It’s in a great location where you can go out for drinks and get back easily, comes with parking, and felt like a Room in an apartment—very comfortable to stay in! There was also a big TV, so it looked like you could watch lots of things. Towels and trash bags were available right after entering the first-floor entrance, and the Room and shower were clean! Since I didn’t spend the whole day in the Room, it was more than enough for me! I brought a large suitcase, and once opened it felt like you had to step over it to get through, so if there were two people, dealing with open suitcases might be tough. With a small suitcase, no problem at all! I’ll use it again.

It was closer to the station and the outlet mall than expected. We originally planned to cycle to Old Karuizawa Ginza Street and Kumoba Pond, but it was within an easy walking distance while browsing shops along the way. The pension’s bath was spacious with plenty of hot water, so we could stretch out and relax—it felt wonderful. Thanks to the bath, even though we walked a lot, we didn’t feel tired the next day. The bed (narrow and firm) wasn’t very comfortable, but otherwise we were satisfied. Also, all of the staff were very pleasant and left a great impression. Good value for money and highly recommended.

The price is affordable, and I think the Facility is good. It was also nice that tea, coffee, etc. were available in the shared space. The road leading in from the main street is quite steep, so it may be a bit difficult for larger vehicles. However, it was a great location with an ocean view. I would like to stay again next time.

Because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests and we could relax. The Facility felt quite old, but it was kept clean. The meals were generous and very delicious.

Stayed with my dog for 3 nights, and the Room, service, and bath were all excellent. As for breakfast bread, both Marukiya's and Shizuya's bread were delicious. All drinks, including ice cream and beer, were free, which was very satisfying. Thank you very much!

We stayed for two nights and three days on a family trip (5 people). The Room was very spacious and easy to use, which was great. (The washer and dryer were separate, making them convenient to use.) Even though there was a convenience store on the first floor and we still chose the breakfast plan, the breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it both mornings. For dinner, we went to a nearby izakaya-style place, which was also very good. The beach is close by, and we had a great view of the sea from the Room balcony. At night, we could clearly see the moon and stars, which we really enjoyed. One thing to note: a condominium Hotel is currently under construction along the waterfront, so we could see a crane. It may depend on the Room.

Conveniently located within easy reach of Ryogoku Station on both the Oedo Line and the Sobu-Chuo Line, with many nearby restaurants and shops for dining and shopping. When entering, there was a system I hadn’t experienced at other hotels, such as face registration, so I was a little unsure at first. However, it wasn’t difficult, and I was able to complete the process smoothly. There was also a way to make inquiries on the spot, so it didn’t seem like there would be any trouble. Upon entering the Room, I was immediately impressed by how spacious it was and by the abundance of greenery. The Facility is well equipped with various modern and convenient features, and the main sauna allows self-service löyly, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. We bought various foods to bring in, made snacks in the kitchen as well, enjoyed them with the complimentary Prosecco provided as a perk, took turns using each bathtub whenever we liked, and fully enjoyed the sauna—overall offering a high degree of freedom and making our stay extremely satisfying. During this stay, we consulted about adding one more guest than originally planned. The staff explained everything very carefully regarding the system and kindly handled all procedures for adding an additional guest. We truly appreciated their thoughtful support. We were all saying that we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful stay experience.

The Room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, and I would love to stay here again. If I had to mention something, the water in the large public bath was a bit lukewarm, so it would be perfect if it could be adjusted. The hairdryer provided was excellent, and I even felt like buying one for myself!

This Hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and has a clean, well-kept interior. The complimentary drink service is also appreciated. Since the Room has a microwave and a washing machine, it seems ideal for a Multiple Night Stay or if you plan to spend a lot of time in the Room. Check-out is easy and takes just 30 seconds. For long-term stays, linen changes seem to be once a week; even considering the eco-friendly approach, it felt a bit too infrequent. I noticed the next morning that the refrigerator seemed to be broken. Since it was winter, it didn’t have much impact, but the salad and drinks I had stored inside were not chilled. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel.

This was my first stay. The location was excellent, and above all, the Room was very clean. It felt spotless and I was very satisfied.

I traveled with my elderly mother, and since the accommodation is slightly away from the main street, it was quiet and comfortable. Moreover, it takes less than 10 minutes by car to reach the main street. Parking lots are abundant (many cost a maximum of 400–500 yen on weekdays), making sightseeing convenient. The front desk staff, both men and women, were all pleasant and answered our questions with smiles and care. At the breakfast venue, not only was the food delightful in the morning but there were also various drink options that made us feel enriched. As for the bath, I didn’t notice the bubble bath at night in the open-air section but realized it in the morning when I thought, "Wasn’t this clear before?" However, I felt that the machine for creating bubbles was a bit noisy. Still, with its excellent location and welcoming atmosphere, this is a wonderful accommodation where my mother also had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

It truly felt like staying in my own Room for a night. The Room was spacious, with separate bath and toilet, making it more comfortable than a typical Business Hotel. If I visit near Tajimi again, I would love to stay here. Thank you very much!

