conditioner in the Room was quite noisy, and there were no chairs in the ski locker room. Also, the shop’s refrigerator only had ice cream and no ice; unfortunately, a store diagonally across from the parking lot had sold out of ice as well. All of the Southeast Asian staff at both reception and the restaurant were very pleasant—thank you for a wonderful ski trip.

The staff were very courteous, and I had a comfortable stay. All of the meals were delicious, and I was very satisfied! I will stay again.

My spouse and I stayed here from August 8 to 10. Since it was during summer vacation, there were various events. What we especially appreciated was the life jacket rental (cheaper than renting at the beach) and the stargazing. The stargazing was easy to join with no Reservation required and free entry/exit. There was also a guide who explained what we were seeing, so we could identify Scorpius, the Milky Way, Cassiopeia, and more under a sky full of stars—it was truly moving. All of the staff were not only kind but also friendly and easy to talk to, and chatting with them was a lot of fun. It’s an Accommodation that made us want to come back!

I stayed here with my parents. Every dish at dinner was delicious, and my father and I really enjoyed our drinks. We were also moved by the beautiful sunset over Lake Togo that evening. We would love to visit again.

From check-in and being shown to our Room, to the service during meals and through check-out, all staff were kind and welcoming. The meals were also very delicious. The entrance gate is narrow, so getting in and out by car was a bit difficult, but that was the only minor issue.

I usually stay with my family, but this time I tried a solo trip for the first time. I chose this Hotel because the women-only dormitory felt safe, and the value was amazing: unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, a triple gelato, a delicious pasta dinner, plus access to the lounge and baths at the neighboring Suizantei… it was perfect (the sauna at Exclamation Hotel was great too). The next day, I switched breakfast to lunch and enjoyed it at Shokudo Ichi, then finished with an Onsen soak in Koganeyu! What’s more, staying here comes with a Reservation slot for “Morino Hyakunichi Gori,” so I could enjoy it without waiting. This was also my first time hitting the jackpot in the lucky locker lottery—I even received a commemorative Kyujitsuyu mug cup and was truly moved. The Hotel staff were all very kind, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. A solo trip at Exclamation Hotel might become addictive—I’ll be back!

After seeing the food, building, and scenery photos on the website, I thought “This is it!” and made a Reservation. Climbing the steep hill mentioned in the Review, a wonderful building comes into view and instantly lifts your spirits. And the ocean view in the distance is truly breathtaking! Dinner was very generous in portion size, and every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The bouillabaisse in particular was outstanding—I want to have it again! We chose a Plan that included a celebratory cake, and that cake was also exceptional: fluffy sponge with smooth fresh cream. It may have been the most delicious cake I’ve ever had. I tried all of the Onsen baths; each one had its own charm and was deeply relaxing, and my skin felt wonderfully smooth afterward. The building does show its age, but it’s very clean, and you can tell it’s been well cared for. Highly recommended for food lovers who want to unwind in a warm, soothing atmosphere! We were able to spend such a lovely time—relaxed, fully satisfied, and truly happy. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay, and I was able to relax and unwind. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor dog runs within the Facility, along with a great selection of amenities and dog treats. They even had photo spots and raincoats, so it was perfectly equipped for traveling with a dog. I chose a Plan that allowed in-Room dining. The French dinner—especially the bouillabaisse packed with seafood—was delicious. Breakfast bread was also excellent. Since I was traveling solo, I used the bath in my Room, but the bath amenities were great as well, including POLA shampoo and skincare items such as lotion. The staff were kind and treated my dog warmly too. I would love to stay again.

I stayed the night before an early-morning international flight. Although I arrived late at night, the courteous front desk staff explained everything clearly and check-in was smooth. They had welcome coffee and all the amenities I needed, so I will definitely stay again. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around even with a heavy suitcase. It’s right in front of Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit, so it was easy to find.

Twice a year, our family takes a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, but considering the location and the Room, the price was so reasonable that I felt a bit uneasy. Still, with its great location near the shopping street, after much deliberation we decided to stay at Kajikaso. Until we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I found myself thinking we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious and bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right. Dinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered on a tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. There was also a karaoke room, and breakfast was great as well. Everything about our stay was wonderful. My husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights to go to ES CON Field. The location is great—about a 5-minute walk to Nijo Market, and right in front of the Hotel is “TV Father” lol. Susukino is also nearby, and despite the excellent location, the Accommodation Fee was reasonable. On top of that, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Having separate toilet and bath was also a big plus. If possible, it would be perfect if you could lend out folding tables or something similar.

I stayed here the night before attending a wedding. It’s a compact Hotel, but it’s close to the station and, above all, very affordable—so I was extremely satisfied. The building felt a bit dated, but I felt that was more than made up for by the excellent service from the Hotel staff. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I asked if you could store our luggage on the night we weren’t staying because of a concert, and you kindly agreed—it was a huge help. Every staff member was calm and attentive, and we were able to relax completely. My son loved it too!

I stayed here (for just one night?!) to forget the everyday hustle and truly unwind. The sunset sinking into Hakata Bay and the Genkai Sea from the high floors, the “Notari Sea” sparkling in the morning sun with its islands, and the majestic scenery unchanged since ancient times were all breathtaking. I also loved the spacious Room with large windows, no wasted closet space, and a bathroom given plenty of room. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was excellent as well. I would gladly stay again.

The Room did not have a private bath, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted great. There were chairs in the smoking area as well, so I was able to relax comfortably. It was a Hotel I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.
