The location was great. There was a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient. The Hotel Facilities aren’t new, but there were no inconveniences at all during my stay. However, at night I could clearly hear the sound of the neighboring room’s shower head hitting the wall, and in the morning I could hear voices in the hallway and doors opening and closing quite loudly. Also, I stayed on the 4th floor and felt that the water pressure weakened when multiple people were bathing at the same time. Basic amenities were available in the lobby, so it wasn’t a problem. I relaxed until right before checkout time, and the housekeeping staff’s greeting and smiles were very nice. I’ll consider staying here again when I come to Ueno.

I stayed in Nagoya for a live concert. Since the venue was a five-minute walk away, I made a quick Reservation several months in advance. The room size and Facilities were more than satisfactory. I usually just take showers and don’t use a bathtub, so the clean shower booth was perfect for me. With only the essentials provided—and at this location—I think it offers excellent value for money. I’ll likely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

This was my first trip to Hokkaido, and I stayed at your Accommodation. In a word: completely satisfied—I didn’t want to check out. Not only the location, but also the dining and the Onsen were wonderful, and there was so much to see throughout the entire Facility that I wished I had booked a Multiple Night Stay. I originally made a No Meals Included Reservation, but changed my mind, and I truly appreciated being able to use the dinner buffet on site. I even regret not taking photos because I was so excited to eat—the selection was extensive, everything was delicious, and the sashimi and crab were as luxurious as expected. When I hesitated a bit at the crab station, the chefs spoke to me with warm smiles and helped me feel at ease. After nonstop travel on my first Hokkaido trip, I had been tense, but it made me feel relieved and relaxed enough to truly enjoy my meal. I also loved the Onsen. Both Kotobuki-no-Yu inside the Hotel and the large public bath at The Westin next door were clean, comfortable, and excellent. Riding the monorail between Hotels became one of my favorite memories as well. Because it runs until late hours, I could travel safely and easily even at night—and take my time in the Onsen—so I’m very grateful. The monorail driver was also polite and refreshing in their manner, which left a great impression. The Hotel is so large it feels like an entire town—I felt one day wasn’t nearly enough… (laughs) While the buildings aren’t brand-new, everything was well maintained and spotless; it has more than enough charm to make up for its age, and it’s a Hotel with many things that I hope will remain for years to come. The Panorama Terrace reached by gondola offered breathtaking views—it was amazing. There were many activities—like visiting the amusement park or hiking—that I couldn’t enjoy this time due to schedule and season, so next time I’d love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay or book with breakfast and dinner included. To be honest, there had been news about a fire just days before this stay, but I’m thankful that I could stay without any worries at all. From afar, I sincerely wish all staff safe days of work ahead. I truly look forward to having another chance to stay.

The location is excellent, and we were told the bath uses the same hot spring source as Dogo Onsen Honkan. The water in this Hotel’s bath might have been even better (lol). Disposable slippers were provided, and breakfast was good. The price is reasonable, and the Room was clean as it had been renovated, though it was on a lower floor. There isn’t a smoking area nearby, so it’s best to bring a portable ashtray. The parking lot under the Hotel is small, but there is also Hotel parking nearby.

The front desk staff were very kind. We had a great view of Senso-ji Temple from the window—it was amazing. As it is a new Hotel, everything was very clean. The Room was also well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. We were able to stay at a very reasonable price and were extremely satisfied. We would like to stay again next time.

It’s a bit of a walk from Takamatsu Station, but I could see the sea along the way—and amazingly, from the Room too! I was so happy (I’ve been to Takamatsu many times, but I’d only ever seen the sea when crossing the Seto Inland Sea). Kotoden Kawaramachi Station is close, so if walking is difficult, I also recommend taking the Kotoden from Takamatsu-Chikko. Seeing the castle walls and water (the moat?) from inside the retro train was exciting. They kindly stored my luggage with a smile before check-in. There isn’t a large public bath on site, but there’s a public bathhouse nearby. A convenience store is also diagonally across the big road. I really appreciated how affordable the coin laundry was. There was a high-performance massage chair in the lobby, and I used it while doing laundry—my shoulders felt lighter the next day. I was grateful to have drinking water available from the water dispenser. I usually stay closer to the arcade shopping streets, but this location seems convenient for island trips as well, and they also offer free rental bicycles—so I’d love to stay again. When I made my Reservation and shared my Room preferences, you kindly arranged a high-floor Room with an ocean view, just as requested. Thank you very much. Also, when my schedule changed due to the typhoon, the front desk staff responded flexibly—thank you sincerely. I will definitely stay at Smile Hotel again next time. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay since 2018. As always, every dish at dinner was delicious, and I was very satisfied. The hospitality was also wonderful, and I truly appreciated the advice for visiting Matsumoto Castle the next day. Thanks to your guidance, we were able to sightsee smoothly without feeling the heat too much. If I have the opportunity again, I would love to stay with you in a different season. Thank you very much!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay from March 19 to 25, 2025. I was provided Room 801, which was more spacious than I expected. The best part was the firmness and size of the bed, which made it perfect for clearing my tired body after a day of activities. Additionally, the bathtub was large enough to enjoy a relaxing bath time. *The internet connection wasn't very stable, and both my smartphone and PC frequently disconnected. Improving this would greatly enhance satisfaction. It was a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

