We stayed here for a family trip during our kids’ summer vacation. Overall, we were extremely satisfied, especially with the Facilities. The Room was very clean and spacious, and the bunk bed had the kids thrilled. Even with the lights on, the space under the bunk bed stays shaded, which was surprisingly convenient for adults to hang out after the kids fell asleep. What we appreciated most was the gas dryer. A regular washer-dryer would have been great on its own, but there was a separate gas dryer installed next to the washing machine, and it dried laundry incredibly fast—so it was a huge help throughout our stay. When traveling with children and doing water activities, you end up with tons of laundry, so this really saved us. The pool is small, but it’s more than enough for younger children to enjoy—and having a smaller pool actually made things easier for us. We were very satisfied overall, but having children’s tableware and kid-sized spoons and forks would have been even more helpful. We will stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa.

In the heart of Higashi Chaya District, this Accommodation lets you stay as if living in a Kanazawa machiya townhouse, and it remains one of the most memorable Hotels I have ever stayed in. As soon as you step inside, the gentle scent of wood fills the air and naturally calms you. While preserving the charm of an old machiya, the interior has been refined into a modern, sophisticated space, and my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The passage garden leading from the entrance to the living room reinterprets a traditional machiya layout as a contemporary art gallery, creating a distinctive atmosphere from the moment you arrive. With part of one living-room wall opened up, it retains that classic machiya serenity while adding just the right sense of openness. On the first floor, warmth from natural wood is balanced beautifully with a palette of brown, white, cream, and black. Everything—from pendant lights to furniture and small details—has been carefully chosen for a cohesive look that shows great taste down to every corner. The table in particular stood out: its texture evoked Noto washi paper and kurikawa-zome (chestnut husk dyeing), and it felt like local culture and craftsmanship were seamlessly woven into the space. The bath and wash area are modern and spotless in crisp black-and-white tones, and even the scent of Aesop hand soap and bath amenities was wonderfully soothing. Upstairs retains even more of the original wooden character of a machiya, offering a different kind of quiet calm. The bedroom lighting—soft like moonlight—was especially memorable and perfectly suited to the mood. Another unique highlight is being able to whisk matcha in your room. The tea kettle, bowls, and other tools are thoughtfully selected; using vessels that reflect Kanazawa- and Noto-area traditional crafts made preparing matcha yourself feel truly special. With clear instructions provided, it’s easy to enjoy even for first-timers. Unlike having tea at a tourist spot, making matcha in this quiet machiya setting felt deeply relaxing. Open the windows and you can sense both the stillness of this teahouse district and hints of local daily life beyond it. Rather than simply visiting as a tourist, being able to blend into the neighborhood is an experience that’s hard to find at an ordinary Hotel. Breakfast was at Miso Soup Club just a short walk away; I enjoyed a nourishing Japanese breakfast with hearty miso soup packed with ingredients along with egg over rice (tamago kake gohan) and small side dishes. This is an Accommodation I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to savor Kanazawa’s culture, craftsmanship—and unhurried quiet time—with care.

Enchanted by the storybook-like world I’d seen in photos and videos, I stayed here with my family and our dog. We originally came to enjoy the Nordic atmosphere—like the grass-roof cottage—but after experiencing it, everyone in our family agreed: “Even better than we imagined!” Not only is the location perfect for fully enjoying the forests of Nasu, but this Accommodation also shows meticulous attention to detail throughout. I had already seen online details like the Simmons beds, Nordic interior design, and tableware, but I was especially impressed by the quality of even the smallest amenities—such as toothbrushes, hand soap, shampoo and other bath items, Sekkisei skincare products, and a ReFa hair dryer. Considering the overall experience, it offers excellent value for money. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. They were incredibly kind to our dog as well—he became completely attached to them. At checkout they politely asked if we had any issues during our stay, and their sincere attitude toward continuous improvement really stood out. The private sauna was also amazing—I enjoyed it twice a day while feeling the forest breeze, and it truly helped melt away everyday fatigue! Since it’s surrounded by nature-rich woodland (so it can’t really be helped depending on the season), there were some insects around on the BBQ terrace. However, when we tried a “Futomaki” mosquito coil that we bought at a nearby supermarket called Daiyu (Daieu), it worked very well and made things comfortable—highly recommended. I’d love to come back again to experience the autumn scenery!

