It was a pleasant building and Hotel with new Facilities. However, since we chose a small 15 m² Room, it was unavoidable, but as two people in a twin Room there was hardly any space to pass each other. Next time, I will choose the Room more carefully. Also, due to the layout, it seemed the only way to turn the entrance light on and off was to climb onto the bed and use the switch on the headboard, which might be difficult for elderly guests.

Although I checked in late at night, thank you for your prompt and efficient assistance at the front desk. I’m still not used to the rain shower, but it was part of the fun. I used the breakfast buffet for the first time the next morning, and every dish was carefully prepared—it really gave me energy to start the day. The staff were all so welcoming with wonderful smiles that it made me smile too. Thank you for a delicious meal. I’ll be sure to stay with you again when I visit Fukuyama. Thank you very much.

We stay here every year with our dog. This time, we visited again in October after a while. We had booked a cottage for four, but they kindly upgraded us—perhaps because a Pet Welcome Cottage happened to be available. The facilities have been modernly renovated, and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave and tableware. For longer stays, dining at the restaurant every day can get repetitive, so it’s great that you can bring your own food as well. A new dog run has also been added separately near the cottage entrance. It’s our family’s favorite place—comfortable and pleasant no matter when we visit.

We stayed here the night before going to KidZania. The station is close, and it’s also convenient for getting to other sightseeing spots. It was hot on the day we stayed, and there was a sudden heavy downpour in the evening, but it was great that we could go directly from the hotel to a convenience store and restaurants without getting wet. The staff at check-in were very helpful, and the staff member who guided us early in the morning on the way to KidZania was also excellent. We would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed here for an exam, and thanks to the thoughtful attention to detail and flexible support, I was able to face the day fully prepared. The warm hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast left a lasting impression, and I would love to stay here again.

We stayed four consecutive nights in total—two nights at Mimatsu and two nights at Sakika, Mimatsu’s sister property. Everything was excellent. The standout feature is the large public bath with natural Onsen. It was a little disappointing that bathing hours are limited to 6:00–9:00 and 16:00–24:00, but that is understandable if it is cleaned daily. The dinner and breakfast were also more than satisfactory for the price. Overall, it feels like a well-established and very good Ryokan or Hotel.

I used to stay at a different hotel each time I visited Osaka, but I really liked this one. It’s close to the station, and the surrounding area is great with plenty of places to eat. I think I’ll stay here again.

With reasonable rates, the facilities, service, and meals were all excellent. My grandchild who stayed with me also seemed to like it, so I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with three relatives. In a word, it was a wonderful Accommodation. The restaurant meals were especially excellent—seasonal, creative dishes that we could enjoy both visually and in taste. The chef’s ideas are outstanding. All of the service staff were warm and welcoming, making our dining time even more enjoyable. I felt that whether the meals at an Accommodation are good or not almost determines whether the trip was great. Of course, both the Room and the bath were also very good. If I had to mention one small point, the amenities were from a brand with a very distinctive fragrance. Preferences may vary, but personally I felt there might be other options that would suit this Accommodation as well. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation just two days in advance, and the property was very clean with a calm atmosphere, so I had a comfortable stay. Since it was a one-night stay with No Meals Included, I didn’t use anything other than the Room. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but they greeted me politely when I went out, and their bright, friendly manner was very pleasant. The Room was spotless and well stocked with amenities, and I was able to relax quietly. The area is rural and there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but there are small shops, an Onsen Facility, and restaurants just a short walk away, so even with children we were able to enjoy ourselves 충분に楽しむことができました。 I also got to enjoy Saga’s beautiful nature and cherry blossoms. With great weather as well, it turned into a wonderful trip.

I felt the hotel staff provided excellent service (especially the male staff member at the front desk). Breakfast was very delicious, but I didn’t notice the smoothies because they were located far from the bread, so it would be even better if there were clearer signage or some indication of where they are. Also, the breakfast hours were listed as starting at 6:00 on paper, but 6:30 on the TV, so I wasn’t sure which was correct. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

It was close to the station, and the Room was comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection, and even though it was during a holiday weekend, it wasn’t crowded, so I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. The black oolong tea was delicious. I would have been happy if there were a few more amenities.

It was a uniquely designed room. Since we chose a twin, the beds took up most of the space, and I couldn’t help but laugh when we walked in. There really wasn’t anywhere to open our suitcases (lol). I didn’t want to put them on the bed, so it took some effort to manage. However, the room was clean and nice. The bathroom is a shower booth, but it was also clean. Also, since there’s no chair, doing makeup was a bit difficult—having even a simple folding chair would be helpful. And because the mirror is positioned at an adult man’s height, I’d love an additional mirror at a lower height too!

I had business in Hokuto City, and until now I had stayed at a Hotel near Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station. This was my first time staying around Hakodate Station, and even though I’m not confident driving, the parking lot and the Hotel were easy to find since they face a main road. The Room was compact but perfectly comfortable, and having two pillows provided was a welcome touch. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety, making this one of the Accommodations I’d like to stay at again.

I stay here whenever I visit Nagano. It’s very convenient as it is directly connected to the station. After I requested a buckwheat husk pillow once, they have thoughtfully placed one in my Room ever since without me having to ask. They often have my Room ready and let me in without making me wait until check-in time, which is very helpful. Thank you as always.

The service was excellent, and the bath towels were thick Imabari towels—rare these days at this price point. The Room also had tea and coffee, along with cups, glasses, and teacups, so there was no inconvenience at all. Because the building is old, a drainage smell occasionally comes up, but it was manageable. At the breakfast venue, a highly capable male staff member handled checkout, guidance, and clearing tables (about twice as much as other staff) with a pleasant smile in an almost one-person operation. There were about four other staff members as well, but he seemed to work enough for three people on his own. I was worried he might be overworked. I truly hope he receives a bonus and can take some time off after the holiday period ends. The breakfast tableware also felt thoughtfully chosen: not the large plates typical of buffets, but long Japanese-style dishes for grilled fish, glass bowls for salad, and coffee cups with saucers—showing genuine care to help guests enjoy their meal comfortably. It left a very good impression. Dinner was Chinese cuisine; I had the Accommodation guest-only course menu and it was very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a stay where you could really feel their intention to make guests comfortable without cutting corners in odd ways. I would like to consider this Hotel again next time.

I saw in a Review that the breakfast was delicious. Since it’s good value, I can’t complain too much, but it tasted average and there weren’t many items. Guests kept coming and going, but although there were many staff in the kitchen, no one was on the floor, so the tables were not wiped after use. Salad vegetables that guests had likely spilled were left there and not cleaned up. Overall, the Room was clean and the amenities were well stocked. I felt the complimentary coffee near the front desk was bitter and not very good. I arrived before check-in, but they said my Room was ready, so I could get in early, which I appreciated.

I was a little worried based on the photos on the booking page, but the food was perfect. I enjoyed a delicious lean steak. I also appreciated getting a complimentary glass of wine. The bathroom is a unit bath, and the faucet has separate hot and cold controls, so I rated the bath slightly lower. The staff were kind and provided pleasant service.

This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times. There are so many great points: it’s close to downtown, parking is free, there’s an Onsen, breakfast is inexpensive and delicious, and the staff are kind. If you’re going to Takayama, this is the place to stay.
