All of the staff were truly kind and very helpful. After we arrived, they quickly carried our luggage, and the person who served our meals was genuinely wonderful. We received excellent service in a beautiful natural setting. Next time, I’d like to visit during the colder season. Thank you very much for everything.

The attentive service, the quality of the Onsen facilities, and the meals—everything was flawless. The 14 private Onsen baths each have their own unique features, making it hard to choose. The meals, centered on local seafood, were all truly delicious and generously portioned. We stayed with our pet, and we were treated warmly throughout our stay, making it a very satisfying Accommodation experience. We would love to stay again.

In the morning, risotto has been added in addition to curry. In the evening, they offer ochazuke, late-night ramen, and popcorn, plus an amazing selection of free alcoholic drinks. The location is also just a short walk from Akihabara Station. I stay here every time.

Our family of three stayed here. After checkout, we were truly touched that both the front desk staff and a floor staff member stood together and waved to see us off until we were out of sight. The hospitality was exceptional.

I almost don’t want to share this, but I can see how hard everyone at the Hotel is working… Relax on the lovely terrace (it’s cool, and the breeze feels wonderful. Free drinks are a nice bonus, too). Unwind in the Onsen (the open-air bath is inside the building, so it stays pleasantly cool in the shade. The large windows open fully for an airy feel, and you can relax while looking out at the forest). The walkway to the dining area feels like stepping into another world—very inspiring—and of course, the food is delicious. On our way home, we had soft-serve ice cream at Takasu Farmers in Hirugano Kogen. It was great value and incredibly tasty. We also bought some lily flowers to take home. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The Room and large public bath were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, featuring local Fukuoka specialties, which made the trip even more enjoyable. However, since there was only one bath towel and face towel per person in the Room, it would be great if spare towels could be provided in the large public bath area. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

I have stayed here many times. This time, it was a Room with three beds. It would have been perfect if there had been a small folding table. There were plenty of amenities, and the welcome drink and breakfast were both very good. I would like to stay again.

I made a Reservation for two nights, but it was so comfortable that I ended up staying three nights. From check-in, all the staff made a great impression—they were friendly and easy to talk to, so I felt relaxed right away rather than feeling like it was our first meeting. Since pets are welcome, I got to meet adorable dogs every day, and I also appreciated how kindly the staff interacted with them. They even took photos of visiting dogs, placed them in a mini album, and kept it in the lobby for guests to browse freely. The shop staff also seemed to love dogs—giving them treats and chatting with them created such a warm atmosphere. The staff were kind both to guests and to their dogs. Meals during a Multiple Night Stay can start to feel repetitive, but on both the second and third nights we received one special dish each as part of the Multiple Night Stay service—something not available at the buffet—which made me very happy. With the buffet, I treated it like “If I miss something today, I’ll try it tomorrow,” and managed to try everything over dinner (laugh). Breakfast included bread, yogurt, milk, and smoothies, so I mainly enjoyed bread-based options. At dinner there was unlimited soft drinks; at breakfast there were milk, smoothies, lemon water, and coffee. Alcohol at dinner cost extra, and there was also an all-you-can-drink Plan. My Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style room with two beds. Since I mentioned in advance that my knees aren’t great, they kindly arranged a Room on the 3rd floor near the elevator—I really appreciated that. The location of the Room was surrounded by trees and stayed quite dim even during the day (so we kept the lights on), but there is a free shuttle bus for hot-spring hopping to Mori no Soran iwa nearby. From when the shuttle started running until before dinner each day، I enjoyed their open-air baths، relaxed in their free massage chairs، or lay down on comfortable cushions in their bright spacious lobby. It seems you can use their indoor pool for free as well، but it sounded lively with children، so as an adult traveling alone، I chose instead to take my time enjoying my favorite open-air baths. I bought after-bath pudding and panna cotta at the shop， returned here for dinner， relaxed until bedtime， then went back into the baths again. This Accommodation has more varieties of baths than Mori no Soran iwa؛ if you walk further inside from within大浴場 along its corridor، you’ll find two open-air baths plus scented baths、 standing baths، and more—there’s plenty to enjoy. I’d love to visit again.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s not far from the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient.

This was our first time staying at a Hotel affiliated with Ooedo Onsen! Due to our schedule, we checked in late and could only get a dinner Reservation for 8:30 PM, but we had plenty of fun in the meantime—playing table tennis as a family and enjoying the Onsen. The kids were thrilled! At night, we borrowed UNO and had a great time together. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent—the sushi and steak were amazing! Everyone went back for multiple bowls of seafood rice bowls in the morning. The Facility is a bit old, and the air conditioner was quite loud, but the overall enjoyment more than made up for it. The Room was very spacious too. We’d love to stay again!

