Used this place to attend a live show at Nagai Stadium. Absolutely no complaints! Great value for money! Outstanding service!! I’ll definitely stay here again.

The amenities and complimentary drinks were well stocked. Although the sea was rough, we could see the torii gate of Oarai Shrine from the window, which was very impressive. (It was a shame we couldn’t see the sunrise due to bad weather.) We also received lots of helpful information about places to eat. There was no large public bath, but we used Oarai Hotel just a short walk away, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The Room was clean and nice as well.

We stayed in the dome during midsummer in the Kanto region in July. The temperature was about 5–6°C cooler, and the dome was fully equipped with air conditioning, so we were able to stay very comfortably. We could also watch app videos on the projector, and some Plans allow pets. It was amazing.

The Onsen was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were welcoming and attentive. My friend and I said we’d like to come again. The Room was spacious, and the view from the window was great. We were satisfied with everything.

I stayed here for the first time with friends for a girls’ trip, and we were very satisfied. The Accommodation is so spacious it’s easy to get lost, and it has a glamorous, retro Showa-era charm with plenty of fun spots—we walked around a lot. The views were great, and the buffet had more than we could possibly finish. Even though there were many guests, the baths weren’t too crowded, so we could relax. All the staff greeted us with smiles, which was wonderful. We’ll be back in September with my family.

This was my second stay, and I truly appreciated your hospitality. This time I stayed in an ocean-view Room. Compared with the golf course view in the club building I used last time, it was more reasonably priced, and personally I preferred the ocean view. I had a wonderfully relaxing time while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The Greek salad I had for lunch before check-in was outstanding. I also appreciated that you applied the guest discount even though it was before check-in—such a thoughtful gesture. The beer provided in the Room refrigerator was also very reasonably priced. Considering today’s labor shortages and how challenging inventory management and payment processing must be, I hope you will continue offering this service. The fruit at breakfast was all fresh and juicy, and I enjoyed it very much. Compared to my previous stay, it felt like there were more international staff members, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and provided courteous, heartfelt service. Thanks to all of you, I had another very pleasant stay. I plan to stay again next month as well, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, and I had a comfortable time again, just like last time. I was assigned a higher floor than the one I had reserved, so the view was better, and I appreciated the updated bathroom features. The staff were quick to check in with me, so I never had any trouble. It’s also convenient that the airport bus stop is nearby.

This was my first time staying at Villa Fontaine Haneda. I originally planned to stay from 6/26 to 6/30, but due to personal matters my stay was extended, and I ended up staying for 8 nights from 6/26 to 7/4. I truly appreciate the reassuring support from both the staff and the Room staff. The Hotel and the guest Room were clean and well maintained, and the open, spacious lounge was wonderful. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much to all the staff.

My spouse and I stayed for two nights with our dog. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, and the selection was plentiful—everything was delicious. Because dining times are set at check-in, we didn’t have to deal with crowds or difficulty getting food. Dishes were replenished frequently, so we were very satisfied with the meals. The large public bath was also great. While the Facilities overall feel a bit dated, there are updated areas such as a sauna and a round single-person bath. Everything was very clean, making it a pleasure to use. Since it was summer, the pool in the garden was open. Families with children were using it; it’s quite large, with a small trampoline nearby and plenty of chairs poolside—both parents and kids should be very happy. The garden is adjacent to a sculpture park, which connects onward to Lake Tateshina. Over three days, we enjoyed walking our dog while viewing sculptures in the park and circling Lake Tateshina—we never ran out of places to stroll. As for the Room in the dog-friendly building: the interior is somewhat plain, but it was well cleaned, had a kitchen, and we stayed comfortably. It would be nice if you could provide towels for dogs. Lastly, everyone—from the front desk staff to the restaurant team—was warm and welcoming. This Hotel has wonderful surroundings (parks and a lake) and feels like one of the highest-potential Hotels in Tateshina. Even so, keeping prices lower than other nearby Hotels while maintaining that level of service and Facilities must take tremendous effort. I hope this historic Hotel continues for many years to come. We will definitely stay again with our dog. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Very close to the center of Susukino, with an excellent location. Check-in was handled by a woman wearing a trainee name tag; she assisted us promptly with a smile, and it was a very pleasant check-in experience. The Room was also clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

If you want to relax by the pool until night in summer, enjoy an Onsen, and eat delicious meals—all at an excellent value—this Hotel is the perfect choice. I first stayed during a COVID discount period and liked it so much that I came back again. The buffet-style meals were high quality item by item, and I was very satisfied. Some signs of aging were noticeable in the Facility and even in the Room, but at this price it didn’t bother me at all. Many of the staff are foreigners, but their service was extremely polite and much appreciated. I’d love to visit again when I can find the time.

The Room was very clean, and since it overlooked the river, the view was excellent! The first floor features a lovely European-style interior. The restaurant has large windows, creating an open and airy atmosphere! Although it’s close to the downtown area, it’s in a quiet location. We were very satisfied!

It was truly just a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station’s East Exit. There is also a large public bath, which is great when traveling with friends since you don’t have to wait your turn. However, it does get crowded at night. The changing area isn’t very spacious either, so if you can go earlier, make the bath a priority!

Great location and very convenient. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but everything is clean and more than satisfactory. I booked a single, but the bed was quite wide (possibly upgraded by the Hotel?), making it very comfortable. Having plenty of power outlets is also surprisingly useful. I really appreciate being able to check the laundry availability in real time. Excellent value for money—this has become my go-to Hotel in Kyoto, and I’ve already made Reservations for multiple stays up to a year ahead. Next time, I’ll try a plan with meals included. It feels great to stretch out in the bath, but when you look up at the ceiling, it’s a stark contrast to how clear the water is—I wish it were cleaner. Still, many guests will likely feel pleasantly relieved by touches like freshly fried croquettes in the morning and even curry served during happy hour. Hearing that if a new Hotel is built next door, they’ll compete with heart really struck me.

The location was excellent (close to Sendai Station, the shopping arcade, and especially the downtown area), the price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. In addition, the Hotel front desk staff were helpful, and even when there were many cars in use, parking was available at the affiliated parking lot (Dai-Sendai Parking), which was also very close and convenient. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Sendai City.

I was looking for Accommodation in Matsumoto City for sightseeing in the Kamikochi and Takayama areas, and although it was a bit far from the city center, I chose the Itoen Hotel. I selected it based on everyone’s Reviews. The dinner was plentiful and delicious, and the all-you-can-drink option was included. The Itoen Hotel offers outstanding value for money—I’ll continue to support you.

We stayed with our 13-month-old baby. Thanks to the warm smiles and kind support from all the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. We were able to borrow a stroller for use inside the Hotel, and we could also use a baby chair at the restaurant. They even prepared baby food for us, which was a huge help. We were also able to use a bib—thank you so much. We’d love to come again! It’s a Hotel where families can feel very at ease when traveling with children, and we were extremely satisfied!

We stayed for a one-night, two-day getaway as a couple. Travel memories are shaped by many things—weather, delicious food, scenery—but also by the connections you make along the way. On the day we arrived, we walked over 20,000 steps in humid weather before reaching the Hotel. The front desk staff’s warm smile was wonderful. We were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable evening. My son stayed here. Due to a typhoon and suspended train service, he needed to find Accommodation at short notice before reaching his destination, but he was able to make a Reservation. They responded politely and thoughtfully even with such a sudden request. It’s close to the station, and the Facilities are excellent for the price. The atmosphere is also great. Free breakfast was another welcome service. Their kind support gave me peace of mind as a parent. From my son’s expression when he came home, I could tell he had a comfortable stay. As a parent, I’m truly grateful.
