I stayed here during a business trip, and this was my second visit. The desk and chair, table, and sofa were perfectly arranged for productivity, allowing me to work efficiently and rest on the sofa when needed. I loved the seamless layout. Additionally, the view from the room was stunning and truly relaxing. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips.

I have used Route Inn Hotel many times. It was my first time in Kumamoto, but like other Route Inns, everything from the welcome coffee to the large public bath, eco-cleaning service, and breakfast buffet was of high quality. If you're looking for an affordable Business Hotel, you can't go wrong with the Route Inn Group. Of course, your experience may vary depending on other guests (such as encountering messy users or crowds), but as a hotel itself, it is very satisfying.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! If you’re just coming to hang out and stay overnight, I highly recommend it. Breakfast was average (lol). I made a mistake during the booking process, but they handled it quickly—I really appreciate it. There were quite a few places to eat nearby, which was convenient. By the way, I had Kurume ramen.

This was my first stay at APA Hotel, but I had a comfortable experience. The front desk staff were pleasant, and I would like to stay again.

From Shikoku to Hachinohe. My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Last year we stayed at another nearby Hotel, but this time we chose this Hotel. We were very happy to receive a sweet bun as a complimentary service on the first day, and another sweet bun plus a drink on the second day! The breakfast was very delicious, and we also enjoyed the free curry rice in the evening—everything was excellent! It wasn’t a new Hotel, but the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, so we had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that the weather was bad throughout our stay...

This was my second stay at Route Inn Iwaki. I booked a breakfast-included Plan, but a line of about 50 people had formed by the 6:30 a.m. opening time, and even after 15 minutes I still couldn’t get in. I returned my breakfast ticket to the front desk and checked out. The large public bath was appealing, but next time I’m considering the Toyoko Inn next door. If breakfast opened at 6:00 a.m., even if it still took 30 minutes to enter with a line of 50 people, I would appreciate an earlier opening time.

I was able to relax and unwind without a care. The Onsen was a comfortable size, and I wished I’d had time to use the sauna as well—it made me want to stay again. The only small concern was that the shower pressure in the room was too weak, but I’m very grateful to the staff for kindly helping with item loans and other requests with a smile. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Iki.

I didn’t stay here when I lived in Chitose, but I did come for a meal. I stayed here for the first time in 25 years, and it was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable.

The Room was clean, and the price being under 6,000 yen was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the location was excellent. The hotel amenities were well stocked, and the room was clean. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Close to the station, and they were able to store our luggage, which made our trip in the hot summer very comfortable. The Room was also very spacious. The interior and bathroom were clean as well. There is a step at the bathroom entrance, and after freshening up, I was surprised by it. The staff were very helpful, and it made for an enjoyable trip.

The breakfast quality was outstanding, and I was extremely satisfied. It went far beyond a typical breakfast, with an authentic lineup—especially the curry, tandoori chicken, and homemade fruit-based pickles—which clearly reflected the kitchen’s attention to detail and were absolutely delicious. There was also a wide variety of drinks, and I personally appreciated being able to choose milk as well. I usually book room-only stays, but here I’d definitely recommend choosing the plan with breakfast. The room was in Annex Building 2 after renovation, so it was clean and well equipped. When staying in Osaka, I’ll definitely be coming back next time.

I stayed here because I couldn’t get home. After spending the night at an evacuation shelter, I would have been completely exhausted at work the next day, so I’m glad I made a Reservation early. They lent me a phone charger and an iron free of charge, and I was able to use the coin laundry. The amenities were well stocked, so I could go to work as usual. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was also available, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a family of three during the summer holidays. I often visit the Chunichi Building, and the 7th-floor restaurants and observation terrace have long been favorite spots, so I wanted to stay at the Hotel as well. The view from the front desk was wonderful—you can overlook Sakae and even see as far as Nagoya. Depending on the Room, you may get that same view, but our Room faced the opposite side, with views toward landmarks such as Higashiyama Tower. Even so, it was still a great view and we enjoyed it fully. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with both the design and comfort. The Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated how crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions were incorporated throughout. In particular, I love Arimatsu shibori dyeing, so I was happy to see it used for items such as cushion covers in both the front desk area and our Room. My husband used the bar and said it was great. We felt this is an Accommodation we could confidently recommend to international guests as well. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with three people for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It was our first time here, and we felt the location was ideal for visiting the main attractions. For an early start, Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market are all within walking distance, and Oyama Shrine and museums are also close by. You can also easily reach classic spots such as Kazuemachi Chaya District and Higashi Chaya District. We used the affiliated parking lot next to the Hotel, but since you enter through narrow alleys and a shopping street, it may be a little hard to find. However, it’s reasonably priced until 10:00 a.m. the next morning, so we recommend using it. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and department stores, making it comfortable not only for sightseeing but for everyday needs too. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the large public bath (alternating hours for men and women) or enjoy the welcome drink due to timing. The breakfast venue was spacious with sofa seating, and we were able to relax and enjoy both Japanese- and Western-style buffet options. The amenities were well stocked, and we appreciated the free laundry facilities and manga lending service. When we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The staff were efficient and pleasant in their service. Although there was a wait due to the busy season (the Onsen bath has a capacity of 4 people), I was very satisfied with the experience, including access to the Onsen at this price, a complimentary welcome drink, and ice pops after bathing. I will definitely use this service again.

Whenever we have something to do in Asahikawa, we always stay here. We stayed with my husband and our two children. We were satisfied with the spacious room where smoking was allowed.

Overall, everything was great—the location, the Room amenities, the public bath, and the staff service. We also enjoyed Toyama’s delicious water from the water dispensers on each floor. If I had to mention one thing, around 08:00 the breakfast dining area was very crowded, and since our table was near the entrance, there was a lot of foot traffic and it was hard to eat at a relaxed pace. I expect this could be avoided by going earlier.

I stayed here on a business trip to Kitakyushu. It was very helpful that it was close to my work site and offered a comfortable stay at an affordable price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you.

I stayed here on a trip to Beppu and Oita that also included watching rugby. It’s a modern, average Business Hotel, but it’s conveniently close to the dining and nightlife area and right next to the bus stop from Oita Airport. Beppu Station is also within walking distance. Personally, I’d like it even more if the large public bath had a sauna. There is a pleasant fragrance near the elevators.