I visit Kofu several times a year, but this was my first time staying at Route Inn. The exterior is a bit dated, and the Room was small, but the shared areas were well-cleaned and tidy. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, during check-in, to ease congestion at breakfast time, I chose the last time slot from four options (based on staff recommendations for less crowded times). Unfortunately, it felt rushed within the 30-minute breakfast period and I couldn't relax. Additionally, in the morning bathhouse, the water temperature was lukewarm—perhaps due to adjustments for the heatwave—and it wasn't warm enough to heat up my body in a short time. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive; their service left a positive impression. I would like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you!

I stayed here on the “Room Type Assigned” Plan. The exterior uses a lot of wood and looks stylish—you wouldn’t even guess it’s a Hotel at first (lol). - Next to the front desk on the 1st floor, there were various amenities, plus a free tea/coffee dispenser, vending machines, and a microwave to heat up items bought at convenience stores. In the morning I often went down just to make tea, brought it back to my Room, and enjoyed it slowly at the desk. - I was staying alone, but I was given a twin Room. The Room was very clean, and since I didn’t have much luggage (I wasn’t traveling from far away), it was just right for me. *Note: The twin Room I stayed in wasn’t very spacious in terms of floor area, so if you’re staying as two people or have two suitcases, it may feel tight even in a twin. In that case, choosing a larger twin Room or booking two single Rooms would be safer.* - The wall-mounted TV, hair dryer, and refrigerator were all provided and made it comfortable. The bathroom is a unit bath—so not especially spacious—but everything you need was there (shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand/face soap), so I had no complaints. It was clean with no grime and perfectly fine to use. There were also skincare items like cleansing oil and moisturizing lotion available among the amenities next to the front desk, which I borrowed. - The loungewear is a one-piece type. I’m not sure if it’s 100% cotton, but it felt soft and comfortable on my skin. Since I have sensitive skin I brought my own pajamas just in case, but ended up using theirs—and slept in it as well. It had a slightly brushed flannel-like feel, so if you tend to get hot you may want to bring your own. - It’s right next to Kuromon Market (basically beside it), with convenience stores nearby as well—I could even withdraw cash from an ATM there—so it was extremely convenient. - They also arranged a taxi for me, and everyone at the front desk was consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay—I’m truly grateful. *If I had to mention one thing: when taking a bath/shower, the unit-bath mirror doesn’t seem to have anti-fog coating so it fogged up from humidity and I had to wipe it off. However, there’s also a smaller mirror on the desk area too—so that should be enough for most people.* I didn’t use breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Depending on your destination/plans this may vary—but with their courteous service at reception plus good Facilities and an ideal size for solo travelers، this was such a clean Hotel that I'd happily stay again when I'm in the area. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive when my child accidentally broke a glass in the Room, which left a lasting impression on us. Another staff member also provided detailed explanations about the dishes during our meal and engaged with the children, making them feel comfortable despite it being a busy holiday period. The service from all staff members was exceptional. Breakfast included self-serve rice and miso soup with free refills, and the miso soup was especially delicious. There were rabbits in the lobby that we could pet and hold, which delighted the children. Thanks to this experience, we had an enjoyable Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much! We heard that new animals will be added soon, so we look forward to visiting again!

Although the building is a bit old, it was clean, well located, and felt like staying at a Resort Hotel. The sea is right in front, so you can take a walk, and it’s also easy to access by train. I was able to log in to Amazon Prime in the Room and watch movies. The white-themed Room was lovely. The price is a little on the high side, but the clawfoot bathtub was great. The Hotel itself felt surprisingly compact inside.

I booked based on affordability and location without high expectations. When I mentioned during the reservation process that I wanted an early morning departure, they kindly accommodated my request. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a welcome drink, and for the first time, I saw a hotel offering sake such as "Taka" and "Tenbi," which are famous in Yamaguchi Prefecture—highly recommended. The amenities were well-stocked, which excited my daughter as we chose from them. The front desk staff provided very courteous service. While the room was old, it was thoroughly cleaned, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay. Although I went without high expectations, I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

A quiet and historic accommodation with a splendid courtyard, featuring spacious rooms and no particular issues with meals or the bath, made for a relaxing and enjoyable trip with friends. The senior staff members were working hard, but it seemed understaffed as no one appeared promptly at the dining area when we arrived. When we called out, it seemed they couldn't hear us, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the shower in the room's bidet toilet did not work, and the TV only displayed terrestrial channels; these areas could use improvement. Overall, I was satisfied. Thank you very much!