The large public bath opened at 5:00 a.m., so I was able to enjoy it comfortably on my own. The entire property was very clean. Having to tap the room key to access each floor made me feel safe.

Directly connected to Tomarin, it’s incredibly convenient for island-hopping. With few Hotels in Naha offering a large public bath and sauna, I was able to unwind in the spacious bath and thoughtfully designed sauna. The restaurant’s Early American atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the staff are attentive—nothing to complain about. Live jazz is performed at 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm, creating a wonderful vibe. From the rooftop you can look down over Tomari Port, and on clear days the sunrise and sunset are beautiful. Since it has just reopened after a renovation, the ship-inspired Rooms were spotless as well. Kokusai-dori is also within walking distance. It might be perfect for a night after returning from the islands or on your final day when you’re tired from sightseeing. I’ll definitely stay again!

We stayed for one night with my daughter’s family, our grandchildren, and our Chihuahua. The Room was clean and spacious, and the kids and our Chihuahua were running around happily!! We were very satisfied to enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace without worrying about the weather. Breakfast arrived warm in the delivery box, so we could eat right away—and it was delicious! The bathroom was also spacious, and we all enjoyed it together. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t use the dog run, but we’d love to come back and try again! We’ll definitely stay again as a family.

They highly recommended this Accommodation to friends and family, saying they were completely satisfied because everything—from the pool and other Facilities to all the equipment and supplies—was fully provided. They were delighted with the complimentary drinks and the cute amenities. They thanked us, saying they enjoyed it so much that they didn’t want to leave after seeing a beautiful sunrise. I’m also looking forward to my first stay in Building B later this month.

On my first trip to Kushiro, I stayed two nights and spent the second night at Lake Akan. From the entrance to the front desk area looked just like the photos, with lots of wood throughout, and I relaxed on the lobby sofa before heading to my Room. I took a coffee out the back entrance and sat on a bench overlooking Lake Akan—such a great start. The Room was a double Japanese-style Room, more than enough for one person. It may have been renovated; it was a modern, clean tatami Room with a bed, which was great. The bath was a large indoor bath, but I also took the shuttle bus to an affiliated property and enjoyed their rooftop open-air bath—very satisfying! You’ll regret it if you don’t go (lol). Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. You tend to think “Hokkaido = seafood,” but all the other dishes were also carefully prepared and tasted amazing. I planned to have a drink at the bar next to reception afterward, but I was too full and gave up (lol). The next morning, while taking a walk around Lake Akan, I ran into wild deer! After that, I took an early sightseeing cruise over to Marimo Hall. The cloudy sky wasn’t ideal, but the breeze felt great and it was very relaxing. It was just one night/two days, but I fully enjoyed nature and felt refreshed. I’d love to stay again if I get the chance.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. It’s fair to call this a hotel area, with multiple Hotels along the main road. There are plenty of shops, the beach is close, and overall it’s extremely convenient. The staff, Facility, and services were all excellent. The Room was a standard size and felt clean and well maintained. There’s a shallow beach right in front of the Hotel, so you can snorkel as much as you like. The snorkeling tour I had planned was canceled due to bad weather, but when I asked the Hotel staff for advice they lent me a life jacket for free, so I was still able to enjoy snorkeling in the sea right out front. They only provided a life jacket—there was no snorkel set available. It would be even better if snorkel sets could be rented.

We were very satisfied with the wonderful Room overlooking the ocean and the golf course. The breakfast was even more delicious than expected, and I’m already talking about coming back with my husband, who couldn’t make it this time. It was a great holiday. We look forward to staying again.

It was very comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, I loved being able to relax in the library café with complimentary drinks. The only disappointment was that breakfast coincided with a group booking, which caused a long line, and due to time constraints I wasn’t able to eat.

We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed many activities, including tennis, golf, the Onsen, shopping, and walks. The Hotel staff were very attentive, and we were extremely satisfied. Personally, I’m looking forward to our plans for autumn and to seeing how the large-scale renovation of Karuizawa Prince develops in the coming years. We had to change our travel Plan due to our own circumstances, and we truly appreciate your courteous and prompt assistance. This time, we chose Kikunoya because we wanted to take our time sightseeing in Miyajima. Its convenient location near Itsukushima Shrine and Daisho-in allowed us to enjoy the area with the Hotel as our base. Not only at the front desk but also during the Shuttle Service ride, we were able to hear stories and helpful local tips about Miyajima, which made our visits even more enjoyable.
