[Hospitality & Service] The Facility staff were kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful. When the fire wouldn’t light, they helped right away, and the next morning they even came over to check on us. From check-in to check-out, their warm and refreshing service made us feel great throughout our stay. (I could tell the moment we arrived that the staff were genuinely nice—haha.) [Room] Both inside and outside the Room were unbelievably clean. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—“comfortable” is exactly the right word. *My friend said the floor in the Room was so clean, cool, and pleasant that he slept on it even though there was a bed—lol.* Everything we used within the Facility was spotless, so you can really tell how much care goes into every detail. [Other] I honestly have no complaints at all, but if I had to mention just three things: 1) It might be nice to have a TV or something in the Facility? → Since you can enjoy BBQ until night, I personally didn’t need one because it’s great just soaking up the atmosphere—but some guests might head back to their Room earlier. 2) The reception location (at check-in) → It’s not particularly hard to find, but since reception is on the opposite side of the main road, having a sign or clearer guidance might help. (There was information online.) 3) This is such a great Facility that I’d love for you to upload more photos!!! → It was even better than what I expected from the listing photos, so I ended up being pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. [Finally] This time I happened to see “Hikone Lakeside Resort KOMOREVILLAGO” recommended and made a Reservation—but it made me want it to become more well-known because it’s such a place worth supporting. It feels like it will keep developing further as well, so I’m really looking forward to what’s next—haha. I know it must be tough at times, but I hope you keep going strong. Thank you for providing such a comfortable space!!

When I checked into the Hotel on a summer evening, I expected the Room to be hot, but the air conditioning was already working, which was great. Each Room has a washing machine, microwave, and IH cooktop, which is very convenient. You can park right in front of your Room, making loading and unloading luggage very easy. The price is affordable, and I will continue to stay here in the future.

At the end of the year, we enjoyed the seafood of Hokuriku, such as crab and cold yellowtail, and had a good New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, we also enjoyed traditional osechi, and were able to feel the tradition through the excellent arrangements and wonderful utensils. We truly enjoyed the Japanese New Year. We would love to visit again during this season.

Thank you for your hospitality during the New Year holidays. We had a very pleasant stay. On 12/31, we went out after dinner to visit temples and take a stroll to welcome the New Year. The accommodation staff were available throughout the night, and even when we returned briefly to use the restroom, they greeted us kindly without any hesitation, which made us feel very comfortable. In our room, the assigned attendant provided attentive service (I highly recommend experiencing it yourself) and shared tips on how to enjoy Kyoto. Choosing this accommodation was truly a great decision for us. The only downsides were the hairdryer and dryness in the room. Although there was a humidifier provided, it couldn’t keep up as the heater worked hard due to the cold weather. A better-quality hairdryer would have been appreciated as well. Despite these minor issues, I would love to visit again! Thank you so much!

My sister and her husband from the U.S. visited Japan, and we used this accommodation for a one-night trip with our parents. The maisonette had 3 rooms with baths, each spacious, and the first floor featured a kitchen-equipped dining area and a living room with a fireplace, providing ample space even for 7 people. The center lounge offered alcohol-free drinks from morning to evening, which was perfect for those who enjoy non-alcoholic beverages (laughs). The young staff provided excellent service, while the experienced staff offered solid support when needed. We booked quite early at a very reasonable price; although there was an additional fee for early check-in, we opted for it. Please note that lounge access is available only after check-in. One night felt too short—I’d love to stay 2 or 3 nights next time!

This was our second stay at Accommodation Noshi-yu. We stayed in a different room this time, and the smooth check-in process in the room was great. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff's service was also attentive. The meals were delicious, showcasing the accommodation's dedication to quality. As always, the hot spring was perfect. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return again!

We came to Okinawa for our honeymoon for 5 days and 4 nights. We had been looking forward to staying at Mukaka Villa. When we entered the Room, we could see the ocean and many trees through the glass doors, allowing us to feel the great nature. Every Room was clean and peaceful, allowing us to relax, drink alcohol with my husband, and spend time leisurely. Waking up early in the morning, sitting on the chair on the balcony, and drinking coffee, or just gazing outside was refreshing. We also visited the sea and cafes on Kouri Island, creating many wonderful memories. I would like to travel to Okinawa again. It was really great to spend time at such a lovely villa. Thank you very much.

It felt like being invited into a stylish home in the European Alps, offering a wonderful space and a leisurely time. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable wherever you are, filled with warmth conveyed through its architecture and furniture. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and there are several stylish common areas, allowing you to indulge in a luxurious stay like a villa, so I recommend staying for multiple nights. There are many restaurants and villas in the surrounding area. The hospitable and interesting conversations with the host and hostess became the best memories of the trip.

We stayed at Waku, a place we had long wanted to visit. A luxurious private rental of an entire house. My spouse and I enjoyed a peaceful, quiet time. We were also deeply moved by the guest-only prayer service and temple viewing. The person who guided us was warm and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. We also learned more about Mii-dera Temple, making it an unforgettable experience.

