Although the building has a retro feel that reflects its age, the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The beach within walking distance is quiet and uncrowded—an ideal spot for a relaxing stroll while listening to the waves. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, the Chinese restaurant right next door is open until 21:30, and it’s a plus to enjoy generous portions at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay with great value for money!

I was able to relax while listening to the sound of the waves by the sea. I was also satisfied with the meals. The Room was very spacious and relaxing in a way I hadn’t experienced before, and it helped me recover from my fatigue. I will come again.

Check-in was smooth, and there were no issues. I wasn’t sure how to check out and was wondering at the front desk, but a lovely Asian female staff member told me I didn’t need to do anything, so I felt relieved when leaving. The view of Tokyo Skytree from the Room was quite nice. The hallway is outdoors and feels like an apartment building, but I knew that in advance so it wasn’t a problem. I don’t go to Tokyo very often, but I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Check-in and the staff’s response over the phone were kind and helpful. The Room felt clean and looked nice, but it was disappointing to find mold in the bathroom. Also, there were not many amenity options, so overall it felt less satisfying than expected for the price.

I have stayed here several times. I used it for three days over Golden Week for golf. The price is affordable, and the free breakfast is very helpful. There are many places to eat nearby, so choosing dinner is also enjoyable.

The location is close to the JR Kokura Station Shinkansen Exit, making it easy to find and very convenient. The Room was upgraded to a slightly larger corner Room due to the Hotel's arrangement, which allowed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, I received a sample of nuts at check-in and enjoyed them. One-night stay with breakfast Plan We stayed here during a journey of local energy cleansing and integration. It’s an old Accommodation, but it was very well cleaned and felt comfortable. There was plenty of parking, and after passing through the gate, the energy at the smoking area on the right felt very strong—surprising. Maybe it was a welcome. As mentioned in other Reviews, the Room we stayed in did have a loud ventilation fan, but since it wasn’t a metallic noise, it didn’t bother us and we slept soundly. I can’t speak for other rooms, but I think it’s ventilation to prevent musty odors. It didn’t bother me, and you can see the Accommodation’s efforts. If you’re sensitive to noise, I recommend reading the Reviews carefully before booking to avoid any issues. The bath had no odor and wasn’t overly hot, so we could soak slowly—it was excellent Onsen water. Temperature preferences may vary. The men’s and women’s baths switch between night and morning, so I recommend trying both if you can. You lay out your own futon bedding, but that meant we could go to bed at our own timing with no problem. Also, breakfast was brought to our Room and we enjoyed it—thank you very much. Amenities included bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, and yukata robes; the toilet area had been renovated nicely with good lighting and tastefully done decor. My wife stayed this time and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite arriving earlier than planned, the staff accommodated her check-in. She was deeply impressed by the kind and courteous service of the employees. Thank you very much!

I always use this place for an overnight stay before domestic trips. The cleanliness of the Room, its adequate size, and the large TV are all very satisfying. Additionally, it is conveniently located near JR Kamata and Keikyu Kamata for easy access to Haneda Airport the next day. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner, making it a hassle-free experience. I will definitely stay here again.

It was very convenient as it was just a short walk from Kannai Station. There is also a park nearby where you can take a morning stroll.

With Nagahoricho Station just nearby, it offers great access to anywhere in Osaka, and while the downtown area is within walking distance, the location was pleasantly quiet. All Facilities were well equipped, so there was nothing to complain about. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was weak, and I wanted to use the Room’s LAN connection instead, but it didn’t seem to work in this Room. That said, using a mobile data connection wasn’t a problem.

This was my first stay here the other day. I booked a Japanese-style Room with breakfast and dinner included, and the Room was very clean; the bath was also spacious, so I could relax comfortably. I was very satisfied with the luxurious bento dinner and the delicious breakfast. There was an issue with the kettle in the Room being broken, but the staff responded quickly and courteously and replaced it right away, which was very helpful. If I have a chance to visit Shimane again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I made a last-minute Reservation to take part in a cycling event held in Fujiyoshida City. At check-in, I was charged a Hot Spring Tax of 150 yen separately from the amount paid in advance. The building and Facility are a bit old, but everything was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. Nearby, there is a Seven-Eleven convenience store as well as a highly rated houtou noodle restaurant. I would be happy to stay here again if I have the chance.

The Room was spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy time with our grandchild. During the buffet, the staff interacted with us cheerfully and seemed to be enjoying themselves as they waved. The service from the lobby staff, café staff, and dining staff was exceptionally pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

When I entered the Room, it felt small, but I was impressed that there was a refrigerator and microwave under the bed. The sink area and toilet were also small, and I was impressed by space-saving touches like the efficient trash bin. It was good value for money. I’m satisfied. However, the sink stopper didn’t work, so it was difficult to wash my contact lenses. That was the only downside. To go to the Sky Spa, you borrow a swimsuit at the front desk before heading up. Some tubs are out of service, but two were available, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi as well—it was a great experience. Recommended. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I was worried because the reviews weren’t very good, but nothing really bothered me. In any case, it was inexpensive, the Room was spacious, and being surrounded by nature with fresh air was very refreshing. Since it was No Meals Included, we didn’t do a barbecue or anything like that, but there were lots of dogs and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Above all, the kids enjoyed it, so we were very satisfied.

We stayed in a twin room for a multiple night stay. It was our first accommodation here in several years. The hotel is gradually being renovated and becoming more comfortable. The elevator is new and faster, the hallways and other common areas have been brightened with new wallpaper. In the room, the shower has been updated, and the bathtub drainage works well now. The TV is larger, and the Wi-Fi has improved in speed. Breakfast had a limited selection but was delicious. You could feel the care put into preparing it. I had seconds of their special curry. The dressing for the vegetable salad seemed homemade, making it very appetizing. The miso soup appeared to be made with proper dashi stock, which was excellent as well. From the breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Yatsushiro Plain while having your meal. As of late December 2025, parking at the hotel is under construction, so we used nearby paid parking lots instead. Within a few minutes' walk from the hotel are parking options ranging from 300 yen to 1,000 yen per night. Once on-site parking becomes available again, it will be even more convenient. Yatsushiro City Hall, Yatsushiro Castle Ruins Park (Yatsushiro Castle), Kumamoto General Hospital, and entertainment districts are all within walking distance. There are two supermarkets nearby: MaxValu and Marushoku. We bought sashimi at Marushoku to eat in our room—it was cheap! Fresh! Delicious! While there’s no denying some age to this accommodation, everything was cleanly maintained for comfort and convenience—and tasty meals added to its charm. During this year-end period when other hotels’ rates were soaring high-priced accommodations elsewhere led us here; unexpectedly though—this turned out great value! Looking forward already next time staying again!

The parking lot shows a "Full" sign. Upon checking with the front desk, they confirmed it was full. Is there anywhere else to park? The underground parking near the station is affordable. I went there to park, and it was not full. It seems the sign is broken. Please fix it. I hope the front desk can manage this better in the future.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. It is easy to find from the station exit in 0 minutes, and I am personally satisfied. Since it was a single stay, the small size of the room is understandable. The free coffee service was appreciated. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Having a convenience store next door was helpful.
