Soaking in the Onsen surrounded by nature is truly uplifting. Just an hour from Nagoya is also a plus.

We had a relaxing stay! The front desk staff’s warm smiles and service were excellent!

This Accommodation is attached to a roadside station. There are Rooms in the main building, and there are also trailer houses behind it; one of the four units allows guests with dogs. It seems you can enjoy BBQ except during the winter season. The reception staff’s kindness and smiles were especially memorable. There were no dog amenities in the Room. Since it is a dog-friendly Accommodation, I didn’t expect too much, but it was kept very clean—by far the cleanest dog-friendly place I’ve stayed at so far. The Room even had an open-air bath and underfloor heating, so we were very comfortable. We could also use the on-site bathing Facility for free. The bath with Hokutolite warmed me through to the core, and it was well cleaned too. There were quite a few day-use visitors as well, which shows how popular it is. We didn’t eat here this time, but dinner seems to be available at the dining hall from 5:00 PM. I’d like to try it next time. Done! Thank you very much.

The Room is in a renovated apartment building, so it doesn’t have much atmosphere, but it was more than enough since we only needed a place to sleep. The bath in the basement is an Onsen, and it was clean, so we could relax with peace of mind. (However, there were insect remains in the courtyard along the hallway. Please clean this.) Having laundry facilities (a washer-dryer) was very helpful. For meals and the large public bath, we were taken to the main building by Shuttle Service, so there was no inconvenience. The buffet was satisfying at this level. The Hotel we stayed at the previous day was low quality and disappointing, so this was a relief. The manga library in the main building is extensive, and my daughter and husband really liked it. The front desk staff kindly guided us to sightseeing spots and responded sincerely, which made us feel at ease; considering the cost as well, overall it was a very satisfying Accommodation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Atsugi Nanasawa Onsen was wonderful. We were able to use two indoor baths and one open-air bath almost privately.

It was our first time glamping with our dog, and we were very satisfied with the clean Facility, free drinks, and the generous BBQ portions. The pork loin was delicious, with sweet fat that paired perfectly with alcohol! We’d love to have it again! We’re looking forward to visiting again as a family. Seeing the starry night sky after so long was truly healing. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us during our stay.

When I made the Reservation, it was hard to find the check-in location, but I felt relieved once I realized it was just before the dead-end stairs by the large keyhole. The front desk staff were helpful and everything went smoothly, and it was easy to find the Hotel—it’s only a short walk away. The Room felt like a 1DK with a dining table, so it was spacious and comfortable. Also, since it’s close to the station, it’s ideal for getting around by train or bus, and you can take care of meals and shopping at the station building. One disappointment was that I had requested a towel change, but when I returned for a while, they hadn’t been replaced. However, when I contacted them, they responded right away. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage until my bus time, which was very helpful.

We stayed with friends and their families, bringing along five children aged 3 and 4. The accommodation arranged for us to stay in the same building as our friends' families, allowing us to dine together within the same space. This setup made it comfortable for both the children and adults without worrying about other guests. The room was spacious enough, and although the building was old, areas like the toilets were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The meals were delicious with generous portions. We would love to stay here again when visiting nearby with family!

While looking for a Hotel near my destination with a separate bath and toilet, I came across this one, which had highly rated Reviews, and decided to stay here. Everything was smooth, including the Reservation process, the pre-arrival email confirmation, check-in, and the follow-up email after check-in. The simple (in a good way) style made for a comfortable two-night stay. The only thing that concerned me was the checkout time. When I made the Reservation, I confirmed that checkout was at 10:00, but the post-check-in confirmation email said 11:00. I should have checked at the time, but it seems it really was 10:00—I ended up checking out late and was reminded about it. I’m sorry for causing inconvenience. There were no cleaning issues like some others mentioned; everything was well cleaned and nothing bothered me. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

It exceeded my expectations. The meals were delicious, and the baths were operated on a private-use rotation at all three locations that day, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing Onsen and spend a truly luxurious time. The staff were also very pleasant.

It was our first stay, and the air conditioner was already on at check-in so the Room was warm. The shampoo wasn’t a cheap brand, and both the Room and bathroom were clean. There was also a kettle and a washing machine, so it was perfect for staying with two kids and bringing our own meals!! It was a shame we didn’t have time to use the Onsen, but I’d like to try it next time. If I had to ask for anything, I wish there were a few more hangers, and that small packs of dish soap and laundry detergent were available for purchase at the front desk.

The view from the Room was wonderful. We had a clear view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji. The view from the main building’s Onsen was also great. All the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and provided pleasant service. We would love to stay again.

