It was very luxurious to have the entire second floor to ourselves, but I felt the use of space was a bit wasteful. The room had the convenience of a business hotel, but with unlimited access to onsen with natural hot spring water, it could have been a luxury property with better use of space. There was supposed to be a drink service, so we didn't bring anything, but the fridge only had water as a non-alcoholic option. If I had known, I would have brought something. At least a vending machine would have been nice. They prepared plenty of bath towels for us, but since we wanted to soak in the onsen multiple times, it would have been nice to have a place in the room to hang the towels so we wouldn't have to use so many. The hot water and food were very good, so I found myself nitpicking on the finer details. That said, we were able to enjoy a luxurious time while maintaining the atmosphere of a pension or a guesthouse.

Due to company circumstances, meetings, training, and patrols overlapped in November, extending my stay in Osaka. The room was new, so the bath and bed were perfect. At first, I forgot my room wear and went to pick it up in front of the front desk, but as I got used to it, I no longer forgot tea, coffee, and amenities, and I enjoyed delicious drinks brewed in the pot in the room. There was a budget for the company's accommodation expenses, and it was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast this time. I look forward to enjoying breakfast next time.

I stayed at Oriental Kyoto Rokujo during my time in Kyoto. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere throughout, was very well cleaned, and made for a truly comfortable stay. The guest room was simple yet functional, with a streamlined layout that felt relaxing and allowed me to rest well after a full day of sightseeing on foot. What stood out most was the staff service—kind and attentive without being overbearing—which made the stay feel reassuring. The entire Hotel was quiet, and I think it’s a great place to enjoy the serene pace that feels so characteristic of Kyoto. It’s convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station and easy to use. Overall, including the customer service, it was truly excellent. The breakfast was also wonderful, but I felt it was a bit wasteful as I couldn't eat much in the morning. Considering this, the breakfast price seemed higher compared to other prefectures, so I thought it would be nice if there were more affordable options even if they were less luxurious. Looking around, some guests only had bread and coffee. Also, the Accommodation Tax of 400 yen was new to me and felt unexpected; perhaps it was mentioned during the reservation process, but I felt slightly at a loss about it.

The most impressive aspect was the staff, who were always smiling and seemed to enjoy their work. It allowed me to start my day feeling refreshed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The water dispenser and coffee service at the front desk were much appreciated. The foot massager in the Room was also a great touch. I would love to stay here again!

A microwave, toaster, and a dispenser for coffee and café au lait were available, and ice was free! There is also a space where you can have dinner or breakfast. The Room had an electric shoe dryer, which was great for freshening up sweaty shoes after lots of walking in Furano! There was no bathtub—only a shower booth—but it was comfortable with a larger shower head. WiFi seemed to require free membership registration with the group, so I deducted one star. When I asked the front desk about restaurants for dinner, they gave me an A4 list. I visited in July, but the restaurants at the roadside station right in front closed at 5:00 PM except for one place called Cafe Yorimichi. Since it’s away from the city center, the price was reasonable and overall satisfaction was high!

I found the white tea-scented body wash very soothing.

I stayed at the accommodation for my son's exam. There was a desk separate from the bed, allowing my son to study without any disturbances. Since the light was directly overhead, it made the desk area a bit dim; having a desk lamp would have been helpful! Although there was an air purifier, there was no humidifier, so I felt it was a bit dry. Overall, it was very clean and pleasant!

What I liked The entrance and the entire building were bright and clean. The elevator operates with a key card. The bathtub/shower and sink faucets are separate. The TV has a large screen. Amenities include a body-wash towel. Since it’s close to the station, the parking lot is a little farther away, so it’s reassuring to check the location in advance. (The staff kindly guided me.) Overall, including the price, it was a very satisfying Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

On short notice, we decided to watch the women’s golf tournament in Karuizawa on the 14th and 15th, and while looking for a Hotel, we found this one in Sakudaira—just 8 minutes away by Shinkansen—so we made a Reservation right away. After the tournament, we took the Shinkansen to Sakudaira! We were lucky to find seats even in the non-reserved car. After exiting the ticket gates, we headed to the Hotel on foot while taking a little walk around—about 7–8 minutes, I think. It seems there was also a free Shuttle Service! When we arrived and went to the front desk, a very pleasant female staff member explained everything carefully, which left a great impression. I later learned that it had only been open for about two months, so everything was spotless and brand-new. The lounge drinks were delicious as well! The Room was more spacious than expected, with a great layout and very comfortable. The unit bath was also easy to use. There is an Onsen Facility on the first floor, and it was incredibly relaxing! It’s very clean, and the water temperature felt just right. They even had ice pops after your bath! We had reserved dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant, but the Hotel restaurant was also open—maybe because it was during the Obon holiday period? The breakfast buffet the next morning had a great balance of Japanese and Western options, and everything tasted wonderful. After check-out, another very pleasant male staff member gave us a Shuttle Service ride to the station. The area around the Hotel is beautifully maintained, and it feels like a new townscape is being developed. We had such a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to all of your staff. We will definitely come again—next time with a round of golf included!

