This is my regular Accommodation when I return home. I’m always satisfied with the warm hospitality from the staff. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, and the breakfast staff always greet guests with a bright, energetic voice. When they have time, they even take care of weeding and cleaning around the property—I truly appreciate their dedication. This Hotel offers heartfelt hospitality and clearly understands how to welcome guests while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance.

A new Hotel close to the station. The bed was Simmons and very comfortable. I was thirsty, so I enjoyed a welcome drink of coffee and Earl Grey tea using the electric kettle in the Room. The amenities were well-prepared, and above all, the Room felt clean and pleasant. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Breakfast was also satisfying; the grilled mackerel with salt was hot and delicious. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Okazaki!

The Onsen had both hot and lukewarm baths, and I alternated between them. The meals were plentiful and left me completely full; there was a great variety, with nothing to complain about. The front desk staff were kind and helped me with many things. The dining staff were attentive and efficient. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I really appreciated that the Room was ready before check-in and I was able to enter early. Since it was a single Room, it felt small and a bit dated, but the bathroom was new, clean, and very comfortable to use. I was slightly concerned that the Wi-Fi connection was unstable. The location was convenient, and it was a warm and refined Hotel unlike chain Hotels, making my stay very comfortable. The French toast at breakfast was also very delicious. The front desk staff were helpful as well. I will stay here again.

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

The large public bath opened at 5:00 a.m., so I was able to enjoy it comfortably on my own. The entire property was very clean. Having to tap the room key to access each floor made me feel safe.

I stayed for one night on a round trip from Kagoshima Airport. It was quite tucked away, but I’m glad I came. I was overwhelmed by the large baths. There were many creatively designed baths, and I spent over an hour soaking. There were lots of day-use visitors, so the changing room was crowded and lively. The well-maintained garden and the cedar trees were also impressive. It’s far, but I’d like to visit again. The only disappointment was that three men were squatting right in front of a spot where they could see into the passageway to the women’s bath area. It was obvious what they were doing and they didn’t seem to care, so I felt staff patrols are needed.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

As a truly secluded Onsen, the drive to get there was challenging, but it was a wonderful Accommodation well worth the effort. Surrounded by abundant nature, even the wait for the cable car was enjoyable as we took in the gorge views and watched small birds. We also used the private bath first thing in the morning and were able to fully enjoy the Onsen while embraced by quiet nature—it was truly an exceptional moment. All of your staff are wonderfully international, and rather than striving for perfection, each person’s sincere, heartfelt work came through, which made us feel very warm inside. At dinner, you kindly changed our table to a window seat, and we enjoyed delicious dishes along with the beautiful scenery. My European husband was also very satisfied. Next time, we would love to return during the autumn foliage or snowy season. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

The room was new and well cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a bit disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath, but considering the price, it’s more than sufficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, so even for long stays you won’t get bored, and it’s delicious—I looked forward to it every day. For those who go diving or snorkeling, there is a fully equipped drying room and showers, which were very convenient to use. I would like to stay here again.

My first impression was the female receptionist. Even before check-in, she kindly explained how to use the parking lot and store our luggage, and also introduced the amenities, recommending a shampoo and conditioner. She was friendly and very cheerful, which made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. The Facilities were well equipped—welcome drinks, massage chairs, and more. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I always make sure to have breakfast at Hotels, and I especially like Hotel curry; here it was horse tendon curry (I think), and it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

Close to the station, clean and well maintained. Excellent hospitality and service—I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

This was an Accommodation I had been interested in for some time. The hot water was pleasantly warm, so I could soak and relax at length. The meals were excellent, and I also ordered grilled sesame tofu as an extra. It was exquisite. Overall, the service was very good, and I would like to visit again.

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

The entire property is spotless and feels very clean. The Room was also clean, and the toilet in particular looked brand new. Of course, the baths are spacious, with various types of baths and a sauna. Bath hours are until 11:00 PM, so I ended up going right before closing each time, but I was satisfied. Checkout was smooth since all I had to do was put the key in the box. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ishikawa Prefecture.

On the second night of our Multiple Night Stay, only a Japanese-style Room was available, so we changed Rooms. Even our heavy suitcases and lots of souvenirs were moved by the staff, which really impressed me. It was my first time staying in this Japanese-style Room, and it had the charming atmosphere of a traditional Ryokan. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were new, so we had a very comfortable stay. I think it’s a perfect Room for families. The Room was so spacious that I could even do yoga. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, and they kindly stored our luggage until the afternoon when we left Ogaki, which was very helpful. I would love to stay again next time. This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. I chose this Hotel because I love the SOIL brand, and it was an even better stay than I expected! I really liked the exterior design that blends into the scenery of the Nagato Yumoto area, as well as the interior design that seems to value natural colors. The staff kept a comfortable level of distance, and I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The sauna on the top floor had just the right humidity, so it didn’t feel too intense even when staying in longer than usual despite the temperature. Relaxing while listening to the evening cicadas may end up being one of my highlights of this summer!

You kindly called us the night before our stay, and on the day you picked us up at Unazuki Onsen Station after our trolley train sightseeing. Everyone at the Accommodation provided attentive service, and we were soothed by the view of the Kurobe River from both our Room and the large public bath. The meals were delicious and more than we could finish, and we were completely satisfied in every way. You also guided us on a firefly walk, which made it a wonderful trip.

I stayed at this Accommodation over the weekend. The staff gave me a warm welcome and provided courteous guidance.
The atmosphere was wonderful, and it was the perfect space for me to relax. The meals were delicious, and the bath was excellent.
