My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. Both the bath and the meals were excellent!!! The Room had a log-cabin feel and a resort vibe. Very clean! We’d love to stay again. The day-use bathing is very popular, so it was a bit too crowded. I do wish the time slots were a little shorter, but it’s understandable given how popular it is—a luxurious complaint.

A hotel just a 1-minute walk from the station. The bed is spacious and fluffy—super comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which was great. There are buses to Disneyland and Maihama Station, so it’s very convenient. There’s a convenience store on the first floor, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the staff welcomed us with big smiles and congratulations, which made us smile too. Although it’s a small property, both the Room and the garden have a charming atmosphere, and we appreciated the service at the gazebo next to the Onsen. The food was delicious, and it was especially nice at breakfast to grill fish and nori ourselves. The rice was so good that we had seconds. Above all, the staff were warm and attentive, and we’d love to come back.

It was a charming Accommodation full of character. From the moment we stepped inside, it had a comforting atmosphere. The staff responded to our questions thoroughly, so we were able to spend the night feeling at ease. Breakfast was plentiful, but delicious, and we finished it all.

Thank you for helping us out and responding quickly to an unexpected issue.

This Accommodation offers Rooms that can accommodate large groups, and we had a very comfortable stay when we visited last year, so we chose to stay again this year. The beach is right in front of the Accommodation, and there are beach huts nearby, making it a very convenient location for enjoying swimming in the sea. This time we chose a Plan that included dinner at Nonoan. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent—we were very satisfied! The kids’ meal also had many items and even came with a balloon, which made our child very happy. In the morning, we also enjoyed the sauna, and our whole family was able to spend a fulfilling time together. We would love to visit again next year!

This was my first stay in three years. I originally had a Reservation at another Hotel, but my stay here three years ago was so wonderful that I decided to change it to this Accommodation. The Room was stylish and spotless, and it was pure bliss to sip coffee while gazing out the window at the Onomichi Channel. The front desk staff were also very kind. I would love to stay again.

We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter for my husband’s birthday. After making a Reservation, they kindly confirmed by phone and accommodated our last-minute request for a birthday plate as much as possible. Both the staff on the phone and the team on site were all warm and attentive. There were plenty of kid-friendly activities, such as playing in the river behind the property and fireworks at night, which made it a very satisfying trip. They were also very kind to our child, and she says she wants to come again.

The room was spacious and clean, with everything you need well prepared. When you open the window, you see dense trees, giving you that special feeling of staying deep in the mountains. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be a pitcher of cold water in the room—it was still quite hot, so that would have been nice. As this is an old-style hotel, amenities are limited. I don’t think there were items like lotion in the bath area either. Dinner was a delicious kaiseki meal. Each dish was carefully and beautifully prepared—exactly what you’d expect from kaiseki. The standout experience was the stargazing session. I came all this way specifically for it, and it was absolutely worth it. First, at the hotel entrance they project and explain which constellations can be seen that night. Then you take a bus to the ski slope area; right away they point out where north is (and explain east/west/south/north), which made me feel this was truly authentic. After that, they use a laser pointer to explain the stars and let you view Saturn and the Pleiades through a telescope. Seeing Saturn’s rings for the first time was moving. Even just having this activity offered free of charge makes staying at this hotel worthwhile. Getting to the hotel was a bit challenging. With Bakery & Cafe SANDO (Daisen Sandō Market) in front of you, go up the stairs immediately on your right. If you're coming from the bus stop, there’s also a sign a little past Daisen Sandō Market that says “Hotel Daisen Shirogane 30 m ahead,” with stairs beside it—but if you go up those stairs you'll come out behind the hotel instead. You can reach the main entrance by looping around, but it's along a narrow path between trees, so I worried about walking into spider webs along the way.

