I enjoyed a beer as a welcome drink and another after the bath. After bathing, my skin felt silky smooth and my hair was wonderfully soft—everything was perfect.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was relaxing, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was also delicious. It was an excellent Hotel with great value for money.

The bed was high quality, and I slept soundly until morning. Having a washlet toilet was really helpful. It was fun to have so many different breakfast options. Being able to choose the shampoo and conditioner I want to use, in addition to the welcome coffee, really shows how much they value their guests. There are many great points, but for non-smokers, the cigarette smell on unused towels is noticeable. It may be unavoidable, but guests in non-smoking rooms would still feel more comfortable with odor-free towels. Even so, it’s an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.

I had a relaxing 3-day, 2-night stay! It was cold with snowfall, but the Tanukikoji shopping arcade was a big help! I also enjoyed the complimentary late-night noodles and was very satisfied! I used the bath at Annex as well and could really feel the differences between them! Crossing over in loungewear was quite an experience, too! I’ll be back!

We enjoyed delicious meals in the Room, and we were happy to be able to take our time and enjoy them. However, the toilet lock malfunctioned repeatedly, and it was also difficult to understand how to use the in-room safe. Thank you for providing a spacious Room near the elevator for my mother, who has difficulty walking.

We visited for a company trip. When we had trouble arranging a taxi, the staff kindly assisted us, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much. During breakfast, the staff also greeted us warmly, allowing us to start our day pleasantly. If we have the chance to visit again, we would definitely love to stay here once more.

The Room is a bit dated, but the parking lot is spacious, and having an uncovered parking area was very helpful. (I think this is an advantage of sharing the parking lot with a pachinko parlor.) From my phone inquiry before check-in to the front desk staff at check-in, everyone was friendly and welcoming, making it a very comfortable Hotel. (Even though breakfast is free, they offered mixed rice and other thoughtful touches, which I really appreciated.) The location was also convenient, with many places to eat nearby. There are many competing Business Hotels in the area, but when I stay in Niihama City again, this is definitely a Hotel I would like to choose.

The fresh fish sashimi was outstanding. The meat dishes were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The service was courteous and attentive. I think this Accommodation would be comfortable with no issues for guests up to their 60s. As Tokiwaya is a traditional Ryokan, I felt there are many challenges in terms of accessibility. I stayed with my 95-year-old mother, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, but there were many steps inside the Room and the bathtub was deep (my mother was able to step over it), which unfortunately made it difficult to use.

There were children’s toys in the manga area, and our child was able to play in the Room. At the breakfast buffet, there were also children’s cutlery and high chairs. A staff member came over, carried a high chair for our child, and set it up at our table! The affiliated parking lot was easy to find and conveniently close.

The parking lot was conveniently located next to the Hotel, and the view from the Room was great. The only disappointment was that the sauce katsudon was no longer available at breakfast. The soba noodles and simmered thick fried tofu were very delicious. When we visit Takefu again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much.

First of all, the staff were wonderful. Many international team members were working there, and they were well trained and welcomed us with warm smiles. I misunderstood the breakfast time and arrived late to my set meal seat, but I was not rushed at all and was able to enjoy a delicious meal. Everything was very clean, including the bedding sheets. This time I used the Yugawara Smile Coupon and got a great deal on my stay, but even without the coupon I felt it offers excellent value for money. It was only one night, but I was able to relax. Thank you!

The Room had a small window, but it was compact and well-maintained, which was no issue for me. I also appreciated having a smoking room prepared. The entire building was very quiet. As for breakfast, I expected something simple, but it turned out to be a Japanese-Western buffet. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was more than sufficient to start the day.

The breakfast is incredibly delicious.

The facilities were clean, and the meals were delicious. They had a great selection of thoughtful pet amenities, which we really appreciated. Karaoke was also affordable at 500 yen per person per hour. We’d love to visit again in winter.

The nearest station feels a bit isolated and slightly inconvenient, but the Room was more spacious and comfortable than expected. The bath was refreshing, and I really liked it! However, due to its slightly old condition and some dust and dirt in the bathroom, I couldn't give it a perfect score. Considering the price though, it's five stars!

We stayed in a detached Room (no open-air bath). It was great that all five of us could stay together in one Room. It didn’t have an open-air bath, but since we were staying with coworkers, the large public bath was more than enough. Going up the stairs from the lobby (lounge), the detached Rooms and baths are lined up, creating a charming atmosphere. Many of the staff were from overseas and provided multilingual support, giving the impression that they are well prepared for international guests. There were also many international guests.

The food—especially the special kaiseki course—was excellent. The staff were very attentive, and the timing of each dish being served was perfect. The sunset was also beautiful. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.\n(However, there was only one elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.)

Our family of five stayed from 5/23 to 5/25. It seemed our Room had been upgraded from the one we originally reserved. Right after entering the Room, we noticed an issue with the bidet toilet seat, but the staff promptly guided us to a different Room. We used the parking lot, and the front desk kindly asked whether we were using it and assisted us courteously. It was about a 30-minute drive to the Dotonbori area, and our whole family was satisfied. The Room was also kept very clean. Since Awaji Island was just over an hour away, we were able to fit in an unplanned sightseeing trip there as well. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Facility we would gladly stay at again.

The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!
