Both the Room and bathroom were a comfortable size, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Onsen water felt soft and slightly silky, making it extremely relaxing. Most of the staff were from overseas, but everyone spoke Japanese very fluently, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. If I had to mention one minor point, both breakfast and dinner focus on grilled dishes, so your clothes may pick up cooking odors during meals. Especially after breakfast, I recommend dining in your yukata rather than heading out right away, then taking another bath before checkout. For those who want to enjoy the Onsen at a leisurely pace, I think this Accommodation offers a very comfortable stay.

It’s a small Hotel, but the area is quiet, and the walk back from the station felt safe even late at night since it’s along a main road. Everything you need is available at Marui, and it’s directly connected to the ticket gates, which was truly convenient. The room felt a bit small, but it was clean with a well-designed layout, and once you get used to the size, it’s great. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It’s an older Hotel, but it’s quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast selection is so extensive that you can’t try everything in just one night. Everything was delicious. Sausages are easy to judge by taste, and these were definitely excellent. The Senbonmatsu Farm milk was also delicious.

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

We stayed for two nights as a family, and with its great location, well-designed Room layout, and highly functional facilities, this is a Hotel we would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Goto Islands. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. When we visit Goto again, this is the Hotel we definitely want to stay at. Thank you very much.

Business trip Due to rising prices, amenities have been simplified compared with a few years ago, but considering the room rates, I feel they are making a great effort. The staff were excellent, and even during busy times the guidance was smooth, making my stay very pleasant. When I return to the Hotel at night, it’s also a quiet pleasure to receive small gifts such as APA Curry.

We stayed on August 1–2, 2026! The Room (depending on the Plan, I assume) felt like it could have been a bit deeper and wider, but it matched the photos online. This was our first stay at Taoya as a family of four, including a second-year university student and a second-year high school student. We loved the all-inclusive free drinks (including alcohol) throughout our stay, plus the welcome dessert (the mini Mont Blanc was freshly piped on the spot). At dinner buffet, there were shake salads, freshly grilled and carved steak, and each table had a small burner for mini hot pots. There were also pasta and pizza, and even late-night snacks included in the Plan—everything was excellent in both taste and portion size. Breakfast was also buffet-style with build-your-own rice bowls, grilled fish using the tabletop burner, and freshly baked mini apple pies brought around to each table (they’re seriously piping hot, so be careful when eating). Our whole family was very satisfied. At dinner one night while we were taking a selfie with an outstretched arm, a staff member kindly offered to take our photo—an extra touch that made us even happier. The location was great too: easy access to Momiji-dani Suspension Bridge and the Nasu Highlands area, and Nikko is just over an hour away by expressway. Since it’s in the mountains we were worried about insects, but they didn’t bother us at all—we didn’t even encounter any during an evening walk (to the nearest suspension bridge), at the open-air bath on the 4th floor, or in our Room. The only insect we really noticed was dragonflies flying around the courtyard; little kids seemed to enjoy having them land on their fingers. Personally, I especially liked the courtyard bonfire! This was our first visit with three people, including an elderly guest. Thank you for offering to lend us a wheelchair as soon as we arrived. Our Room was a top-floor Japanese-Western style room with a great view, and being close to the elevator was very helpful. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The only disappointment was the open-air bath: the stairs leading to it were too steep, and it felt so quiet around there that it was a little unsettling to go alone even during the day. All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and cheerful, and we truly appreciated your hospitality. Thank you as well for your consideration regarding the wheelchair. We think this Accommodation is very easy to use for families with small children and for elderly guests. We would like to stay here again when we visit Toba.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a clean, easy-to-use Hotel. The moment I arrived at my Room, I couldn’t help saying out loud, “Dormy Inn really is great,” and felt relieved. My friend who came with me felt the same way. There are so many good points: how practical the Room is, the spacious desk and sink area, the brightness, the large public bath Onsen, having all the necessary amenities, and breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options served in small dishes that are easy to pick up. The only disappointing thing this time was that the coffee didn’t taste good. Also, the door to the women’s public bath was left open. I would appreciate it if you could improve these two points. This time, due to the circumstances of the original accommodation (Bokakakan), we stayed at Ryokan Gero Onsen Sasara. Initially, we were a bit anxious, but we were completely satisfied with the meals, room, onsen, and staff. This accommodation is one we would like to use again when visiting Gero Onsen.