We stayed here the night before visiting Universal Studios Japan. We drove, and there were plenty of parking lots nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. On the first day, we took the subway to Umeda. Namba Station was also within walking distance. For such a reasonable price, we were able to stay in a very clean and spacious Room, and our kids said they want to come back again. The Facility was great too—laundry amenities, hangers, a place to dry clothes, enough glass cups for everyone, and a fridge about the size you’d have for living alone. Thank you for letting our family of five relax and enjoy our stay.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy an Onsen so close to Hakata Station. Breakfast was crowded, but the staff were very helpful, and even as a first-time guest I was able to dine smoothly. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. It’s worth staying here just for the breakfast.

We stayed as a group of three. It’s hard to find places where three people can stay in one Room, and even when you do, many Hotels are quite small. This was the first time we were able to relax in a spacious Room. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner. At many Hotels and Ryokans, I’m often disappointed when I notice dust in the corners, but this place was spotless and felt genuinely caring. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious—I wanted to eat it again and again. Located on Port Island away from the crowds, we also enjoyed the sea views and night scenery. Many places seem to close at night, so it may be better to have dinner on the mainland. I would like to choose this Accommodation again next time I visit Kobe.

Our family of four stayed for two nights. At the dinner buffet, our 6-year-old daughter was thrilled by the wide variety of ice cream and got so excited! Our whole family enjoyed the meals and the Onsen. A few things we noticed: the elevator took a long time to arrive, it was hot inside the kids’ play area, and on the second day we were bothered by dust on the floor (possibly from the futons). The elevator situation may be difficult due to the building layout, but it would be even better for families with children if there were more efficient measures during busy times, such as better guidance. Overall, including leisure activities, it was a memorable and wonderful trip!

I stayed for two nights. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the Room was clean. One small disappointment was that the shower curtain had a slight odor. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

It was a Hotel located right across the road from Ryogoku Station. Although it’s an older Hotel, it was well cleaned and I was pleased. The Facility itself is indeed a bit dated, but considering the accommodation cost, I think it deserves top marks. Above all, since I stayed during the tournament period, I was thrilled to spot sumo wrestlers! I’d like to stay again.

I stayed for one night with my elderly parents. The Onsen was, of course, wonderful—we stayed warm right up until bedtime. We were also able to bathe in the Onsen at affiliated Hotels and in the public baths, so we could truly enjoy Naruko’s famous hot springs. It was absolutely fantastic. At the buffet dining venue, my elderly father has back problems, so carrying a tray and serving himself while standing between other guests in line seemed like it would be a challenge. However, there were carts to place trays on, which allowed him to serve himself without bothering others and move around comfortably. We also loved the wide variety of options and the fun of choosing from them—my father was very happy as well. One disappointing point is that it likely depends on how many guests there are that day, but quite a few dishes—including desserts—were marked as “available until gone.” In the latter half of service, even if portions were smaller on smaller trays or plates, I hope the same selection as at opening time could be kept available. We would like to stay again as a family with my father.

The Room was spacious and really great. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very convenient. My child vomited in the bedroom at night, and I cleaned it up myself; being able to move my child to the other bedroom during that time was a big help. When I went to the front desk to let them know what happened, they told me not to worry, which made me feel relieved. What was disappointing was that we couldn’t use the public bath, and that the pool hours were only until 5:00 PM. It would have been much easier to use if the pool were available until around 6:00–7:00 PM, but in the end it didn’t fit our schedule, so we left without using it.

I have stayed here several times. The on-site parking spaces are wide, so you can park with peace of mind. Parking fee: 400 yen. The amenities are POLA Aroma Ess Gold, the same brand I use, which I really liked. They are not provided in the Room; they are available for free in front of the front desk on the first floor. Breakfast also seems to offer more variety than other places. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Tsuchiura.

I stayed here on a solo trip, and it met all my needs, with amenities, an air purifier, bottled water, and drinking water provided. In particular, the bathroom had a separate washing area, and being able to sit on a chair while washing helped soothe my travel fatigue. It is also close to Aomori Station, and you can access nearby shopping Facilitys, restaurants, and convenience stores under an arcade walkway, which helped reduce the impact of rain and strong summer sunlight.
