There was a complimentary drink service next to the front desk, and our children were very happy with it. The hotel also had plenty of kid-friendly facilities, such as a stamp rally and an arcade, which was really helpful. In particular, there was a great selection of books on the shelves, including many children’s books, which we appreciated. The meals also featured plenty of seasonal ingredients and were easy to enjoy. The hot spring bath area was spacious and convenient to use. We would definitely like to visit again.

The complimentary drinks and soft-serve ice cream after check-in were a nice touch. There was also bread at breakfast, but it ran out quickly and wasn’t replenished afterward. There were no skincare items like toner, so be sure to bring your own! Great value with no unnecessary frills or extravagance, so I could relax without feeling self-conscious. The meals were pretty good as well. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

The Onsen was incredibly relaxing, and I was able to unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay. I also appreciated that it is free-flowing from the source and available 24 hours a day. The water temperature was just right, and it left my skin feeling silky smooth. We had dinner on a riverside dining platform, and it was wonderful to enjoy the scenery and the sound of the flowing river while eating. The meal was delicious and had a great seasonal feel. The staff were courteous, which made the stay very comfortable. I would love to return if I have the chance.

I booked this inn for my visit to Izumo Taisha Shrine. I chose a room with an open-air bath, and it was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the all-you-can-drink beer and other beverages in the evening. It’s a historic, charming inn where I’d love to stay again. The food was also excellent. Thank you very much.

From check-in to check-out, everything felt wonderful. Even during Silver Week, the price for three people for one night was reasonable, and we were very satisfied. The Room and Facility are a bit old, but they were clean and there were no issues at all. The Onsen was my favorite sulfur spring! The small bath actually added to the atmosphere and was great. We also used the private open-air bath; the water was quite hot and warmed us up thoroughly. For dinner, I was surprised at how tender the beef in the hot pot was. The pork miso soup was also delicious (personally a highlight). All of the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant—everyone) were kind and left a very positive impression. I definitely want to come again!

The Room was on the 3rd floor of the annex. I expected a river view, but there was a cedar tree blocking it, which was disappointing. There were no higher floors available at the time of my Reservation. The Room has a shower room, but there were no bath towels. The refrigerator in the alcove is noisy. It might be better placed in the veranda area. I chose to have dinner in the dining venue, and they arranged a private room for us, so we could enjoy our meal in a relaxed setting. There are towels and bath towels available at the large public bath, so it’s nice to be able to go without bringing anything. Next time, I would like to stay on an upper floor of the main building.

I was satisfied with both the bath and the food. The Room’s open-air bath, the private open-air bath, and the jacuzzi were all great. The meal was also very satisfying, with golden eye snapper and steak. I might come back again.

This was my first stay. Our Room was on the second floor of the main building. We could see the ocean a little, which was nice. The Room was clean and well maintained. One disappointing point was that we could hear the sound of doors opening and closing from the neighboring and opposite Rooms. Would it be possible to post a request on the inner door? It bothered us a little. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. There was plenty of crab at dinner, and we really enjoyed it (lol). Breakfast also had salmon roe, sashimi, and standard items like bread, so we ate until we were full. There were no small side plates—only larger plates for serving—so it would have been nice to have small plates if possible. The bath was an Onsen and very nice, but there were only four washing stations, so it felt a bit cramped. All of the staff from overseas were kind and worked very hard, which I thought was wonderful. Please take care of yourselves and keep up the great work. The other staff members were also kind and courteous, which made our trip enjoyable. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! September is the best time to visit our accommodation. Summer isn't over yet! On September 13th and 20th, we will host Surfing Meetings 2025. The package includes surfing lessons and lunch at Sayan Terrace for ¥6000—a deal you can't miss. See you soon! MAHALO!

Although we stayed for only one night, we were very satisfied. We were able to forget the hustle and bustle of the city, relax, and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The staff were wonderful, and it was an Accommodation we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here during a touring trip in Hokkaido. The deciding factors were the availability of parking and the close proximity to the ferry terminal. The parking is a multi-story garage, so you can use it without worrying about the weather. However, the entrance has a steep slope and the lot isn’t very spacious, so you may need to be a bit careful if you have a large motorcycle loaded with luggage. I also saw HiAce vans parked there, so I think most passenger cars will be fine unless your vehicle is exceptionally large or lowered with custom suspension. I booked thinking it would be room-only without much expectation, but I was grateful that breakfast buffet was included.

Thank you always for your wonderful hospitality. While many Accommodations have changed before and after COVID, I can truly relax with peace of mind knowing the quality here is consistently the same whenever I visit. The cuisine delighted my eyes, satisfied my palate, and deeply moved me. The hot spring was excellent, and the Room was exceptionally comfortable. This time, for the first time, I encountered deer and wild boar and felt the mystical power of nature as well. Thank you for such a wonderful escape from everyday life. I look forward to visiting again.

This is our third stay. The Room, the bath, and the entire Facility are always clean and very comfortable. We enjoy both dinner and breakfast—they are delicious. Every year, after visiting our family grave in our hometown, we stay here. This Accommodation makes our family feel, “Alright—let’s do our best so we can come back again next year.”

I spent a truly elegant time, soothed by the very quiet, calm atmosphere and the pleasant scent throughout. Rather than doing anything in particular, being able to simply slow down and enjoy some personal time felt wonderfully freeing from my busy daily routine. Every staff member was kind and welcomed me with a smile—everything was excellent. If I had to mention one thing, the road leading to the property by car felt a bit scary. Also, dinner was absolutely delicious—thank you for the wonderful meal.

Arrived tired... The natural Onsen bath was wonderful! The staff's courteous service was very helpful. I also enjoyed the soba noodles for breakfast.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in the north because kids stay free, making it a great value. They confirmed our check-in time in advance and explained how to use the self check-in, so everything went smoothly! Thank you as well for preparing a spacious Room for us. Each of us could use our own bed, which was very comfortable. The clothes dryer was the same type we have at home, so it was easy to use, and towels and other amenities were well provided. Breakfast was included too; it came in a box, but it was more than enough. We had it both days, and the sandwich fillings and side dishes were different each day, so we didn’t get bored. The front desk had retro games and even an Okinawa-only Orion gacha machine—lots of Okinawa vibes, which we loved. It’s very close to Churaumi Aquarium, there’s also a Starbucks nearby, and places like 88 Steak and Mai Mai Shisa are close too—highly recommended! We’ll definitely stay again!!

As described in the title, the bathtub was spotless, and the thoughtfully crafted breakfast menu was excellent.

Three colleagues and I stayed here. We were very satisfied with the variety of dishes at dinner and breakfast, the service, and the bath. Great value for money.

This was my second stay. With the sauna temperature and a chiller, you can enjoy an ice-cold water bath, and you can also add a little hot water to adjust it to your liking as much as you want. The outdoor air bath on the balcony was also great—the breeze felt just right and helped me fully unwind. The Room was spacious and very clean, and there were free drinks such as a water dispenser, coffee machine, alcohol, and ion water, which made it perfect for relaxing after the sauna! Also, the food is delicious! Not only the manager’s recommended breakfast nori bento, but dinner is great too. Just as the concept suggests, I was able to relax from check-in to check-out without leaving the Hotel.

Affordable and relaxing stay. The large public bath was excellent for relieving fatigue. Thank you very much!