I had the privilege of spending New Year's for the first time at Kinjohro, one of Kanazawa's most renowned ryokan. With my mother being from Kanazawa and having spent six years studying in this city myself, it had always been a dream to welcome the New Year at Kinjohro. However, I hesitated for a long time, feeling that such a prestigious and traditional ryokan might be beyond my reach. This year, I finally had the opportunity to visit Kanazawa with my son and fulfill this long-held dream. The elegant architecture, refined furnishings harmonizing sophistication and grace, exquisite Kutani ware and Kaga Yuzen kimonos—everything exuded timeless beauty. The traditional Kaga cuisine featuring local specialties like yellowtail fish, crab, duck dishes such as kamo-jibu stew prepared with care using authentic ingredients—and even the osechi New Year’s feast—were simply exceptional. The room and bath filled with the soothing scent of cypress wood added to an unforgettable experience. Above all else was the heartfelt hospitality provided by staff who embody over 130 years of tradition in this historic city of Kanazawa. It felt as though we were transported back in time to experience the grandeur of Kaga Hyakumangoku culture. On New Year's morning after enjoying osechi cuisine, we joined other guests along with the owner, proprietress (okami), head chef, staff members and their families for a mochi-pounding event at the entrance. The friendly atmosphere shared among everyone under glimpses of blue sky through clouds made it truly special—the taste of kinako-coated mochi will remain etched in our memories alongside our stay at Kinjohro. Thank you so much to everyone at Kinjohro! I look forward to experiencing more seasonal delights from Kanazawa’s rich culture through future visits here.

A typhoon approached, and we couldn’t stay on our original Reservation date, but luckily there was availability and we were able to stay. The owner’s wife went out of her way to help us even before our stay, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank her. It was such a wonderful villa that I hardly know where to begin. The spacious Room, the breathtaking views of the sea and sky from the vast grounds, the warm hospitality of the owner’s wife and staff, the meals—everything was exceptional. The Room was spotless, and it was hard to believe the property is 20 years old—the interior, furniture, and furnishings all felt beautifully maintained. We honestly wished we could have stayed for many more nights (if only time and budget allowed!). Breakfast was just the right amount; you could tell at a glance how high-quality it was—and it tasted just as good. For dinner, we had a BBQ with lean Matsusaka beef that was unbelievably tender. Our growing son said he could eat endless amounts—and he finished it in no time. It wasn’t heavy at all, and I don’t think you can find meat like that anywhere else. Waking up naturally in the morning to the sound of waves, birdsong, and gentle sunlight—this is luxury at its finest and an extraordinary escape from everyday life. We’re completely missing Miyakojima already—though honestly we miss Island Terrace Nira even more (laugh). We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much!

The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied. During the Shuttle Service from the station, we enjoyed chatting and were told about a great sunset spot. The drinks served with dinner were also delicious, and we had a wonderful evening meal. The coffee was great as well. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again.

You can enjoy the view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge up close, and everything—the location, the Accommodation’s atmosphere, and the Facility—is excellent, so we have stayed here many times. If I could ask for more, the bathroom window has no curtain and is fully visible from outside, so I would really like you to install one. If there were a sofa bed in the second-floor family room, we could relax upstairs as well, and it would be convenient for multiple families to sleep there. We all look forward to staying here again as a family.

The Room was clean, spacious, and the sunken kotatsu table made it wonderful. The amenities were also well stocked. The bath had a soothing hinoki scent and was very relaxing. The pet rules were not overly strict, so we could spend time freely in the Room, and our pet felt at ease as if at home. The meals were also very delicious. It was a very satisfying trip, and we would like to stay again.

The location was great, the facility was clean, and our whole family was satisfied. We would love to use it again if we have the chance.

We stayed for two nights! I accidentally made a mistake with my Reservation and called in a panic, but your staff handled it kindly and it really helped. The Room had an ocean view, and the view from the pool was also great. The sunset was truly amazing and moving. Everything was kept very clean, and there was an Orion bottled beer in the fridge (a complimentary service?), which made our Okinawa trip perfect. One thing we noticed was that there was no air conditioner or fan in the bathroom, so heat built up and it felt extremely humid. We wanted to feel the Okinawa breeze, so we wished there had been a screen door. Still, it was truly wonderful, and we will definitely come again!

We stayed in “Matsu” with our two daughters’ families, 10 people in total. The Facility was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay! The staff were also pleasant and welcoming. The bath water was quite hot, so when bathing with our small grandchildren we added a lot of cold water, but we still enjoyed the natural hot spring. It was about a 10-minute walk to Yubatake, so we all went for an evening stroll—thank you for the wonderful memories!!