We stayed during the Obon holiday with six family members and one small dog. First, we were able to complete both check-in and check-out without meeting anyone, and the villa felt very private, so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility was new and clean, with well-equipped amenities and supplies. In particular, the indoor bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was wonderful, and both the Onsen and the outdoor scenery were beautiful. The children had a great time playing in the private outdoor pool. Since it was cold, we added a little hot water, but we were surprised to find that it was also Onsen water. If I may make one request, it would have been helpful to have a washing machine. Also, perhaps because it is a new Facility, the towels were almost brand-new, and fine towel fibers stuck to our faces and bodies, which made them uncomfortable to use. However, the Facility was so excellent that our whole family was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Drawn in by the phrase “Japan’s most luxurious villa,” six fellow business owners and I stayed for one night while visiting Ishigaki Island. In the end, it was an outstanding stay that every one of us raved about. What surprised us even before arriving was the pre-trip meeting with a dedicated planner. Their flexibility and ability to turn any request into reality—along with thoughtful suggestions—had us excited from the start. The actual stay was truly the definition of being fully taken care of. From Shuttle Service to and from the airport, to marine activities like snorkeling on our own private boat, and even a buggy experience on an uninhabited island reached by crossing Kabira Bay in an amphibious vehicle—everything was a one-of-a-kind experience you can only have here. The view from the uninhabited island’s private beach was more beautiful than anything we had ever seen, and it became an unforgettable memory. The villa’s pool and full-scale water slide were also high quality—six adults could enjoy them to the fullest. On top of that, everything was all-inclusive, from an Ishigaki beef BBQ to alcoholic beverages. We were also amazed by Mr./Ms. S, our dedicated veteran coordinator. With decades of experience escorting well-known public figures, their knowledge of Ishigaki Island and hospitality were truly world-class. Thanks to S, our trip satisfaction multiplied many times over. And since we could keep enjoying activities right up until just before our evening flight home the next day, it honestly felt like two nights’ worth—so much so that it seemed like a bargain. We absolutely want to come back, and this is a special place I can confidently recommend to other business owners as well. Next time, I’d love to visit with my team from work.

Due to the typhoon, I made a last-minute afternoon reservation on the same day. The location near the station was very convenient. It was my first time using this service, but the front desk staff kindly explained everything. The room was spacious enough for one person and I had a comfortable stay. Check-out was simple—just drop the room card key into the box.

The courteous service left the most lasting impression. In addition to the excellent location, the facility was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of items, including cooling foot sheets and face packs, which were much appreciated. Complimentary coffee was available on the front desk floor. With traditional Japanese elements like tatami mats and shoji screens as part of the interior design, many guests were foreigners (mainly Westerners). During my stay, I heard more English than Japanese, which added a travel-like atmosphere even though I stayed for practical purposes. It was a hotel I would love to use again. Thank you very much!

We stayed at the accommodation for my daughter's job relocation. The bunk bed with stairs made my youngest son very happy. The room was stylish and clean, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The coffee at the café downstairs was also delicious. It felt like staying at a friend's house, allowing us to relax comfortably. We would love to stay here again as a family next time.

It was a very convenient location for sightseeing on the east side of Kyoto. The mini kitchen, microwave, and toaster provided in the Room were helpful for preparing breakfast and light meals. The atmosphere of the Room and the bed were also comfortable. I would like to use it again if I have another opportunity.

