This was my first time staying at The Villa Hotels. The building was very clean, and all the appliances were new. I brought my own seasonings and pajamas in advance, so I had no inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, there was floor heating, making the room comfortable even on a cold day. Thank you for two enjoyable days!

We stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience, so we chose it again this year. The Room is spacious, clean, and well designed for comfort and convenience. We truly appreciate the staff’s warm and thoughtful service. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

Since it was a weekday and no one else was using the facility, my dog could play off-leash and seemed to enjoy it. The fresh greenery and night views were beautiful. I would love to visit again during cherry blossom season or autumn foliage.

The facility was very clean, and with Izumo Taisha nearby, we were able to enjoy a morning walk. We stayed as a group of 8 and cooked meals, but felt that there were slightly insufficient cooking utensils. Additionally, although it was stated that there would be 3 futons, there were only 2, which was a bit disappointing. The air conditioning worked well in every room, making it comfortable even in summer. There were no insects, so we could stay without worry. An insect spray was also provided in case any appeared. However, the walls seemed thin, so consideration for neighbors is necessary. Trash bins were placed in various locations and were convenient; however, with 8 people staying together, the trash bags needed to be replaced frequently to accommodate all the waste. It would be helpful if extra trash bags could be provided. The sink strainer had replacements available as well, so there was no issue with odors from food waste at all. We created wonderful memories over two days with friends—thank you very much!

We chose this Accommodation because smoking is allowed while sightseeing in Amanohashidate. Both the owner and his wife were friendly and warm, and the Accommodation in the detached building had a wonderful Room where we stayed very comfortably. There is a pine-lined path within walking distance, so we enjoyed an evening stroll at dusk, and the next morning we visited Motoise Kono Shrine before heading to Ine’s boathouses. Although our stay was short, we were able to forget everyday life and spend a relaxing time. It was such a satisfying trip that we would like to visit again in another season. Thank you very much.

After booking for two adults, we needed to add two children. Rebooking was an option, but since it was during spring break, we worried someone else might take the Reservation while we were redoing it. When we asked for advice, they kindly told us that additional payment via PayPay was possible, so we were able to keep the Reservation and change the number of guests by paying the extra fee. We shared our children’s ages and mentioned that we were worried about them falling off the bed, so we asked if mattresses or something similar might be available. They gladly prepared them along with duvets so the kids could sleep safely on the floor—we truly appreciated it. They also provided child-sized chairs, which were extremely helpful at mealtimes. The fridge was stocked with complimentary water, juice, and beer, and they even prepared snacks suited to our children’s ages—plus cup noodles, tea, and coffee. The hospitality was exceptional. The bathroom had a proper washing area like a home bath setup, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There was also a sink, kettle, and microwave, so making formula—and cooling it at the sink—was easy. There is parking on-site as well; we could bring large luggage in directly from the car through the window area, which was very convenient. The airport is literally right in front of the property, so with small children we could stay in our Room until just before departure and minimize waiting time at the airport—something we really appreciated. The Room was very clean too, and above all we were moved by their heartfelt service. We would love to stay here again when using Matsuyama Airport. Thank you very much.

Delicious meals. For breakfast, Japanese dishes such as TK-tei’s signature egg-over-rice. The eggs were so fresh you could pick up the yolk with chopsticks. In the evening, we reserved a BBQ with plenty of seafood—squid, shrimp, clams, and turban shells—and of course lots of meat too. We enjoyed splitting firewood, cutting green bamboo and halving it for somen noodle flowing, trying the wood-fired pizza oven, and the dogs ran around the dog run and napped on the grass. At night we made a campfire using the firewood we split ourselves. We heard there are wild rabbits and muntjac deer around, so we took flashlights for a nighttime adventure. It was very windy that day so we couldn’t see them, but we could sense animals nearby. There’s an outdoor sauna (swimwear required), but we forgot ours—so my husband and grandchild went in wearing underwear…and said they felt completely refreshed afterward. The radishes from the garden were much tastier than just picking one yourself and taking a bite straight away. We also found lots of four-leaf clovers. It felt like being kids again—our whole family enjoyed every moment of our 2-night, 3-day stay.

