The staff were very courteous, and the Room was spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. I also appreciated that a charger was provided. It’s in a great location—less than a 10-minute walk to Hakata Station and just steps from Gion Station—making it convenient for sightseeing. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.

The twin room was designated for smoking, and while electronic cigarettes were said to be allowed, the smell was quite strong. It seems that someone might have been smoking regular tobacco. As a smoker myself, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Not particularly luxurious but clean and comfortable. - Facility: As a limited-service hotel, there are few shared facilities available. This is more suited for those who prefer exploring the city rather than spending time in the accommodation itself. The overall impression is that the facility is starting to show its age slightly. - Service: Interaction was limited to check-in at the front desk, but the service was efficient and professional. One mistake on my part was not noticing that parking was available at the hotel; I ended up using a nearby parking lot instead, though there wasn’t much difference in price. - Dining: Having stayed at several Holiday Inn hotels in other regions before, this one offered an excellent breakfast buffet by comparison. The menu had a wide variety of options including fresh sashimi, vegetables, and local delicacies from Hokkaido that are perfect for tourists visiting the area. - Overall satisfaction: As part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, it meets basic quality standards without offering anything particularly extraordinary to captivate guests' hearts—but there’s nothing to complain about either! If you're looking to stay in Susukino area specifically, this hotel can be considered as an option despite being slightly pricier due to its international brand status—something that also reflects its loyal fan base!

Excellent location near the station with great convenience. As expected, the Room was spotless and beautiful. The pillow was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed for one night on a business trip to Hokkaido. It’s not a new Hotel, but it had all the basic amenities. Amenities were not set in the Room; instead, you pick up what you need from the area near the front desk. There is no large public bath, but the unit bath was relatively spacious and I had no issues using it. The toilet seat was not heated, so it felt cold when sitting down. The welcome coffee and the late-night ochazuke service from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM were nice. Breakfast was included as well. It wasn’t particularly luxurious, but it was a standard buffet-style breakfast. They even had curry in the morning and also bread rolls. It was disappointing that there were no desserts or fresh vegetables, but since it’s free, that’s understandable. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would stay again if I have the chance.

I visited Odaitou for the first time in 10 years, and it was very nostalgic and fun. The Accommodation was very quiet, so I could relax. The Onsen water quality was excellent. However, I was a bit concerned about the design of the washing area in the bath, as some of the water used to rinse off seemed to flow into the bathtub. The food was very delicious; in particular, I was impressed that the deep-fried menme (kinki) was served freshly fried. I understand there are limits on the catch, but since Hokkaido striped shrimp are so delicious, I wished I could have eaten a little more (lol). In any case, thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

I stay here for business trips. I really appreciate that parking is free, and because it’s a flat surface lot, even mid-sized vehicles can park without any trouble. There’s also a gas station nearby, and since the property faces a wide road, getting around is easy. For traveling around Izumo by car, I found that staying a little outside the area around the station offers more flexibility. Highly recommended.

The Room was not very spacious, but it was compact and comfortable. We traveled by car and were concerned about finding parking near the entertainment district. However, there were several parking lots with a maximum fee of around 1500 yen during both daytime and nighttime, making it easy to park. It’s not a high hurdle!

There are many dining options nearby, and a convenience store is just around the corner. The Hotel front desk staff were kind, and the Room was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

This seems like a fine, old-fashioned Hotel often found in company towns. At first, the age of the Facilities and interior stood out, but on closer look everything was thoroughly cleaned throughout, and we had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had no strange odors at all, and the mirrors and window glass were spotless as well. There were complimentary local shochu and free-flow coffee drinks, which was very convenient. Breakfast is served buffet-style in small bowls and feels very clean. The selection is not large, but the seasoning was good and we were more than satisfied. The only thing that bothered me was that the toilet seat was cold. I couldn’t tell whether it was a setting issue or if there was no heated-seat function, but on cold days it’s quite a shock. This time I stayed in a twin room with my son on our trip, and with the weekend-only Plan the value for money was excellent. If I have another chance to come here, I would definitely like to stay again.

The cherry blossoms in full bloom seen from the open-air bath were amazing. The meals were also satisfying—great value for money.

Two of us were working in Kuwana City over the weekend, but the weather was bad on Saturday and we ended up running late, so we changed plans at the last minute and stayed here. Since we needed parking for a work vehicle, we were thinking about checking in only after confirming we could park, but luckily there was an open space and we were able to park the vehicle. We had no complaints at all about the Hotel’s Facility or service. Regarding the parking fee for our work vehicle, when we asked other contractors on site about parking fees at another Hotel, they said they were charged more than double what this Hotel charges. We will be staying overnight for work in Kuwana City twice a year going forward, and based on the great service and reasonable pricing, we plan to continue using this Hotel. Because we had an early start in the morning, we did not have breakfast, so please refer to other guests’ Reviews for that.

The Accommodation offered convenient access in all directions, delicious meals, and excellent value for money. Recommended if you don’t mind that the Room does not have a private toilet or washbasin. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi was not provided by the Facility, but via an external free Wi-Fi service (with a time limit). If that doesn’t bother you either, we recommend it.

It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, and both check-in and check-out were easy. I really liked that the pajamas came as a separate top and bottom—it was unusual in a good way! However, if you’re shorter, the pants may drag on the floor. Even without multiple sizes, it would be nice to have two options such as shorts and long pants. The walls felt a bit thin. A full-length mirror would be appreciated.

The hotel's parking lot was a bit difficult to find, possibly because I arrived late at night. The entrance is on the 2nd floor, and there seemed to be an elevator nearby, but I didn’t notice it and ended up carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs to check in. However, the room was perfectly fine for just sleeping without any issues. The toilet door and walls appeared to have been renovated and were very clean. The Onsen for women had an auto-lock system for security, and by adjusting the timing of my visit, I could enjoy it privately at a relaxed pace. The shampoo and other amenities were POLA products with a pleasant fragrance, and there was even cleansing lotion available in the changing room. There was a microwave on the 2nd floor, but having one in the room would have been more convenient. Thank you very much for your hospitality. If I visit Kanoya again, I would like to stay here!

The bedside light flickers. The air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted. I understand this may be unavoidable due to the building’s design. As a suggestion, how about installing a residential air conditioner in each Room? The service was excellent.

This is my third stay at an AB Hotel in different locations. Everything is provided to a reasonable extent in each area. I will consider staying again at one of their properties.