A sophisticated space nestled in a quiet residential area offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The rooms and facilities are tastefully arranged, meticulously cleaned, and provide a comfortable stay throughout. Dinner was reserved separately, featuring a course meal made with local ingredients. The highlight was the abalone steak, complemented by a fresh seaweed sauce that enhanced its rich flavor—an unforgettable dish. My companion also loved it. Every detail, from appetizers to desserts, reflected careful attention to quality. During the meal, the beautiful tones of an automatic Steinway piano created an elegant and special atmosphere reminiscent of a concert hall. It’s worth revisiting just for the dining experience. The breakfast the next morning was equally impressive; the tuna sandwich featured marinated tuna—a unique touch showcasing the hotel's originality. It was evident that great care went into preparing this exceptional breakfast. The staff provided warm and attentive service with heartfelt hospitality that left us feeling truly cared for. This hotel is highly recommended for those seeking enriching moments of tranquility and comfort.

I stayed here on May 28 while cycling the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage. The building has a covered bicycle parking area immediately to the left of the entrance, which was very helpful. Taking the elevator to the second floor, I found a spacious front desk area with a cohesive gray-toned interior that was spotless and well maintained—my impression was of a very well-managed Hotel. Since I arrived early, I left some luggage with them and visited Temple No. 57 (Eifuku-ji) and Temple No. 58 (Senyu-ji) before check-in time. Senyu-ji in particular is beyond a steep climb of over 2 km, so being able to store my luggage was a huge help. After check-in, I also enjoyed the sauna with auto löyly, the large public bath, and the third-floor lounge offering complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, ice cream, and local sake (evenings only). I stayed without meals, but there were supermarkets and roadside restaurants nearby (Yoshinoya, MOS Burger, etc.), so it wasn’t an issue at all. If my departure hadn’t been so early in the morning, I would have liked to try the Hotel breakfast... My only complaint was that the laundry machine fee of 300 yen and dryer fee of 300 yen felt slightly higher than at other hotels; otherwise everything was high quality. Given how affordable it was as well, I was extremely satisfied.

It’s a new Hotel, and everything was very clean. The staff were courteous at both check-in and check-out, and I had a comfortable stay overall. However, I arrived fairly early in the morning, and the breakfast wasn’t very warm overall—that was the only slight disappointment.

The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing. There were three massage chairs, and the manga selection was overwhelmingly larger and better stocked than at other Dormy Inn locations. It’s in a spot you can see as soon as you exit the station’s East Exit, so it’s easy to find. The breakfast Noto beef udon was delicious, but everything else was fairly standard. Next time, No Meals Included might be enough. I’d definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

The Room is compact but comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The bathroom and toilet, bed, and other facilities were clean and cozy. The breakfast-included Plan buffet was also satisfying, with a good variety of rice and side dishes. The area around the Hotel was safe and clean. I would like to stay here again next time.

It was clean, and the Onsen was wonderful. It’s also close to Motegi Circuit, so I’d like to stay here again.

All of the front desk staff were foreigners and very professional, though communication was a little difficult at times. However, their hospitality was excellent. I have stayed at your Hotel in Tokyo before and was really looking forward to breakfast, and it was delicious here as well. The bathroom had only a shower, and I was slightly concerned about the drainage, so I gave it a 4. When I visit Utsunomiya again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

The meals and baths are excellent. The rice and soba are delicious. The Room feels clean. The quiet atmosphere is very relaxing. I would like to visit again. From a repeat guest who has stayed many times. The service is also good.

As there was a fireworks festival on my birthday (8/8), we stayed here. Both when I contacted them in advance and when they assisted us in person, the service was incredibly attentive, and above all, the female staff’s smiles were wonderful—the best. We chose a twin Room, so it was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t cool well until sunset due to the western sun, and it was cooler out in the hallway. However, since only three groups were staying, we were able to use the private bath both that day and the next morning, which I had been worried about after reading other Reviews. Also, there was a shared freezer and ice machine in the lobby, which we really appreciated as drinkers. Every dish was delicious, and hot items were served hot—excellent. For light eaters like us, it was more than enough to leave us completely full. They even made dessert birthday-themed for us, which truly moved me. I’ve already recommended it to my friends!