This beautifully renovated traditional house, once a pawnshop, offers Rooms with distinct character. Rather than aiming for full occupancy, they intentionally operate only up to 2 of the 4 Rooms at a time, which makes for a truly peaceful stay. By chance there were no other guests during our visit, so it felt like having the place to ourselves and we were able to relax in quiet comfort. They also kindly helped us with an unusual request to receive registered mail, which was greatly appreciated. Next time, I’d love to stay in a different Room.

It was a wonderful place where, despite being close to town, we could fully enjoy Hokkaido’s vast nature, soak in the Onsen, and savor Hokkaido-focused meals and drinks! The hospitality was perfect.

I’ve stayed at several group Hotels, and this one also caught my interest, so I visited. On arrival we were treated to handmade canelés, and on departure we received cookies—both delicious and truly heartwarming. The meals weren’t flashy, but they left such a lasting impression that even looking back at the photos brings the memories right back. It was also wonderful that the chef came to greet us at the end. The only disappointment was the rain the next morning, but we were able to enjoy a very relaxing stay.

Although I had imagined it would be a wonderful Accommodation after looking at the website and other information, it turned out to be a dreamlike stay that far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff and the chef were incredibly kind (I contacted them in advance, and their amazingly thoughtful response truly moved me). Not only was the service attentive, but they also taught us so much about the Accommodation and Jinseki, which made our stay even more fulfilling. The meals were outstanding in every way—flavor, menu, and even the tableware—and my husband was deeply impressed as well. We fully enjoyed plenty of local specialties and seasonal ingredients. I was also happy to experience traditional craftsmanship such as Igura-style architecture and naguri-finished flooring. I always hope to give my child many different experiences, so I’m truly grateful for this wonderful opportunity. Because this Accommodation offers different pleasures in each season, we will definitely visit again at another time of year!

The staff who assisted with both check-in and check-out were very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The Room was clean and comfortable, though it was difficult to sit on the sofa. At night, I used the restaurant since it was open late, and every dish was delicious. I was surprised by the size of the French toast at breakfast; it was hard to finish, but the buffet items were also tasty. I would like to stay again when visiting Ebisu. Thank you very much.

As the hotel has just opened, the staff still seemed to be getting used to things, but everyone worked hard and was very pleasant. The Room offered a panoramic view of the Kanmon Straits, and the view from the large public bath on the top floor was also wonderful. The water is on the lukewarm side, so you can soak and relax for a long time. However, at breakfast our seats were assigned according to party size, but we (in our 70s) were placed in the upper tier. Going up and down while carrying a tray felt unsafe. There was also a guest nearby using a cane, while younger couples were seated at tables on the lower level. I hope this can be considered more carefully.

To escape Tokyo’s heat after the rainy season, I stayed at this Accommodation near Lake Nojiri for two nights. In short, it was a wonderful experience. Needless to say, the Facility is brand-new and newly opened, and the unobstructed, majestic views of Mt. Myoko and Mt. Kurohime from the Room felt almost unreal. Above all, I was truly moved by the outstanding hospitality of everyone at the Hotel. I have quite a few food dislikes, and they kindly prepared special dishes to accommodate my requests—I’m sincerely grateful. The meals still made generous use of local ingredients, and every dish was excellent. I also enjoyed watching the food being prepared right in front of me, followed by a lively conversation with the chef afterward. On a day when I had to leave early and couldn’t have breakfast at the Hotel, they instead made hearty onigiri for me to take along. I feel that with just one night you might not be able to fully experience everything this Hotel offers, so if possible I recommend staying two nights or more. I would love to visit again in another season. I often use IKYU for Accommodation Reservations, but after this stay I felt compelled to write a comment for the first time.

The buffet is very delicious, featuring local specialties such as horse sashimi. There is a wide variety of dishes, and the inclusion of regional menu items is especially appealing. It offers excellent value for money and made our trip truly satisfying. There were also plenty of sweets. The view of the grasslands from the Room was outstanding. I would have liked more information about the Onsen’s benefits and properties.

It exceeded my expectations. The location is a quiet pastureland. The owner’s carefully crafted building is so wonderful everywhere you look—like a storybook world. Meals are a full course, all the way to dessert cake, with gentle, homemade flavors—excellent. The portions were just right for me as I don’t eat much, so it might feel a little small for men or big eaters. There is also a library, so a Multiple Night Stay with some reading sounds great too. For bathing, we went to a nearby Onsen before and after our stay. We will definitely return.

This was my first stay at an auberge. The French cuisine, enjoyed with chopsticks, was incredibly delicious, and the carefully selected tableware added to the experience. The Onsen was almost like a private bath, with gentle water that left my skin feeling smooth. There was no TV in the room, but it allowed me to relax and unwind fully.

I stayed in a Room without a bath, but the bathroom was conveniently located close to the Room. At night, I could see fireflies flying from the Room's window. The sea was right in front, and I enjoyed the sunset during dinner. Above all, the meals were incredibly delicious, and everyone, including the host, was very kind. I would love to stay here again!
