The bath was wonderful. I was also happy that there was an electric therapy chair. For dinner, it would have been even better if there had been one more small side dish or a salad. The staff cleaned the facilities from early in the morning, so I had a very pleasant stay. The garden was beautiful as well. Thank you very much.

Although there is only one type of spring source—our favorite sulfur Onsen—we enjoyed how the water color differed between the indoor bath and the open-air bath. The open-air bath also offered beautiful fresh green maple leaves, and we would love to visit again during the autumn foliage season. The meals were a satisfying amount for enjoying drinks, with seasonal items as well. The asparagus tempura in particular was outstanding. The building is old, but the Room had been renovated and was clean. From the Room, we enjoyed the garden flowers and fresh greenery.

Depending on the Room, the air conditioning did not work very well, so it may be a bit uncomfortable in summer. There are separate baths for men and women, but one side has only an open-air bath with no indoor bath, while the other has only an indoor bath; there is also a time-based switch between men’s and women’s use. Personally, this left me with a less favorable impression. Aside from that, the location and meals were good, and the Facility was excellent with no complaints.

"Hotel Toranomon Hills" Above all, the location is outstanding. The view from the Room is truly “Toranomon.” Just looking out over the cluster of high-rise buildings somehow lifts your spirits. Another personal favorite was the lounge on the 11th floor. There are light cakes and drinks, it never feels too crowded, and it’s wonderfully quiet. It’s perfect for relaxing at your own pace, or opening up a laptop and getting some work done. Having a calm place like this inside the Hotel is a real treat. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of options, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying start to the day. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. As this stay was for my birthday, I had made a few requests in advance, and an experienced concierge handled everything with impressive ease. Even without detailed explanations, they understood what I meant and took action accordingly. Luxury Hotels matter for their Facilities and views, of course—but in the end, it really comes down to people. The Room, the view, the lounge, breakfast, and above all the staff. Rather than one standout feature, everything is consistently excellent across the board. A place you can choose with confidence for an important occasion. I’d love to stay again—truly.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Okinawa. The toilet, bathroom, bedroom, and living room were all spotless. It was convenient for dining out, and there was a convenience store nearby. We were very satisfied!

We stayed for a 4-day, 3-night Multiple Night Stay. It was our first time using self-check-in, so we were a bit worried, but the detailed instructions sent via email made the process smooth and problem-free. The Room exceeded our expectations, and our family was thrilled. We were concerned about running out of towels during the Multiple Night Stay, but there were plenty stocked, along with amenities like a hairdryer and lots of dishes, making our stay very comfortable. The pool, which could be lit up at night, was a favorite for the kids, and they used it whenever they had time during our stay. The Room had a space where we could move directly from the pool to the bathroom even while wet, and the washing machine and dryer made it convenient to clean up after swimming or going to the beach. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to stay again.

Upon check-in, the entrance was crowded with foreign guests, some sitting on the floor with scattered luggage, which was surprising. The trash bins were overflowing, and there were items like empty instant noodle cups. The room and amenities were pleasant, allowing for a relaxing stay. However, the space between the bed and wall was narrow, making it difficult to find a spot to open a suitcase. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, so even during my two-night stay, I didn’t get tired of it.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very pleasant experience. The staff were all kind and welcoming. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, yet I was able to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for providing such a peaceful space.

Overall, it can be rated above standard. The staff's response was polite and excellent. I had breakfast, but having to go outside and walk even a little might be considered a downside.

At this price, with a 12:00 checkout and breakfast included, I thought it was excellent. I worked remotely in the morning and was able to do so comfortably with the sofa and table provided. Since it's located in a busy area, whether that's a plus or not depends on the individual.

The large public bath was great. The massage chairs in the relaxation room and the opportunity to try out home appliances were also enjoyable. We realized that the morning bath was available for both men and women at any time only after breakfast on our last day, which was unfortunate. It was properly posted within the Hotel. There are many restaurants within walking distance, making it a good Hotel for our family, whose travel goals include enjoying a big bath and delicious meals (with alcohol).

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. Although it’s a love hotel, it was affordable and gave me a relaxing, carefree time. You can really feel the effort to satisfy guests in many ways. I became a member, and next time I’ll book directly. The late-night noise from the room-service cart was acceptable to me overall.

The coffee from the machine we were offered upon arrival was delicious. Even though it was before breakfast and things weren’t ready yet, when I asked at the front desk before departure, they quickly made it available for me to drink, which I really appreciated. I was also able to fill my own bottle with ice and water, so I was very satisfied.

My son and I stayed here, and the 10-tatami Japanese-style Room was calm and spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. Dinner offered so many dishes that we, as drinkers, couldn’t finish everything. Breakfast also had an impressive variety. We’ve mostly been staying at Business Hotels lately, so this reminded us of how wonderful this kind of Accommodation can be. Both my son and I were very satisfied.

It was a clean and cozy guesthouse. The food at the bar was very delicious.

The amenities are incredibly well stocked. The Room is more than spacious enough, and I was able to relax comfortably. The only inconvenience is that convenience stores and similar shops are a bit far. There is an AEON Mall right in front, but you can’t cross the road directly, so you need to walk a little. It’s best to buy anything you may need before check-in. Overall, I think this Hotel is a great place to unwind.

When we entered the Room, the kettle and humidifier had already been turned on for us. The open-air bath left our skin feeling smooth, and there were two types of sauna as well as many kinds of baths, so we were able to relax. On our way back, we were given a ride to Kawanishi-Noseguchi Station, which was very helpful. Although the building and Room felt a bit old, we were satisfied with the price including dinner and breakfast. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

This accommodation features a charming corridor connecting the front desk to the rooms. All rooms come with an open-air bath. There are rooms with city views and mountain views; this time, we stayed in a mountain-view room called "Kasuga," which was a combination of Japanese and Western styles (8-tatami mat alcove + 6-tatami Western-style room with two beds). The open-air bath was not very large but sufficient for two people. When we tried to use the open-air bath right after check-in, we found a centipede in it. Since the area outside is surrounded by nature, it couldn't be helped... However, when we informed the staff, they promptly cleaned and replaced the water for us, which was great. Dinner was served at the dining area as an Irori Kaiseki meal! Everything was delicious! We were very satisfied. Breakfast might feel slightly lacking for some guests. Although there is WiFi in the room, it’s weak and disconnects frequently—this needs improvement. A floor plan of the facility or room layout would be helpful inside each room. It would also be nice to have menus and tariffs for additional dinner dishes or drinks available in advance in each room since we only learned about additional dishes later on. It would be convenient to have an extra set of towels and bath towels since guests also visit public baths within the facility. Roomwear that separates into top-and-bottom pieces like samue would also be appreciated—it wouldn’t come undone easily and could even be worn to meals at dining areas. The staff members are incredibly kind and attentive! Overall, this accommodation provides a highly satisfying experience! It’s definitely worth revisiting! Next time, I’d like to stay in one of their city-view rooms!

I stayed here to attend an event with an early-morning departure. The front desk staff were easygoing and kind. The Room and bed were spacious, and the deep bathtub—rare these days—was especially comfortable. There’s also a large supermarket and a coin laundry nearby, which is very convenient! I’d like to stay again next time.