My mother and I stayed here together in late April. We stayed in a beachfront Room with a wonderful ocean view. It was a lovely stay: we could hear the waves all day, woke up to the sound of the waves in the morning, and fell asleep peacefully to them at night. Hardly anyone came to the beach right in front of our Room, so we were able to enjoy private time. Occasionally other guests took photos around check-in/check-out times, but there were blinds, so we felt comfortable and at ease. We had both breakfast and dinner at 2waters. The healthy, delicious dishes made with local island ingredients were beautiful to look at as well, and enjoying them while looking out at the sea made the experience even more special. The souvenir shop at Ma-gun Plaza also had a stylish selection, different from what you find at airport shops, so we were able to buy great souvenirs. It was my first time visiting Amami Oshima, but experiencing Amami culture warmed my heart. All of the staff were very kind. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

We stayed with a family of four and one dog. With this group, we often stay in whole-house rentals, but meals in those cases are usually simple, like hot pot or BBQ only. Here, we also enjoyed a great selection of appetizers. Dinner and breakfast were stocked in the refrigerator, so we could relax without worrying about anyone coming in, and our shy dog could unwind too. The building itself is old, but the Room was beautifully renovated, and the odor mentioned in the Review was not an issue for us. The staff were also kind. We had a wonderful stay.

This Accommodation made me wish I could have extended my stay if I hadn’t had work the next day. From the parking guidance on arrival through to check-out, we received warm and pleasant hospitality. As it is a Ryokan with only a few Rooms, it felt very private, and we hardly ever shared the Onsen with other guests. It was a wonderful escape from everyday life and left us feeling refreshed. We would love to visit again.

I knew it was directly connected to the station, but I was a bit worried because there’s no parking. However, there was an available parking lot about a 1-minute walk away, so it worked out fine. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant—they recommended a ReFa hair dryer and offered complimentary coffee, and I really appreciated those small, thoughtful gestures. It didn’t feel brand-new, but it was clean enough. Since the non-smoking rooms were fully booked, I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell bothered me much less than expected. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, the ocean-side view was beautiful and refreshing. I’d like to stay here again.

This was our first stay at the REI Hotel. The location was very convenient, and since we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel, we appreciated being able to focus on sleep—the bed was spacious and the Room was comfortable. After the live show, we were completely exhausted, so we’re glad we chose this place to rest.

When looking for a place to stay for one night in Ehime with our dog, we found this Hotel. As the Reviews said, the sunset view from the Room is incredibly beautiful, and the Room is spacious—those were the deciding factors, so we chose to stay here. The weather was great that day, the sunset was beautiful, and we could see lots of stars. The Room was spacious and had a large balcony, and the amenities were well stocked. We also received free Onsen tickets and went— it was a wonderful bath. The staff were kind as well. Thank you very much.

There was a much more impressive large public bath than I expected, and it really helped me refresh after the trip.\nI was also pleasantly surprised that the massage chairs were free to use.\nFrom the entrance to the Room, everything is tatami, and our 1-year-old daughter loved it.\nRecommended for families with small children.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

The Reviews were good, so I wasn’t particularly worried, but above all, what helped me the most was the late checkout! I’m not the type to spend every minute of my sightseeing time rushing around, so I was truly grateful to be able to relax until 11:00. By the way, check-in was also early at 14:00, so I left my luggage right away and went sightseeing. Very convenient! I was able to use both the washing machine and dryer for free (detergent: 50 yen). I get cold easily and couldn’t fall asleep at first, but there were blankets in the hallway with a “Please feel free to take one” sign, so I was able to sleep. Breakfast was a reasonable portion size, which really helped since I don’t eat much. Other good points have been mentioned by others, so that’s all from me. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
