The hot springs, the meals, and the Room were all wonderful. We were also deeply impressed by the warm hospitality and welcoming smiles of all the staff. We would love to visit again!

A quiet setting, a clean Room with a great view, and above all, delicious meals made for a truly wonderful stay. I had the chance to speak with the owner at breakfast and could really feel the care and dedication they put into this place. They were such a lovely person, and I was truly glad I came. The seaside Room offers a stunning ocean view, with new tatami mats and a very comfortable stay. Dinner was outstanding in both quality and quantity, featuring abalone sashimi, abalone steak, abalone rice cooked in a pot, plus seasonal sashimi—an excellent abalone-focused meal. Breakfast also had a wide variety of side dishes, and the sweet shrimp soup was refined and delicious. We were very satisfied—it exceeded the price. Thank you!

We stayed as a couple specifically for the host’s guided tour, and thanks to it we were able to make a very satisfying pilgrimage. Thank you very much. Without the guide, I don’t think we could have felt this level of satisfaction or fulfillment. At each key point, he gave careful explanations and taught us what kinds of prayers are appropriate for the deities enshrined there. That was extremely important for our visit. As for the Accommodation, since it is rented as an entire house, it felt just like staying at home. We truly felt at ease and were able to sleep soundly. Thank you for this wonderful connection and opportunity. We would also like to express our gratitude for the guidance of the deities of Ise Jingu Shrine.

This was our first trip to Nagasaki for two nights, and it happened to coincide with our two dogs’ 3rd birthday, so we stayed at Villa Morocco. The moment we stepped inside, a wonderful, extraordinary atmosphere opened up before us. With carefully selected furnishings and appliances throughout—plus a washer and dryer, a popular high-end facial device, well-stocked amenities, cooking tools, and even lots of dog costume items—it was the first Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at that had absolutely everything so perfectly prepared. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and combined with the quiet location, we slept soundly. There are many large shopping complexes nearby as well, which made it very convenient. Honestly, two nights just wasn’t enough (lol)! We’d love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm on the day of our stay, but we truly appreciated your nighttime safety check and your thoughtful gesture the next day. We were able to fully enjoy the pool and sauna. We were very satisfied! The Room was very clean, and our family enjoyed watching a movie on the projector. We want to come every year! Even after getting exhausted shopping around the very crowded Kyoto Station area, I was able to relax in luxury in the lounge at my leisure. Back in the Room, I could see Kyoto Tower and unwind while enjoying the view. Thank you very much. It was a milestone trip for us, and it turned into a fun and very relaxing journey.

Although we arrived in heavy rain, everything was perfect—the Hotel Facility, the staff’s service, and the meals—so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, making the most of carefully selected ingredients. Since we had a private dining room, we could take our time and enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The Room was very clean and spacious, and there were Hotel macadamia chocolates waiting for us, which we enjoyed right away. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. The restaurant staff kindly explained even the origins of the ingredients in detail, and I was surprised when they made rice balls from the leftover seasonal mixed rice. We enjoyed them as a tasty late-night snack. Even while walking down the hallway, they spoke to us in a friendly way—chatting about The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii—and they took photos of us in front of large beautiful flowers, bringing back memories of Hawaii. The younger staff members were also very kind; when I didn’t know how to use the coffee maker, they came to our Room and patiently showed me how. The front desk team and even the person who came for bed-making also chatted with us pleasantly. Everyone had such lovely smiles. The only disappointing point was that although the bathtub was spacious with impressive marble, it was slippery at the bottom and I slipped. It may not be an issue for younger guests, but it would be helpful if you could provide non-slip rubber mats for elderly guests. It was a wonderful Hotel in every way. I want to visit again soon.

I requested caregiving equipment, and it was installed perfectly, which was a great help. The staff were polite, provided clear explanations, and were very attentive. The Hotel is luxurious, and the guest rooms are beautiful and spotless. There is a wide variety of meals; they look gorgeous and taste great. In any case, it was a wonderful Hotel. I would like to visit again.

I had always remembered that my late mother stayed here about 35 years ago and said it was a wonderful Hotel, so I decided to stay this time. We originally made a Reservation for two Rooms for six people across three generations, but one person couldn’t come due to work, and then two days before our stay my father and brother (in a separate household) came down with fevers from colds. In the end, our group was reduced by half, but despite the repeated changes, you handled everything very kindly and thoughtfully. Thank you. We arrived at 11:30 after checkout time and planned to park our car first and go sightseeing in Matsushima by the Hotel shuttle bus. However, your staff told us we could complete check-in procedures in advance, and when we returned they arranged it so we could simply pick up the key at a separate counter and go straight to our Room. This helped us avoid crowds and was truly appreciated. Because I have difficulty walking, I requested an ocean-side Japanese-Western style Room. The view was excellent, the Room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. We could see the sunrise directly in front of us. For dinner we chose the seafood buffet; there were many kinds of sashimi and grilled items, each dish was high quality—it was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it. At breakfast as well, they cooked items like cheese omelets individually on the spot for each guest. The food exceeded our expectations! As for the baths, there were no issues at all. At sunrise time, watching the sun rise over Matsushima Bay right in front of the open-air bath moved me deeply. For someone like me with limited mobility, getting around was easy—the layout made sense and walking distances were reasonable—so it wasn’t physically taxing. It helped me truly understand why my mother, who had limited use of her hands and feet due to a similar condition, said this Hotel was so good. With check-in at 14:00 and checkout at 11:00, being able to relax without rushing is another great point. The staff service; the view from the Room; amenities; meals; baths—everything made this an excellent Hotel. When I come to Matsushima again, I sincerely want to stay at Taikanso again! Since expectations are high now that I know how good it is firsthand next time I'd like a Multiple Night Stay so I can enjoy other meals as well. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