It’s close to Fushimi Subway Station, and you can enjoy drinks during happy hour and have breakfast as well, so I think it offers great value for money. The breakfast had about four kinds of side dishes, and all of them were delicious. The Room was small, and the bathroom still had some residue from someone else, which wasn’t very pleasant, but it was sufficient if you just need a place to sleep. They also stored my luggage for me—thank you for your help.

We were amazed at how generous the BBQ meal portions were! The view from the Room was beautiful, and the Room was very clean. As our kids have grown, it’s been harder to find a suitable Room, but this one had futons in the tatami area and two beds, so we could all stay together in the same Room. The staff were kind and attentive. We drove there, so we were a bit nervous because the parking lot was narrow, but they guided us carefully.

The exterior looks old, and since the front desk is on the second floor, it can be difficult if you have heavy luggage, but the Room had brand-new plumbing fixtures and interior finishes, making it a very pleasant Hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

The nearest station feels a bit isolated and slightly inconvenient, but the Room was more spacious and comfortable than expected. The bath was refreshing, and I really liked it! However, due to its slightly old condition and some dust and dirt in the bathroom, I couldn't give it a perfect score. Considering the price though, it's five stars!

It was a snowy morning, and the view from the window was stunning—breakfast was a truly relaxing moment. The salmon Eggs Benedict and the mushroom risotto were exceptional. The only disappointment was that when I left my luggage before check-in, I was directed to use a sofa to take items out of my suitcase, but it was quite full; I would have appreciated being shown a baggage rack or similar option instead.

Perhaps because it was before Golden Week and we visited during a season without fireworks, it was quiet and very comfortable. The in-Room bath with free-flowing hot spring water and the large public bath were both excellent, and the breakfast had plenty of variety—this has become an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. For my morning bath, I enjoyed a beer while leisurely looking out over Lake Toya; it was a truly luxurious time. As for service, perhaps because there are many international guests, we were suddenly spoken to in English, and there were quite a few moments where I felt the staff could use a bit more training—so I’m giving it a 4.

Conveniently located and easy to access anywhere, this facility with a pool offers great value for its price. The room layout is well-designed, making it comfortable to stay. However, the lower price may reflect in some areas where the service could be improved. We stayed in a single-story type unit, which is the only one of its kind at this facility. Compared to other rooms, it features an indoor kitchen, drum-type washing machine, and heated pool—details worth checking beforehand. The heated pool was surprisingly helpful; you can swim comfortably even on cloudy days or at night without feeling cold. - Mosquitoes were abundant; personally, I found the outdoor kitchen challenging to use. Mosquito coils were prohibited. - As others have mentioned, choosing cleaning options can be tricky. - While BBQ equipment is advertised as free of charge, there’s a gas fee of 2,200 yen required for use. Since gas is essential for operation, this should be clearly stated instead of being labeled as "free." - The lack of a dishwasher was inconvenient since many places now provide one. - Some provided dishes were dirty and needed rewashing before use. Overall, considering its affordability, we had a satisfactory stay despite these minor issues.

Following last year’s stay, we returned again this year. As always, the Facilities were spotless, and we truly had a wonderful time. The outdoor monitor audio now plays through the terrace speakers, and considering the overall quietness across the four villas on the property and consideration for other guests, I think it was an excellent and very reasonable change. We made the best summer memories again this year. Thank you so much to all the staff. We would love to visit again next year!

This year again, I went to see the Shimodate grand mikoshi. It’s a bit of a walk to the station, but it was within an acceptable distance, so I stayed here. The bath isn’t large, but it is separated for men and women, which was satisfying. The Room also felt clean. The free breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again.

The meals were delicious. The coffee service was also helpful. Although it is an artificial Onsen, it warmed my body and allowed me to relax.