The location is convenient for visiting Kakeroma Island, so I stay here every year. When I needed help, the staff responded kindly, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated being on the first floor since I had a lot of luggage. I was a little concerned about heat building up around the refrigerator, so I used it with the cabinet door open. Since this was a Multiple Night Stay, the coin laundry was very convenient, but I noticed dust on the machine and on the floor. I would appreciate more frequent cleaning. I stayed with five male colleagues and had no issues during our stay. Although it is a bit away from the city center, the location represents the charm of Otaru, known for its hilly streets and nostalgic atmosphere. The check-in process was unmanned, so there was no face-to-face interaction. However, I forgot something after my stay, and when it was sent to me later, it came with careful packaging and a thoughtful thank-you note that made me want to visit again. I truly felt the high quality of service from the staff. Thank you very much!

I had planned to visit Enryaku-ji Temple on Mt. Hiei during Golden Week, but due to a typhoon I made a last-minute Reservation. There were no Reviews for this Hotel on YT’s site, so I was a little worried—but I was amazed when I arrived! A spacious, very clean Hotel exactly as shown in the photos!! Even someone like me who tends to look for flaws was impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail in so many ways. Since it’s an apartment-style Accommodation, you won’t run into staff, but they emailed me in advance with clear instructions on where the key would be (a lockbox with a code) and how to enter the Room, so check-in went smoothly. There is also a washing machine and kitchen. I requested “parking included,” but I wasn’t sure where to park. When I messaged them via LINE (also provided in advance), they replied immediately and it really helped. I wanted to keep this place as a hidden gem and didn’t want to write only good things, but their attentiveness was truly outstanding. (They even had welcome cup noodles—haha.) Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed here with our 2-year-old child and family for the Kushimoto Fireworks Festival on August 2nd! On this day, accommodations in Kushimoto and Shirahama were all expensive, and we almost gave up on attending the festival this year. But then we found this place and were amazed by its affordability! After reading high reviews on other sites, we decided to book here. We arrived early on the day of our stay, but they kindly allowed us to check in early! The room was cool with the air conditioner already running, spacious, clean, and comfortable! It had a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle in the room so we could heat up our bento meals right after arriving. To our surprise, the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks like juice and tea—such a thoughtful touch ( ; ; )! After playing at the beach, we took a shower and used their drum washing machine for laundry—drying included—and then took a short nap before heading to the fireworks festival. Even though we returned late that night, they waited for us so that we could take another shower before falling fast asleep in bed. In the morning, they served bread, yogurt, meatballs, bananas, vegetable juice, and coffee for breakfast. We also enjoyed chatting with the owner—it was such fun! Later that day when friends joined us with their family car as well (which they kindly let us park), we went river swimming nearby. The river was beautiful; even locals came there to swim! Before leaving for home after taking group photos together with everyone there—we promised to come back again soon! For families traveling with young children like ours (2 years old), having a spacious Japanese-style room along with amenities like baths & washing machines made everything so convenient! The owner’s kindness truly stood out—we’ll definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed here with a group of seven men. The view from the windows, the open and airy living room, and the well-appointed guest rooms—everything was simply outstanding! If I had to mention anything, it may be difficult due to the location, but clearing the fallen leaves in the garden at check-in might make the beautiful scenery stand out even more. Also, if the area where the outdoor furniture is placed were kept a bit cleaner, we could enjoy ourselves even more from the moment we start getting settled. That said, even taking those points into account, this was a truly wonderful Accommodation with nothing to complain about! We would definitely love to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much for having us!

This was my second stay, and it was so comfortable that I wished I could have stayed longer. I will visit again. Having a convenience store on the first floor was fantastic!

The Room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned and very clean. We had a comfortable stay. The souvenir curry was also delicious.

Last year, I used Maigre for the first time, and this summer, I decided to stay here for two nights after much consideration. The Facility is excellent, and the sauna is absolutely amazing. However, while the water areas were clean as before, the cleaning of the flooring and carpet was not up to par. There was a lot of hair and food crumbs left behind. I ended up using my own wet wipes to clean before settling in. Everything else was perfect, but this aspect was disappointing again this time.

The surroundings are quiet. The location is just a few minutes' walk from Kokusai Street. It's close to Heiwa Street and the nightlife area, making it an excellent spot for adults.

We were very satisfied, including the staff's excellent service. The meals were abundant, carefully prepared, and delicious. We would love to stay again. Thank you!
