The Onsen water quality is unquestionably top-class. My wheelchair-using parent could also access the private family bath and move around the property with ease. Thank you. Opinions may vary about the meals, and I can’t say how true gourmet diners would feel, but we really liked the half-buffet. Personally, I think a full buffet would be fine. It’s a very good Ryokan.

When traveling, I usually book more than three months in advance to get low-cost flights, so I have to prepare both the airfare and Accommodation fee ahead of time. This time, however, my card was charged on the stay date, which was very helpful because I could arrange the payment after the trip. I stayed for two nights and was able to spend my time comfortably thanks to your thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the Toyama Marathon. It was very convenient, just a few minutes from Takaoka Station. The twin Room I used was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the railway tracks were right below, so the sound of passing trains was a bit distracting.

At the time of our same-day Reservation, I realized we were short by one guest and called in a panic, but they kindly accommodated us. When I asked the front desk for extra yukata and other items, they also responded promptly and courteously. The Room and Facility had a traditional, old-fashioned feel, but everything was well cleaned and well maintained. The friendly Shuttle Service driver and the receptionist were approachable, creating a warm atmosphere that felt comfortable and relaxing. The women’s indoor bath was too hot for me, but the open-air bath was just right. The air conditioning in the Room worked very well, making our stay comfortable.

I stayed for two nights to watch a SoftBank Hawks game. I wasn’t sure about the location at first, but it took about 25 minutes from Fukuoka Airport by Bus Route 43 bound for JR Minami-Fukuoka Station, which felt acceptable. Since buses are relatively infrequent, I recommend checking the schedule in advance. It’s less than a minute on foot from Imazato bus stop. As another option, you can take the Nishitetsu train from Tenjin to Sakuranamiki, then transfer to a bus to Naka bus stop; from there it’s about an 11-minute walk to the Hotel. It’s a bit away from the Hakata area, but I recommend it for those who want reasonably priced Accommodation. Breakfast is included as a buffet with a good variety, and I was very satisfied. If I have another chance to visit Fukuoka, I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here to visit Ise Grand Shrine. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was spacious and easy to use. The best part may have been the large bathtub. Thank you very much.

A long-awaited stay at the warehouse complex. I stayed here on a trip with a wine-loving friend. All of the staff were very warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. At the bar we visited in the evening, they shared some fun facts about Hokkaido wines. What stood out most was how much we enjoyed chatting with the staff. I would love to stay again.

I planned to go to Nara for a meal, and since I was there anyway, I stayed one night. The high ceiling and the curved vanity area made it feel more spacious than it actually was. It seemed almost fully booked and there were many families with children, but the Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathtub was also roomy. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and I’d like to come back again for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious too, with a clean and well-kept buffet.

The front desk featuring robots and dinosaurs is quite unique and entertaining. Staff are also quick to assist via the phone next to the front desk. However, the lack of hot coffee in vending machines might be disappointing for Western guests accustomed to drinking coffee. It would be preferable to have coffee instead of tea in the Room as well.

Conveniently located near the airport, I always stay here for early morning flights. The beds are spacious and very comfortable. Thanks to the flowing Onsen, I had a great night's sleep. I didn’t have time for breakfast this time, but I’d like to wake up earlier someday and try it.

As the facility includes an Onsen, I was able to spend a very enjoyable and comfortable time. I heard the tuna is delicious, so next time I would like to take my time and enjoy the meals as well.

This was my third stay here, and it’s always one of the Accommodations I consider when visiting Takayama. Some parts of the building do show their age, and compared with newer Kyoritsu Resort properties like “Nono,” it does feel a bit dated. The beds in the guest rooms are a mattress placed on Ryukyu tatami, so they’re low to the floor and feel more like sleeping on thick futons. I’ve seen this style at other Accommodations as well, but personally I prefer a standard bed. The large public bath on the top floor has great views and an open, airy feel. However, the outdoor bath area is somewhat small, so it can be hard to use comfortably when it’s crowded. On the other hand, the three private baths are a major highlight unique to this Accommodation. In particular, “Azumanishiki,” located furthest inside, is outstanding in both size and view—easily one of the most satisfying private baths I’ve used. It seems some of the hinoki wood has recently been replaced, and I also enjoyed its pleasant aroma. It does get busy due to its popularity, but it’s still well worth using. Their signature late-night soba is still available as expected from Kyoritsu properties, and breakfast is Dormy Inn quality. There are plenty of menu items featuring local ingredients as well—I look forward every time to dishes like tomato gyudon and hoba miso. Given Takayama’s popularity, there are many international guests staying here. Also, with only two elevators for the number of rooms, wait times can feel long depending on the time of day. While there isn’t much new in terms of Facility updates, that also makes the Accommodation Fee very reasonable. With such a strong draw in its private baths, it’s easy to see why this place remains so popular. Once again, all staff were kind and pleasant in their service, making my stay very comfortable. Despite some aging Facilities here and there, it more than makes up for them with its charm—and I’d gladly stay again next time I visit Takayama.

I stayed here for one night to see a show at “Karpoto.” It’s conveniently located near the shopping arcade. The staff were neat and clean, pleasant, and kind. The room was a little small, but it had a simple design and was well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was light, which suited me well—bread, a boiled egg, and a drink were just right. The bread was delicious. Thank you very much.

They upgraded me from a single to a double. Due to my schedule, I checked out before 10:00. On the way from the Room to the elevator, I passed a housekeeping staff member (a foreigner), but they did not greet me at all. I believe a pleasant greeting is the best way to start the day.

We stayed here with my daughter’s family. The Onsen, the meals, and the service were all excellent. In particular, the staff’s kindness made us feel very at ease. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size—I ended up eating too much. It made for a wonderful Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much. Yubara Onsen is the best.

It is conveniently located right in front of the station one stop from Sendai Airport, with a convenience store next door. The Hotel staff were also very kind and gave us helpful information about nearby sightseeing spots. The free breakfast and the natural Onsen Facility were both excellent. When I use Sendai Airport again, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel.
