The male staff guided me, and both the explanation and the room were very simple, just as shown in the photos. It seems to mainly cater to business travelers, as there is a simple washing area and a shared refrigerator in the dining area, giving it an overall dormitory-like atmosphere. I arrived around 7 PM, and since the futon was already laid out for me, I fell asleep right away due to my fatigue from traveling. I slept very well. You can walk to York Benimaru from here, and for someone like me who just wants "a bath to stretch my legs and a proper futon to sleep on," this accommodation was perfect! I would love to stay here again.

We stayed for three to four days from the holiday period into the weekdays. We informed them in advance about a food allergy, and they kindly accommodated us. They seem to be running the place with a small team, so they looked very busy, but all the staff were cheerful, kind, and served us with smiles. The private family bath in the annex for day-use visitors was a nice change of pace, but the slightly hot Onsen in the main building was wonderful. We would like to visit again if we have the chance.

Although I arrived later than my scheduled check-in time, the staff were very courteous. The Facility was clean, and most amenities were provided. Since I had a leg injury and could not climb the ladder, they kindly accommodated my request to sleep on the lower bunk, which I truly appreciated. The air conditioning felt a bit too strong at night. I also think the lighting could be a little brighter. I would like to stay again.

I stayed with a Plan that included breakfast. The Room was a Japanese-style room on the first floor with a fairly pleasant, tranquil view. It was a Room with futons for up to four people, but I used it alone. Standard amenities were provided: towels, toothbrushes, and razors. I wanted to use Wi-Fi in the guest Room, but it seemed only available in the third-floor lobby. The signal barely reached the guest Room and wasn’t usable even after entering the ID and password. Since 5G and 4G mobile signals were also somewhat weak, having reliable Wi-Fi access in each Room would make for a more comfortable stay. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese set meal—fairly standard but tasty enough to enjoy.

I was able to stay comfortably again this year. It was disappointing that, for some reason, I couldn’t watch YouTube and the amenities didn’t arrive. However, when I checked in and entered the Room, it was cool inside, and I really appreciated your thoughtful consideration. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again next year.

With a bus stop right in front, it was convenient for getting anywhere. It was also helpful that shopping at A-Coop and dining out were both within walking distance. The staff were very kind and pleasant. There is a large public bath, and there was also a cold plunge pool for the sauna, so I could cool my tired legs after Jomon Sugi and take good care of them. Thank you very much.

It is a small Hotel, but the Room was more spacious and cleaner than expected. The bathroom is a unit type, which felt a bit narrow and old.

We visited this accommodation for our first trip with our beloved dog. The family running the place are dog lovers and warmly welcomed our pet from the moment we arrived. Despite being an accommodation exclusively for guests with pets, it was impeccably clean, and there was no noticeable odor at all. Thoughtful considerations for staying with pets were evident everywhere, including a clear explanation of guidelines upon arrival to ensure mutual respect among guests. The warm, carefully prepared meals allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. The property features a dog run and walking paths behind the building; unfortunately, as we only stayed one night this time, we couldn’t fully enjoy them—something we regret. We definitely plan to visit again for a longer stay next time. Regarding meals, they kindly inquired about allergies in advance. Although no one in our family has allergies, we forgot to mention some food preferences but were grateful for their prompt adjustments. This is truly an ideal accommodation for traveling with your furry family members!

We stayed in June with four people and booked four Rooms. The Accommodation isn’t brand-new, but the Rooms are spacious and very well cleaned. There aren’t any power outlets near the beds, but there’s an extension cord at the desk area—thoughtful and clearly guest-friendly. Free coffee in the lobby is available 24 hours a day, which was great! Breakfast was delicious too. The breakfast area (lobby) was thoroughly cleaned right away whenever guests left their seats. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

I love traditional Japanese accommodations and have stayed at many restored old houses. This place is truly unique. It’s not a stylishly renovated old house with everything modernized. That’s why it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood in the countryside. A single-story house, tatami rooms, sunken kotatsu, veranda, cooking rice in a pot over firewood from the forest, chopping wood, lighting charcoal, cats lounging in the garden, beautiful starry skies, cicada shells, cricket chirps at night, birds singing in the morning... The only word that comes to mind is "peace." It felt like I had traveled back to early Showa-era Japan. While other beautifully renovated old houses are wonderful too, this place was incredibly healing for my soul. Luxurious simplicity—there's no greater luxury for the heart than this. One night wasn’t enough at all! I already want to return soon and have made my next reservation right away!

The Facility is somewhat old, but the location is excellent for sightseeing around Gion. Otherwise, it feels comparable to a Business Hotel.

Compact and clean, it was nice. It was very quiet even during sleep. For a trip with two women, it would be even better if there was a full-length mirror in the Room. Also, it didn't show up when searched on Google Maps.

