Every dish reflected such care and was delicious, and the menu truly invigorated all five senses. In particular, the yogurt, honey, fruit, salad, and juice felt so pure that it was as if I could hear the ingredients themselves—I enjoyed it both physically and mentally! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first time staying here. An all-inclusive Hotel. There was a great variety of food and drinks in the lounge, and the dashi broth and burgers were especially delicious. The lounge on the upper floor had a calm atmosphere and was very nice. The bath, footbath, and buffet meals were all great. The tea ceremony experience, table tennis, board games, and video games were fun. If the weather had been better, I would have liked to play tennis. The whole-orange juice was delicious. Mt. Fuji after the typhoon passed was a spectacular view. We stayed for two nights and would like to stay again.

I stayed here on a solo trip this time, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that I’d like to stay again with my family next time. Thank you very much.

This was my 8th stay at the FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto—my absolute favorite in Kyoto, which I love so much. I was visiting Kyoto for a friend’s grand opening celebration, and at the perfect time I received a birthday coupon from the FAUCHON spa. So I decided, “Let’s treat myself to a special birthday FAUCHON hotel stay!” I planned it with excitement—booking the towel cake I’d seen on Instagram and in Reviews on IKYU.com for the first time, along with the spa’s pink bubble bath that had made me unbelievably happy before. It was my third time staying in an East Higashiyama-view FAUCHON Suite, but the sofa and table layout had changed. The moment I entered the room, I couldn’t help cheering at how adorable the towel cake was—I took tons of photos and enjoyed it to the fullest! The handwritten “Happy Birthday” message on my key card, and the illustrated birthday card placed with the towel cake, became precious keepsakes that I brought home as treasured memories. The cute hand-drawn illustrations on both the full-length mirror and bathroom mirror also made me feel endlessly happy every time I saw them. I’m truly glad I chose to spend my birthday hotel stay in a FAUCHON Suite! Since my Plan included lounge access, I spaced it out from my spa appointment and enjoyed an early dinner and drinks. Along with my favorite champagne and umeshu, after enjoying the Shigaraki-ware bathtub in my room once, I topped up fluids and sugar with cola and sweets before heading to the spa. Even for the pink bubble bath at the spa—which I had been looking forward to so much—they prepared another towel cake with a heart. After having my tired feet massaged, I returned straight to my bed in the room and instantly fell asleep—I was blissfully happy beyond words. The next morning, I woke naturally before 4:00 a.m., watched dawn during magic hour, wrote myself a birthday card using one of the room postcards (and mailed it at a postbox at the end of my trip), enjoyed tea and coffee, and savored that Higashiyama view from by-the-window table. The steamed breakfast served in bamboo steamers at restaurant breakfast, as well as a birthday message cake after checkout—and even iced tea brewed by Grandy Master—everything was delicious. It was simply amazing. After buying souvenirs, even tag message attached to tote bag when they stored luggage were adorable too. Until leaving The FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto at last , this is best lingering feeling remained; It was best-ever FAUCHON hotel stay of mine! Thank you so much for such an overwhelmingly happiness-filled time!

This was my first stay at this Hotel. A long time ago, I stayed at a Hotel from the same group in Kobe and had a great impression, so that was the deciding factor. Just as I remembered, both the interior and exterior had a classic, elegant, charming atmosphere, and I felt excited the moment I walked in! The staff at the front desk guided me politely, and I was able to check in comfortably. I also appreciated receiving chilled hand towels, salt tablets, and cold drinks right after check-in. The Room was well stocked with a coffee machine and plenty of bottled water, and I could relax quietly. The breakfast buffet had far more variety than I expected—I was pleasantly surprised! I went at the earliest time slot, but it was quieter than I imagined, so I could enjoy my meal in a calm setting. Personally, the mini baguettes and croissants in the bread section were delicious, as was the omelet made right in front of me. There were also soft-serve ice cream and a semi-automatic pancake machine, which made breakfast really fun. They even offered a service to take coffee back to your Room after your meal—it made my morning feel perfect. Since I had a late check-out Plan, it was great to relax in the Room even after eating until I was full! Everyone on staff was kind to me as well—the service was so good it honestly made me question the price. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay! If I have another chance, I would love to visit again.

I had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation I visit, I am always fully satisfied with the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. This time at Fufu Hakone as well, I was comforted by the warm welcome from all the staff and was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. For an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again, Fufu is still number one for me. This time, I was also able to use a wonderful benefit from IKYU, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this great opportunity as well. I will do my best in everyday life and look forward to returning to Fufu. Thank you very much.

I looked forward to seeing the familiar front desk staff again and enjoying the first bath in the morning, so this was my third stay this year. It’s conveniently located just two subway stops from Kyoto Station, with two convenience stores nearby. On rainy days, you can even borrow an umbrella. In the Room, I line up my personal items in their usual places and it truly feels like home. I’m planning to visit Kyoto again next year, and I’m looking forward to seeing the “Room type assigned on arrival…” plan announced on IKYU.com.

You can reach it from the station via the sidewalk, and there are restaurants and a convenience store inside the Hotel building, so it’s very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Hotel’s female staff were very kind. When we visited again with my mother, who has difficulty walking, they remembered us and treated us with great care. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay again.

Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We were in a difficult situation, and I was truly moved by your deep hospitality. I asked for their name, but they said, “We all do this together...” To Mr./Ms. K-sawa and all the staff members at the dinner venue, thank you very much for everything. I was deeply impressed. Although we traveled during extreme heat, the moment we stepped into the Hotel amid the bustle of Arashiyama, it felt like a different world, welcomed by a white garden. We arrived early, but they kindly showed us to our Room since it was already prepared, which made us very happy. The Room was stylish and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the sound of water were soothing, and we had a wonderful time. For dinner, we enjoyed tapas and pasta while watching Togetsukyo Bridge at dusk—beautifully presented and delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again in another season. This trip also celebrated my daughter, and thank you for preparing flowers in our Room for her. It became a memorable trip.

With Akita Station almost directly connected, I left my luggage before noon and walked to the Prefectural Art Museum and Senshu Park before checking in. There was also a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks on the first floor. The Room was clean and quiet, so I could relax well. On the way back, I took the airport bus, and the bus stop was right in front, which was very convenient.

Although this Review is late, my family stayed for one night in June. The Hotel has some signs of age, but it also had a solid, classic feel with attention to detail. Our Room that day had a great view, and the front desk staff were very courteous. What I especially recommend is the breakfast buffet—please be sure to include it with your stay. As this is my mother’s hometown, I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed for two nights in a connecting room with five people during the summer holidays. It’s not in Niseko’s newly developed area, but up in the mountains, so it was quiet and we could really enjoy Niseko’s natural surroundings. The highlight was the Onsen with a sauna—we used it many times during our stay. The food and service were average, but overall we recommend it for a summer stay in Niseko.

My husband, his older sister, and her grandchild—three seniors—visited with our first-year junior high school son. My husband and I also stayed here seven years ago. The weather looked uncertain that day, so we moved our ropeway plans to the next day and arrived early. We were able to use the Onsen and relax until check-in, enjoying the Onsen at a leisurely pace. The food was beautifully prepared, and everyone was impressed. My koji class instructor uses the phrase “food that feels good on your stomach,” and this was exactly that. My sister-in-law is 83 and kept saying how delicious everything was; even though she said she couldn’t possibly eat that much, she finished it all. Breakfast was also enjoyable with both a bento option and a buffet. Our Room had been renovated and was very clean. All of the staff were young, energetic, and refreshing. Their language was polite as well, and we had a very pleasant two-day stay. I mentioned this while chatting with the staff—and then carelessly added that “everyone is cute,” which I now regret as an inappropriate comment about appearance.

My family and I stayed here to attend a performance at a nearby hall. It’s a little far from Niigata Station, but since we were driving it wasn’t an issue, and the affiliated parking lot was right next door, which was very convenient. The staff frequently checked in with us, and they were kind and helpful with our questions, which made us feel at ease. I especially recommend the breakfast, which offers a great selection of local specialties made with regional ingredients. We could try small portions of many different dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. On the day of our stay, we received an upgrade to a more spacious Room, which made it even more relaxing. Thank you very much. This time we stayed for one night for a specific purpose, but there are still many places we’d like to visit and plenty of great food to try, so we hope to return for a longer stay next time.

I first stayed about 10 years ago. The hospitality was wonderful, and since then I’ve been staying at Sennentei once every few years. This was my fourth visit. This time, I informed them in advance that a family member has difficulty walking. Upon arrival, they kindly prepared a parking space close to the entrance when welcoming us in the parking lot—thank you very much. They also showed great consideration with our Room, and our whole family had an enjoyable stay. Perhaps because of the season, there was also a free firefly viewing tour, and we were moved to see fireflies for the first time. It became a great memory. Next time, I’d like to stay in a higher-ranked Room! Thank you again, and we look forward to coming back!

I chose this Accommodation because I was drawn to the phrase “100% free-flowing natural hot spring,” and it truly lived up to the promise—it was a wonderful place to stay. The Onsen had only a mild mineral scent, yet the water felt silky and very pleasant. Because it’s on the cooler side, you can soak slowly without getting overheated, which is another great point. Most impressive of all, even the shower water was Onsen water—remarkable. The spring yield must be abundant. I’ve stayed at many hot springs over the years, but in terms of water quality, views, and Facility offerings, I genuinely think this is an outstanding Onsen. If I had to mention one thing, it would be helpful if drinking water were available in the resting area for those times when you end up soaking a bit too long. The Facility has the atmosphere of a traditional Ryokan, and I’d be lying if I said it didn’t feel somewhat old-fashioned—but rather than being a negative, I appreciated how they value what’s old while making up for any shortcomings with warm hospitality and service. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very fresh; even the tatami mats were comfortable. The generous meals made with local ingredients were also delicious. Despite being in a landlocked prefecture, the sashimi was excellent—a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that there was so much food that I couldn’t finish everything. Finally, thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality during our stay. We visited to celebrate my father’s birthday; when I mentioned this at the time of Reservation, we received a lovely extra service at dinner on the day. Thanks as well for upgrading our Room—we were able to relax comfortably in a spacious setting. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Onsen, meals, and hospitality—and would love to visit again.

Conveniently located near the station. The Room amenities were easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious. I was especially impressed by the sea bream chazuke.

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.