This was my third stay. I usually stay here during the bar season, but this time I wanted to relax with my daughter, so we chose a Room with an open-air bath and the Yamagata beef sukiyaki Plan. The entire property is clean and well maintained, and both the amenities and the shop are well stocked. The Room offers a panoramic view of downtown Kaminoyama, and best of all, the open-air bath was at the perfect temperature and left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth. Everything at dinner was delicious, and we were completely full. If I may make one request: it would be great if we could add the sukiyaki beef later so it stays tender. The pudding was truly amazing—I even bought some for myself privately. I love this Accommodation and will definitely return.

We stayed for two nights. The moment we entered the entrance, we were greeted by a soothing aroma, and the lobby was stylish as well. The Room was spotless and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and we also enjoyed afternoon tea by the pool. We tried a variety of dishes and drinks. Above all, every staff member welcomed us with a smile, and we truly appreciated your thoughtful hospitality. This is the perfect Hotel if you want to spend a relaxing, adults-only time in Okinawa! We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was captivated by a space where FAUCHON’s glamorous, refined world blends beautifully with Kyoto’s elegant and tranquil sense of aesthetics. The design throughout the guest rooms and public areas was exquisite in every detail, creating a truly extraordinary experience. I felt that the unique atmosphere—where FAUCHON harmonizes with Kyoto’s traditional culture—is a distinctive charm found only at this Hotel. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to enjoy dinner this time, but I did have breakfast at the top-floor restaurant. In the morning, as I entered the sophisticated space bathed in brilliant light, a beautiful view of Higashiyama unfolded before me, and I found myself completely absorbed by the stunning scenery. Breakfast enjoyed amid the openness unique to the top floor was exceptional, making my stay in Kyoto even richer and more memorable. The top-floor restaurant is known as a place where guests can enjoy their meal along with spectacular views. I was also deeply impressed by the staff’s attentive and warm hospitality. Through each thoughtful gesture, I could truly feel how much they value their guests, and it made my stay extremely comfortable. This stay was not merely Accommodation, but a special experience of fine cuisine, culture, and high-quality time. When I visit Kyoto again, I would love to stay here once more. It was an unforgettable stay where Parisian elegance and Kyoto’s charm were beautifully in harmony.

We stayed here on a family trip. There were plenty of great services, such as a free drink corner, a choice of colorful yukata, and a shampoo bar, which made our stay very comfortable. What I was happiest about was being able to use ReFa shower heads and ReFa hair dryers in the large public bath—it felt amazing. Thank you very much.

This was our fifth stay at UMI, and this time we were able to relax as a couple—without our children, who are now in their third year of working—enjoying delicious drinks at a leisurely pace. Thank you for the commemorative towel with the Kazenokaori logo to mark our fifth visit. The dried horse mackerel at breakfast was as delicious as always, so we bought five to take home. Our children also say they would like to visit UMI again, so we plan to come back next March as a family of four. We look forward to seeing all the staff again.

I’ve been staying here as my regular accommodation for nearly five years, and I’m always able to enjoy a comfortable stay. This time I booked a room-only plan, but the breakfast is also delicious, and I’m very satisfied with the view from the room and the hospitality of the staff. I look forward to staying with you again.

With September bringing constant rain, we made a last-minute Reservation by choosing a day that looked likely to be sunny. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji from our Room. First, our impressions of the Room: the spacious layout, the airy open-ceiling design, the calming Japanese-style corner, and the large sofa—all complemented by an incredible panoramic view through the front windows that simply left us speechless. The view from the open-air bath was, of course, outstanding as well. As the clouds shifted moment by moment, Mt. Fuji revealed many different expressions. As for the meals, every single dish was carefully prepared using local ingredients—truly delicious and exceptional. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was also wonderfully comforting, making this a stay we would absolutely love to return to.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with this friendly Hotel. It is a wonderful Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again next time. I was happy with everything—service, the Room, the view, the atmosphere, and access—but above all, the breakfast was delicious across the board and left me completely full from the morning. They also helped arrange a surprise for my partner’s birthday, which truly moved us. We look forward to staying again next time.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean and well maintained throughout the property, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes as well as desserts, and we were very satisfied. There was also Shuttle Service to and from Kyoto Station, so we didn’t feel any inconvenience in terms of access. It exceeded the price, and we were extremely satisfied.