We stayed with 8 adults and 4 children. The interior was stylish, very clean, and had a sense of cleanliness. The best part was having three rooms with beds and one tatami room, allowing each family member to have their own private space. The beds were fluffy and comfortable, making it easy to relax. However, because the design was so stylish, the open staircase made us worry about children falling from behind the sofa. We placed items at the entrance of the stairs to prevent children from going down alone and managed accordingly. Other than that, we had a very relaxing time. We would love to stay here again as a family! The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained! As for the grill, perhaps due to our setup error, its heat was weak so we ended up using a hot plate to cook meat instead.

Thank you for accommodating our request to change the room due to a concern about the smell. The new room had a view of Mt. Fuji, though it was partially obscured by clouds. We managed to capture some photos during the morning when it was visible. We heard that this room has recently been renovated to be barrier-free. The entrance features half tatami flooring, and the low table makes it easy to open suitcases. Although we didn’t use the private bath in the room, there is a large public Onsen on the first floor accessible with a passcode for added security, allowing us to enjoy bathing with peace of mind. The Onsen includes three showers, one baby chair, and amenities such as cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cotton swabs, and cotton pads—all provided for your convenience. Please bring towels from your room when visiting. There were also several electric bicycles available and even some popular bikes on display in what seemed like an exhibition area. In front of the first-floor Onsen area are manga books and various play items available for guests' enjoyment. Yukata robes are provided nearby: sizes include 120cm for children; one size (150–160cm) for women; and options for men as well. While the exterior may appear aged from outside at first glance, inside is very clean with noticeable updates such as new carpets in hallways (at least on floors we explored). The café space on ground level adds charm too! In mornings limited-time complimentary coffee service awaits guests—a delightful touch before heading out exploring locally! On next day’s itinerary included visit Café Mont Blanc nearby—thankful parking arrangements made everything seamless enhancing overall experience greatly! Truly memorable trip indeed thanks again wholeheartedly choosing stay here Fujiyoshida region left lasting impression surely returning future stays accommodations same place!!

This was our third stay. The staff were very kind and attentive, and we had a comfortable and pleasant time. The Room was clean and welcoming, with a calming atmosphere filled with the scent of wood, making it very relaxing. There were both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, allowing us to fully enjoy a leisurely soak. In particular, there were three types of open-air baths, which the children also enjoyed, creating wonderful memories for the whole family. It was an Accommodation we were highly satisfied with, and one we would definitely like to visit again.

The room I stayed in felt outdated overall, and the three-piece unit bathroom was particularly small and inconvenient. However, everything else was clean and well-maintained. The view from the accommodation lived up to its reputation as a "scenic inn," offering stunning sunsets. A sandy beach is just a short walk away, making it ideal for swimming in summer. Guests can enjoy a private open-air bath once for free. There are two options: a cypress bath and a larger-than-usual tub bath; I recommend the tub bath for its size. Although the public bath lacked scenic views, I had it all to myself during my visit, allowing me to relax fully with plenty of space. The meals were exceptional both morning and evening—highly recommended for sashimi or seafood lovers! The spiny lobster sashimi was sweet and incredibly delicious. The next morning's spiny lobster miso soup had rich flavors from the broth and was equally delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making this an accommodation I'd love to visit again!

I had used the Onsen several times as a day trip, but this was my first time staying overnight. The toothbrush provided in the amenities was a bit hard, but that’s easy to solve by bringing my own next time. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay with no complaints. My Room had a view of Mt. Jonen, but since I arrived at night I couldn’t see it then. I enjoyed Mt. Jonen the next morning, but I left in a hurry and couldn’t take my time to fully appreciate the view, which was a bit disappointing. Next time, I plan to check in while it’s still light and enjoy everything properly. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I had planned to arrive at 3:00 PM and enjoy the bath, but my phone suddenly broke that day and I couldn’t get in touch. I didn’t arrive until after 7:00 PM. The front desk staff were worried about me, and even checked whether I might be hungry and needed dinner. On top of that, they upgraded my Room. The Ryokan is a bit old, but it’s kept very clean, and the radon Onsen was wonderful. Next time, I’d definitely like to stay with meals included. The front desk staff’s kimono attire and attentiveness, along with the atmosphere of the building and garden—full of charm and a nostalgic Showa-era feel—were all lovely.

Since there is no single room, I used a room for three people with a double bed and a semi-double bed for one person. The room was spacious, and the bath and toilet were in separate sections and were clean. There was also a small refrigerator where you can store drinks and food bought at a convenience store within walking distance. I would like to use this Stays again when visiting Kyoto.

I stayed for one night. It is a hotel like an apartment where you can cook and do laundry. The bath is separate from the toilet, and above all, it is clean and new, which I am very satisfied with. If I have a business trip planned in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.
