I stayed here for the first time for a week on a business trip, and the front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it was nice to have a microwave on each floor. It was great that the adjacent hot spring facility could be used once a day for free, and they also lent body soap and shampoo for free. I used it every day during my stay. Also, the reception staff at the hot spring facility were friendly, even though I entered every day for a week with a free ticket, saying "Please take your time," which was very satisfying. The only downside was that although the unit bath was spacious and clean, it didn't have a washlet.

I didn’t use the bath because I went to a nearby public bathhouse instead. It was a shame—I could have enjoyed an Onsen in the area if I had arrived earlier. The triple Room was spacious and comfortable. I might have been able to see the Gamagori fireworks from the Room… I should have checked. I only used the Hotel for sleeping, so I didn’t really get to enjoy it, but the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

This time, I used a home type for the first time, and it provided a relaxing space that cannot be found in a Hotel or Ryokan. The Room was clean and spacious, allowing us to relax as if we were at home. The whole family, including the children, was delighted. We were extremely satisfied.

It was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and even after returning from a tiring day of sightseeing, we were able to rest well and enjoy sightseeing the next day at this wonderful Hotel. If I have another chance to visit Kyoto, I would love to stay here again!

The Room with a garden was fully equipped with a toilet and more than exceeded my expectations. The delicious Buddhist vegetarian cuisine and all the experiences were completely satisfying. I was surprised that there were more international guests than I expected.

The breathtaking fresh greenery seen through the picture window was wonderful, and I was also able to fully indulge in the luxurious quality of the Onsen itself. I look forward to staying again.

We were offered a complimentary room upgrade just before check-in, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay in a room with a bathtub. When we mentioned that our daughter's family, who lives in the same town, might stop by, they kindly said, "It's okay if they stay over," and even placed extra towels at the entrance, showing great hospitality. In addition to a microwave, there was an induction cooker, so we were able to make fried eggs in the morning. The availability of mugs, plates, and disposable spoons and forks was very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was also an Anpanman car toy, which our grandchild enjoyed very much. We would like to use this place again when we visit our daughter.

The room was very clean and beautiful. Towels were neatly arranged in the necessary places, and although I didn’t use the kitchen, there were lovely dishes provided. The washing machine was ready to use immediately, and since it also had a dryer, everything dried well even during my one-night stay, which was very convenient. For check-in, I visited the reception in the early afternoon; as cleaning had already been completed, I could access the room anytime. They also helped carry my luggage, which was greatly appreciated. However, the reception being far from Kyoto Station was a bit inconvenient.

Accidentally made a double payment, but the response was quick and satisfactory. The accommodation fee is affordable, which is appreciated. The room feels like staying in a room at my parents' house.

The meals were delicious and satisfying. Waking up and heading straight to the golf course provided an extraordinary experience—absolutely fantastic. The special edition cart was also great. I wish I could have used the special edition cart more during my stay.

The house and garden are very spacious, and we were very satisfied. The garden lights up at night, creating a nice atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ! However, because the house is so large, it gets quite cold in the early morning.

This time, six adults stayed at the accommodation. After booking, I learned that due to the plan, we couldn't expect a sea view from the room, and I had resigned myself to that fact. However, we could actually see the sea from the balcony! The layout of the room was very spacious, and it was clean, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. The website didn't mention laundry detergent, so I brought some just in case, but there was liquid detergent provided.

I stayed for one night after returning from overseas. It felt like an apartment converted into a Hotel, and I was personally happy to find a washing machine and a packet of detergent provided in the Room. Being able to do laundry reduced my chores after returning home. I would definitely like to stay here again if I travel abroad from Fukuoka!

The bath is available from 16:00 to 21:00. Meals start at 18:00. I was worried about making it in time for the night tour gathering, but everyone said that having dinner at 18:00 was sufficient. Dinner was very delicious, and since there was no alcohol, we finished eating quickly and easily made it to the meeting place at Ekoin, which was about a 3-minute walk away. We stayed in a 16-tatami room with two sections. In August, there was no air conditioning, and it was hot and sweaty until we went to bed, but as the night went on, the temperature dropped, and it wasn't uncomfortable to sleep with the window open. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with matcha and sweets in a room with fusuma paintings. We also had our meals in this room. You can experience night meditation, morning service, Goma fire ritual, and sutra copying for free. We participated in the Goma fire ritual, which was a very valuable experience. By the way, there was a safe in the room, but no refrigerator. Breakfast was also very delicious.

Stayed in a Bali-style maisonette with a second-floor bedroom and both an open-air Onsen and indoor bath. The prior communication was smooth, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably like a private villa. Thank you! The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking tools and tableware, so we brought wine, salad, deli items, bread, etc., and used the microwave and toaster for simple meal preparations. The open-air Onsen is located in the garden next to the living room. While there’s space available outside, there’s no shower near it. So we had to wash up in the indoor bath of the unit bathroom first before wrapping ourselves in towels and crossing diagonally through the dining-living area to reach the outdoor Onsen—an amusing experience! It truly felt like an authentic hot spring experience and was very relaxing. One concern: while using the outdoor Onsen in the morning, I noticed that windows on the second floor of a house across from us were visible over a road. It seemed like they could see directly into our position; raising fences slightly higher would be appreciated. Additionally, regarding upstairs bedding: The double bed felt small for two people as we unconsciously (or dreamily?) fought over blankets during sleep! If possible in future updates, larger beds with bedside boards on both sides would be wonderful. Regardless of these minor points—we’ll definitely return when visiting Ito again soon! Looking forward to staying here again.

The accommodation's service is excellent, and the sauna on the balcony with a stunning view is very relaxing. I would love to stay at this accommodation again.

A one-night stay for a couple in their 60s. While we usually stay at hotels, this time we chose a vacation rental, which allowed us to act at our own pace without worrying about others. The property is located away from nearby houses, and the entire accommodation was clean and well-maintained. The parking space can accommodate two cars side by side or up to four standard-sized cars if parked in tandem. The place was very spacious and beautifully maintained—truly luxurious for just the two of us. Thank you so much! On the second floor, there are two Japanese-style rooms with mattresses that had just the right firmness and thickness for a comfortable sleep. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lake Toya!