Although I checked in around midnight, thank you for your kind assistance. The Room was also in excellent condition. What was especially helpful was: 1) luggage storage after check-out (available only on the day of check-out), and 2) the morning coffee and latte were delicious.

I was looking for a nearby Hotel to stay at on short notice with my daughter and found this one, so I made a Reservation. I tried to choose the breakfast Plan, but it couldn’t be selected, so I went with the No Meals Included Plan. We arrived after 7:00 p.m. during a sudden torrential downpour. I couldn’t find the parking lot and drove around for a while, but in the end we were able to park at the Times lot next to the Hotel, which was a relief. Check-in was done via a machine, but the staff kindly guided us and everything went smoothly. The Room was compact, but clean and comfortable. For the yukata, I sleep more comfortably without an obi belt, so I wish it had inner ties plus an additional set of ties on the other side. The large public bath was very relaxing and I was very satisfied, but there was quite a bit of hair on the dressing room floor. It would be great if there were lint rollers available. Next time, I’d like to have breakfast!

The location was excellent. Since we traveled by car, having a parking lot was very helpful. There were plenty of family restaurants, restaurants, and bars nearby for dinner, so we had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was also a convenience store close by. Breakfast was served in a Japanese-style room with a buffet, and we enjoyed the variety. The food was very tasty and not bland at all. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The Room was spacious and felt clean despite being older. The large public bath had quite hot water, which might be a bit much for children. It was a very good Accommodation. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

We traveled with our 1-year-old child, and the staff warmly welcomed us. Their hospitality was kind and excellent. The building is old but well-cleaned, and the public bath, though small, was very clean. The meals were delicious. We chose the most affordable dinner course, yet it was luxurious in content and satisfying in both quantity and taste. Located conveniently in Kyoto city, it's a great spot for a short walk or exploration nearby. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed in a smoking double room for a Multiple Night Stay in Iwaki City for work. Here’s my review from the perspective of a heavy smoker and drink enthusiast. Location: There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel with a maximum fee of ¥500 for 24 hours. A convenience store (Lawson), a day-use Onsen (Sahako no Yu), and Yumoto Station are all about a 5-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. However, there are very few dining options, even around the station, so it’s necessary to do some research in advance. I walked up and down the nearby streets twice and found only one izakaya where smoking was allowed ("Odoriba" near the station). The friendly hostess, affordable drinks, and smoking-friendly environment were great, but unfortunately, the place is set to close in a year due to station redevelopment. Many shops had their shutters down, possibly due to the off-season. The adjacent yakitori restaurant "Juhachiban" does not allow smoking but had pleasant service and reasonable prices for a tourist area, making it a recommended spot. Further down, the bar "Mai Tai" seemed to allow smoking at its outdoor sidewalk seating, but I didn’t try it as it looked stylish and seemed a bit pricey. Hotel Room: The glass-walled bathroom (frosted glass, but still) felt a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no major issues. The room was clean and well-maintained. Unlike many hotels where removing the key card cuts off all electricity, this hotel allowed the refrigerator to stay on while I was out, which was convenient for keeping drinks cold during a Multiple Night Stay. The availability of an extension cord was also a nice touch. Other Notes: There is no ice machine or ice service at the front desk, so I had to buy ice from the convenience store for in-room drinks. There is a vending machine for beer and sours next to the front desk. A map of nearby restaurants is also available at the front desk, which was helpful for exploring the area. Considering the rising prices of hotels recently, this hotel offered excellent value for money. The room facilities and location made it a very cost-effective choice.

It took about 10 minutes from the station, but it’s a nice place. I’d like to use nearby Ogawamachi. The interior was clean, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. You can hear a bit of traffic noise, but I don’t think it will bother you.

Free coffee and drinks, as well as draft beer for 200 yen, cater to customer needs. Conveniently located near the station, this Hotel offers excellent value unique to regional cities.

We stayed in a Japanese-style Room. It wasn’t new, but it was clean and very comfortable. For bathing, we used the public bathhouse next door—spacious with bubbling baths, which was also excellent.
