First, take the ferry from Toba to Toshi Island—an amazing, travel-filled experience. (Be sure to park your car in the First Parking Lot and bring the parking ticket to the Accommodation.) If you contact them in advance, they will provide Shuttle Service to Wagu Port. I wanted to buy chirimen, so I walked from Toshi Port; it’s also very close on foot from Toshi Port. The chirimen shop in front of Toshi Port is highly recommended. The Ryokan feels a bit inconvenient due to its older exterior and the lack of an elevator, but inside it is clean, and both the Room and the large public bath have been renovated, making for a very comfortable stay. From my Room, I enjoyed a luxurious time just gazing at the sea beyond the fishing port. The Onsen doesn’t have a view, but it’s clean; even after soaking for a long time I didn’t feel tired, and my skin felt wonderfully smooth afterward. I liked it so much that I ended up bathing four times during my stay. For dinner, I upgraded to include Matsusaka beef steak and shabu-shabu, and also ordered abalone sashimi as an extra dish. The spiny lobster and sashimi were fresh and springy; the extra abalone had a wonderful ocean aroma and was outstanding. Everything else was well seasoned and delicious too. Breakfast featured an incredibly rich spiny lobster miso soup—I ate far too much rice first thing in the morning. Excellent value for money—truly fantastic. The owner, his son, and all staff were very pleasant throughout my stay, making my island time comfortable from start to finish. Thank you very much. Next time I plan on bringing fishing gear for a Multiple Night Stay—thank you again in advance.

We chose this Accommodation because it is close to a swimming beach. It is a traditional Ryokan with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, with a homely feel. The bath was also excellent! Day-use bath guests can come in as well. The food was very delicious.

The ocean-view location was wonderful. Every dish was delicious, and we were blown away by the lavish and outstanding sashimi platter.

They smoothly accommodated our request to change from a smoking Room to a non-smoking Room, and the Room was clean, so we had a pleasant stay. We would appreciate your help again if we have the opportunity to stay here in the future.

Reliable as always, I choose HOTEL AZ whenever I travel around Kyushu. The Miyazaki Nobeoka location offers a Plan with dinner included, and I used it this time. It was delicious! The Room has bunk beds, but both the upper and lower mattresses are proper ones, so it was comfortable to sleep. I would stay again if I have the chance.

This was my first time staying at a container Hotel, and it was surprisingly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the large-screen TV was impressive. The Room had the air conditioner on, so it stayed cool. One light meal was included, and we could choose from five options. Since two of us stayed, we chose the “European-style curry bento” and the “Chicken and lotus root bento.” The other options were meat sauce pasta, yaki udon, and beef pilaf. Both meals were delicious.

The bath was wonderful. It soothed my tired body after a long drive. Also, I really appreciated the complimentary ice cream after the bath!

It was my first visit in a while, but just like before, I was able to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful time while listening to the sound of the waves. This time, I brought my newlywed son and his wife. As it was her first stay, my daughter-in-law was impressed by the views and the food. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here for a live concert. It was my first time in Tokyo in 10 years, so I was a bit nervous, but the location was great with no transfers from Haneda Airport, and it was very convenient for getting to Shibuya as well. The Hotel staff were kind, the Facility was clean, and I was able to relax and rest well. Even though it was the busy Obon season, I could stay at a good price by using a coupon, and the station wasn’t too far either, so I really enjoyed my trip to Tokyo. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo. Thank you very much.

I stayed here because I had a live show in Hamamatsu and planned to head to Kakegawa Kachoen first thing the next morning. Luckily, they upgraded my room, so it was spacious and very comfortable. After traveling and the concert, I really appreciated having a large public bath. Breakfast also had a good variety. However, the mineral water and tea in the vending machines on the first floor were sold out, so I had to go to a convenience store—I would have appreciated more frequent restocking. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed with my daughter's family, a total of 4 adults and 3 grandchildren. The location was excellent, quiet, and provided the perfect environment. This was our second stay, and we will definitely return whenever we visit Tsukiji. Looking forward to staying again!

It was conveniently located between Keikyu Kamata Station and JR Kamata Station. To be honest, I expected a small Room, but it was more spacious than I thought and I could relax. It was also nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The front desk staff were kind as well.

The Room was clean and well maintained. The bed height and firmness were perfect for me. There was only a shower, but it was an overhead-style shower and felt great. However, the adjacent Onsen Facility was unavailable that day due to a mechanical issue, which was disappointing. So I’d rate the bath 3 stars. I think this is a Hotel I’d be happy to stay at for a Multiple Night Stay.

It was a very comfortable Hotel, except that it’s about a 15-minute walk from the station. The Accommodation rate was also very reasonable. Recommended for business travelers. The Room is spacious. The chair is good. The bath is a bit large. The pillow didn’t quite suit me, but overall I was very satisfied.

We stayed here as our Accommodation for the Chirihama Sunset Touring trip. We had informed them that we would return after sunset for dinner, and when we went to the dining area, everything was already prepared; we enjoyed a delicious meal along with the beer we ordered. The Room was compact and clean, and the Simmons bed soothed our tired bodies after the motorcycle tour. Excellent value for money.

As this building is a renovated former Ryokan, sound insulation is limited and you may hear noise from neighboring Rooms or the shared hallway. However, the in-room amenities have been updated, and the shower water pressure was stronger than at typical Hotels—no issues at all. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal, and we enjoyed freshly grilled fish that changed daily. More than anything, the male staff were wonderful—thoughtful in every detail, from nearby sightseeing recommendations to dining suggestions and even checking on the air conditioning in the breakfast venue. After checkout, since we had time before the bus to Karatsu Station, they kindly told us we were welcome to wait inside. We also had a pleasant chat with the owner, and time flew by. There are impressive Hotels nearby such as Mercure and Seaside, but if you want to relax while looking out over the river, Karatsu Castle Hotel is highly recommended. It was a great Accommodation that made us want to stay again when visiting Karatsu. Thank you very much.

I booked after availability opened up about a week before Golden Week and again right before my stay. The kettle was already filled with hot water, which felt like a thoughtful touch and made a great impression. The staff, almost like concierges, provided attentive service with just the right amount of distance, and I was very satisfied. At meals, the staff were not native Japanese speakers, but their Japanese and hospitality were excellent, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Because I work with people like this professionally, I appreciated it even more—and staying at a place that employs such capable staff made me even more satisfied. I would love to stay again and would recommend it to others.

Every Hotel is different, and so is every staff member, but during my Multiple Night Stay, when I gave my Room number to receive the key, one staff member didn’t say a word or make eye contact and handed it over as if throwing it rather than passing it to me properly. I understand they were busy and kept looking at their computer the whole time, but some people come across as very unpleasant. It stood out even more because a part-time worker at a nearby place I stopped by beforehand was very friendly. When I get back to the office, I’ll tell them we should switch Hotels.
