The Facility is old, and the Room felt a bit small with thin walls, but it was very clean. There is a large public bath where I could relax. The sauna is very old, and the temperature felt somewhat lukewarm. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. Considering the price, I was very satisfied.

I arrived by motorcycle, and they kindly allowed me to park right by the entrance. The meals were very delicious and felt luxurious for the price. The open-air bath was a little on the cool side, but overall it was a relaxing, indulgent break that really soothed my touring fatigue. Everyone was very friendly, and it’s an inn I’d love to visit again.

• Price paid: up to ¥9,000 • Room (how spacious it feels during the stay): The bed is large and the room size is sufficient, but the desk area is a bit cramped, which may be inconvenient if you have large luggage. There are also few places to hang clothes, so it could be inconvenient in winter. The bed-making was not great. • In-room bath: There is a bathtub and it’s reasonably spacious. It’s also kept clean. • Public bath: None • Amenities: You pick up what you need at the front desk, including toothbrushes. They also have shaving gel, which was nice. • Wi‑Fi: Fairly stable with good speed. • TV: Standard; no issues. • Refrigerator: Standard single-person size. • Slippers: Not disposable, but disposable covers are available at the front desk for those who prefer them. • Loungewear: One-piece type. • Air conditioning: Centrally controlled for the whole building; you can only choose Low/Medium/High, so it may not suit those who want fine adjustments. • Breakfast: Adequate in a basic sense, but there were no meat dishes and no items like furikake or nori, so it may not suit those who want a hearty breakfast. If breakfast is important to you, it may be safer to skip this option. • Front desk: Standard check-in; no problems at all. • Overall review: Overall, signs of aging are noticeable throughout the property—stains and some wear can be seen in the room as well. However, cleaning is thorough and I was able to stay comfortably without any issues. For this price range (up to ¥9,000), it seems reasonable value overall.

We visited for a company trip. When we had trouble arranging a taxi, the staff kindly assisted us, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much. During breakfast, the staff also greeted us warmly, allowing us to start our day pleasantly. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered our questions in a friendly manner, making this Hotel very comfortable to stay at. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay here. The room felt spacious as soon as I entered, and it was clean with a large bed that helped me relax and recover from my fatigue. Although it faces a main road, I wasn’t bothered by any noise. I would like to stay here again.

Thank you for your kind hospitality, which made our trip truly enjoyable. From the Reservation stage, you kept in touch by email, and from the moment we arrived you took great care of us—guiding us to the parking area and providing a space to park our motorcycles. The hot water was excellent, and my skin felt surprisingly smooth afterward. This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again. Next time, I plan to come with my touring friends as a group. Thank you very much to all the staff for your thoughtful care.

I’ve stayed here many times, and since I know the place well, I can always relax and feel at ease. The abalone at dinner is delicious every time, and many of the front desk staff are very kind.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and ate my fill. It was a great way to start the day with energy!

I had to travel suddenly from Nagasaki for a wake, and stayed here afterward. My son and his wife also came from Aichi, and we stayed together in a large Room. We had dinner after the wake and checked in late, so I thought we wouldn’t make it to our reserved private bath time. However, we were still able to use the private bath, and my grandchild was thrilled to enjoy it with us. The breakfast staff were also very kind. This was my second stay, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Twice a year, we stay here from the day before our event booth. The staff are always kind and helpful, which we truly appreciate. Breakfast was also delicious, served by friendly women. We will definitely stay here twice a year again, and we look forward to seeing you.

Just a 30-second walk from the station and 1 minute from the Shinkansen ticket gates. It was an ideal base for getting around by train. There is also an izakaya on the second floor, which was great. I attended an event at Urara and was surprised that the venue was right next door. It would be perfect if the complimentary breakfast included rice.

The hot springs and meals were both excellent—this is an inn I’d definitely like to stay at again. When I went in during the evening, the water felt a little lukewarm, but by around 10 p.m. it was piping hot like Sabakoyu, and I was able to warm up thoroughly! The food was delicious, and the staff were polite and attentive, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s also close to the station, there are plenty of vending machines, and there’s a souvenir shop on-site. They also offer welcome drinks, and everything you need is available within the property, which made it very relaxing. The building is a bit old, so if you’re sensitive to smells you might notice it. Other than that, nothing bothered me—in fact, I liked it even more for its charming atmosphere. Overall it was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay here again!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but I missed my train and ended up checking in later than planned; it was very helpful to know that check-in was available until midnight. There are large and medium public baths for both men and women, which helped me relax after the trip. The Room also had bright lighting that I like, making it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed plenty of my favorite mentaiko (spicy cod roe).

The meals (both dinner and breakfast) were outstanding—truly delicious. I was also able to relax in the bath (the sauna is hot, and you can do löyly as well). It was the autumn foliage season, but it wasn’t as crowded as I had imagined, which may be why it felt so peaceful. Excellent value for money—absolutely wonderful. I wonder if it gets crowded during the snowy season? Next time, I’d like to come in early spring. I’d love to make this my regular place to stay.

This was my first time visiting Sendai. Since I was traveling alone, I chose an affordable place as close to the station as possible. It was about a 10–15 minute walk from Sendai Station, and next to the front desk there were free juices available after 3:00 PM. It was quite hot, so that was really helpful. The breakfast buffet offered both bread and rice, with a good variety of side dishes. Drinks were replenished quickly whenever they ran low, which was great. There is a large public bath, but the men’s and women’s baths alternate by time slot, so unfortunately I couldn’t use it at a time that suited me.

It’s a bit far from the station, but that’s exactly why it offers excellent value for money! I’m slightly concerned that there are many foreign guests.

I used to be a repeat guest and was disappointed when it closed a few years ago, but I stayed again for the first time in a while after it reopened following renovations. The facilities and hot spring were excellent, and I think I’ll become a repeat guest again.

I stayed with a one-night, two-meal plan to relax for the first time in a while. Dinner was generous in portion size, and I really enjoyed the fresh seafood—absolutely satisfying! Breakfast was also delicious, and I ended up eating more than I should. The location right in front of the ocean was fantastic, and spending quiet time in the room felt truly luxurious. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, making it a very comfortable hotel. Next time, I’d love to come with my family as well.

The meal, made with plenty of local ingredients, was satisfying in both quality and quantity. It paired very well with the local sake we received as a perk. The Room was flawless, including the open-air bath. The large public bath at the sister property across the road (seaside) was also excellent, but since it was rainy that day, it felt a bit inconvenient to use. The large public bath at SAZANA was also a little small, which was the only disappointment. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were truly able to relax. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
