We stayed in a private two-story house with a Barcelona sauna. We were satisfied with everything—the Room, bath, and Facility. Above all, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the temperature was just right, and it was amazing. Everything provided—from the hair dryer and facial lotion to the shampoo—was excellent. It was the best Accommodation we have ever stayed at. We would love to stay again someday.

I had heard that securing parking during the Lantern Festival would be difficult, so I chose this property for its parking and convenient location close to the venue. Another plus was that the Cancellation Fee was free until shortly before arrival. I booked a Room with a separate bath and toilet, and after walking around sightseeing, it was great to relax in the large bathtub and ease my fatigue. To be honest, the Kapitan concept wasn’t really my style, but the Room was spacious and had everything I needed functionally, so my stay was very comfortable.

We stayed with our 3-year-old and our 2-month-old baby. We chose this Accommodation because the Room has a private open-air bath, and in-room dining—now quite rare—meant we could relax even with small children. About two days before our stay, we received a confirmation call and were grateful for the details about the Shuttle Service pickup location. When we told them our children’s ages, they kindly said, “We’ll make sure your Room is thoroughly cleaned.” The Facility felt a bit dated, but the Room was very clean. Everyone at the Ryokan wore hakama, which looked wonderful. Since we arrived with children, they guided us to our Room first, and being able to complete check-in in the Room was also a big plus. We were welcomed with matcha tea and warabi mochi, which helped us unwind after traveling. With only eight guest Rooms, it was very quiet throughout our stay—comfortable like having a private villa. They had already laid out futons so our child could lie down anytime, and they spoke warmly to our older child by name—thoughtful service that really stood out. Every in-room dining dish was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The private open-air bath attached to the guest Room had a lovely hinoki aroma. It rained on arrival day, but the next morning we enjoyed a bath while looking out at the sea. There is also a reservable open-air bath on the rooftop; after putting the kids to sleep, my spouse and I took turns using it. We even enjoyed stargazing at night—such a special memory. Thanks to all of their thoughtful care, this became an unforgettable family trip. We would love to stay again when we visit Izu. Thank you very much!

I used to visit the Onsen for day trips every year, but this was my first time staying overnight (2 nights). The spaces outside the Room were well equipped, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Between the Onsen, complimentary alcohol and snacks, and manga, two days wasn’t enough time—I barely had time just to sleep in the Room. I think this is the No. 1 Accommodation as a base for horse-related activities.

The Room was very clean, which was great. It was helpful to be able to check crowding information for the breakfast venue and the large public bath on the TV. Since the Room was on the 3rd floor and seemed to face the platform, I noticed the noise from passing trains.

Because they cannot accommodate a large number of guests, they provided attentive service to each party. There were also guests who came just for meals, so they were busy, but it never felt hectic—truly a wonderful Accommodation. Every dish was delicious, but the portions were more than someone in their 50s could finish, so we left some. It’s best to arrive hungry.

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. I fell ill and had to ask my brother’s family to go in my place. My nephew loves rice, and I have never seen him eat bread. However, dinner was bread-based, so they assumed he wouldn’t eat much. Instead, they said everything—the dishes and the bread—was delicious, and the three of them finished a meal meant for four. They also told me breakfast was truly wonderful. My brother and his wife, who are constantly worried about their son, said they had a very comfortable Hotel stay thanks to the excellent care from all the staff. Thank you very much for your kindness. Thank you as well for the get-well gift for me. June is both my birthday month and your Hotel’s celebration month, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t visit myself. I hope to visit again soon.

On the day of our stay, unfortunately it was pouring rain, so we couldn’t go sightseeing. We were cold and soaked, but even though we arrived before check-in, they kindly let us wait in the lobby. They served us hot coffee, and soon after they prepared our Room early for us. Thanks to that, we could change out of our wet clothes and avoid getting sick. The proprietress and all the staff were very kind, and we had a truly comfortable stay. The food was delicious, the Onsen was wonderful—everything was perfect. We’d love to visit again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The Accommodation is on a hill, and the panoramic view of fresh spring greenery was amazing. The building was very clean, perhaps recently renovated. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very pleasant. The coffee server service in the lobby was also nice. The Room was clean and stylish, which we liked. However, the floor chair was a bit difficult to use. The bath was uncrowded and clean, and the water felt great—my skin became so smooth. My husband did mention that the razor wasn’t very good, though. For dinner, we upgraded to the Maezawa beef steak—it was truly delicious and we were impressed. It was Japanese cuisine just to our taste, and everything was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious across the board; we even had seconds of rice, and the milk was especially tasty. It was an outstanding Accommodation.

My wife and I visited from Kyoto. As it had not been long since the renovation, everything was very clean, and we had a comfortable one-night stay. The open-air bath in the guest room lets you fill it yourself—add cold water if it’s too hot, or add hot water if it’s too cool—so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. Both the hot and cold water flow were plentiful, making it a truly stress-free Onsen experience that’s hard to find. The meals were also excellent; each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and I felt the chef must be very talented. If I had to mention one minor complaint, it would have been perfect if we could have seen Mt. Aso clearly from the bath, but I understand that can’t always be helped.

I contacted this Accommodation on a whim, even though it’s usually hard to book on weekends. Due to cancellations caused by heavy rain, they had a Room available. It was a last-minute Reservation, but they accommodated us. The Room was lovely. Perhaps because of the season, I noticed a slightly damp smell in the Room. The meals were just the right amount and very tasty. The in-room bath was also very relaxing. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the "Gakuajisai" room this time. Each room is separate, allowing for a very quiet and peaceful stay. However, as I did not thoroughly check during the Reservation process, I ended up booking a room with only an open-air bath and no indoor bath. The changing area was inconvenient to use; the floor got wet, making it difficult to put on my yukata. The meals were absolutely delicious. They featured plenty of seasonal ingredients, which left me completely satisfied. All the staff members were calm and provided courteous service.

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

I stayed one night in a non-smoking single Room with No Meals Included. Last time I didn’t have the timing or courage and skipped it, but this time I tried the curry rice. I was so hungry that I even had seconds. It was delicious! The Room was simple, and while the service was also straightforward, it was polite. Considering the price, I’m satisfied. I used it for a solo trip to Akita from Miyagi. The lack of a large public bath for women didn’t particularly bother me. The Room is relaxing and the Hotel feels reassuring, and Yokote is a calm place as well, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed for two nights, one in a Wide View Twin room and one in a Japanese-style room. The Wide View Twin was very spacious, and the Japanese-style room was also comfortably sized. The staff were kind and even recommended some local shops. We traveled without a car, but we had no problems.

This was not just a clean Accommodation, but a place that felt like a “second home,” filled with warmth and thoughtfulness. In every corner of the Room, we could feel the host’s care and affection, and throughout our stay we felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The meals were also truly outstanding. Each dish was prepared with great care and sincerity—delicious, and an unforgettable taste. We had a truly wonderful time and are sincerely grateful. We would love to visit again.

The view from the window was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The sunset in particular was stunning—better than we had imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.

It was conveniently located near the subway station, with many restaurants and other options nearby. The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much.
