The staff’s warm and attentive service left a lasting impression on me. The buffet menu and the bread were very delicious. I would love to stay again.

Considering our luggage for the day after our stay, we chose this Hotel near Tokyo Station. It was within walking distance of the concert venue at Tokyo International Forum, and the Hotel was easy to find. The Room was comfortable and conveniently had a small table and chairs. There is also an Ishikawa Prefecture antenna shop nearby, and we would definitely like to stay here again next time!

It was my first stay in Sendai in a while, and the staff were very helpful. It would have been nice to have a laundry bag in the Room.

I stayed here for an airport trip. It’s very convenient—right off the interchange. Parking fees vary depending on how close it is to the Hotel, and even the closest lot costs only 400 yen for guests. The building has a spacious layout, with a wide lobby and hallways. It does feel a bit dated, but everything is well cleaned and pleasant. The garden and lighting fixtures have subtle Japanese touches, and I felt they’ve long been mindful of international guests. The twin Room was relatively large with plenty of space, and the amenities were sufficient, but I was disappointed that the coffee was instant. The in-room refrigerator was very noisy—I couldn’t understand why it was so loud. It’s a shame because the double windows provide great soundproofing, yet the Room itself was noisy. After waking up and no longer needing it, I turned it off. Having a FamilyMart on-site is convenient! The free shuttle bus to the airport is also extremely convenient! There are also buses to the station and Aeon Mall; I didn’t use them this time, but if I’d had more time I would have liked to go to the mall. My Room didn’t have an airport view, so next time I’d definitely like to stay in an airport-view Room—and visit the mall as well. For its size, it’s reasonably priced overall, and I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store nearby. It was a pity that the twin Room we used didn’t have a coffee maker, but we were able to get drip coffee packs at the front desk, and there was a free drink corner in the lobby (may be temporarily unavailable depending on the time). Complimentary women’s skincare items were also available upon request, and they were provided at the hot bath Facility as well. The Room was clean, and there was no step up into the bathroom, which made it stress-free. You can check how crowded the hot bath Facility is on the TV, so we checked before going. It was quiet at night, which was nice.

The Facility was beautifully maintained with well-kept trees and flowers, giving it a tropical vibe, and it was fun to stroll around while music played. Both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety and were delicious. I’m glad we chose a Room that included tickets to a nearby Onsen. It had many different baths, was spacious, and was excellent.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays as a family of three. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and it made our trip truly wonderful.

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

This was my first time sightseeing in Otaru. We stayed at this Hotel right in front of the Otaru Canal. It was a one-night stay for our family of three, and we ate out, so we only needed a place to sleep. The Room felt a bit small, but since we were just sleeping there, it was more than enough and we were satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the Hotel breakfast. There are many coin-operated parking lots very close to the Hotel, and the rates were much cheaper than in Tokyo. We parked overnight and left the car until checkout while sightseeing around Otaru Station, and it cost 800 yen for 24 hours. There were coin parking lots around 800–1,200 yen. The Hotel Facility was clean, with a calm lobby atmosphere as well—we were very satisfied. Amenities such as face wash, cleansing products, and skincare items were available on the first floor. I’d like to stay here again when traveling to the Otaru area. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests. We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day. When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration. The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) on weekday nights in July (Thu–Sat). Breakfast and dinner were included, and dinner was a buffet with all-you-can-eat crab. I didn’t expect much from the crab, but it was genuinely delicious! Everything—sushi, mixed rice, and even the snack-style dishes that pair well with alcohol—was great, and I think the food is this Hotel’s biggest highlight. The indoor pool was quiet, so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The paid kids’ parks (both indoor and outdoor), putter golf, and the lift were also fun. There are washing machines and dryers, so we did laundry every night and wore the same clothes each day, which helped us pack light. The large public bath felt clean and also has a water dispenser. There’s almost no view from the open-air bath. Overall, it didn’t feel like a place you go specifically to enjoy the baths.

The ocean view was just as shown in the photos—absolutely breathtaking! It was my first trip to Kochi Prefecture, and I was able to experience Kochi through the meals as well, making it a very satisfying stay. I don’t think there is any other Accommodation with the sea this close and such a great view from the deck. Thank you to all the staff for your kind and attentive service.

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel—very clean, with an open and welcoming lobby. The room was spacious, well maintained, and felt very fresh and spotless. The Shuttle Service from Shin-Osaka Station was smooth and very convenient. I’d like to try the meals next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

I visited here as a child, and this time I came back to my hometown and stayed with my son and my parents. The Hotel has been beautifully renovated, so it felt quite different, but I enjoyed the nostalgic kawara soba and visited the lounge for the first time. We were able to relax together as a family, and even with just one night we were completely satisfied. The bath in the Room was great, and the private open-air bath was also amazing. The meals were delicious as well, and I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

My monthly staycation is usually at a Hotel in my local Minato Mirai area, but this time I went a bit farther to Hotel Indigo Gora. I drove there alone, and the winding mountain roads in Hakone were a little tiring. I arrived before check-in and planned to relax at the footbath, but as soon as I parked in the outdoor lot in front of the Hotel, a staff member came right away and helped with my luggage. The welcome drink and Umaibo snack were a nice touch, and being able to check in comfortably while seated is one of those pleasures you expect from a Hotel of this class. When I entered my Room with the staff’s guidance, I couldn’t help saying, “Beautiful!” out loud. It’s a compact Hotel with around 100 rooms, but the Japanese-modern design—combining a raised tatami area with beds—was truly charming. I usually prefer modern Hotels, but this stay reminded me how calming and appealing Japanese-modern style can be. For dinner, I ordered à la carte at the on-site restaurant. The shrimp, scallops, and abalone in the bouillabaisse were surprisingly tender; the burrata was rich and paired perfectly with tomato and basil. The white wine went down easily. Since I don’t eat much, I also appreciated having à la carte options instead of only set courses. The bath in my Room was spacious, and I was able to fully enjoy the Onsen at leisure. The breakfast buffet also impressed me in both variety and quality—especially the green beans dressed with sesame sauce, which tasted far better than anything I could make at home. Even as someone who eats lightly (and can be picky), it was more than satisfying. The hospitality from everyone on staff was excellent, and the entire property was beautiful and comfortable. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to return again.

Even arriving in the evening, just having tea while looking out the window made me feel refreshed and away from my usual routine. The meals were beautifully presented, so I couldn’t help taking photos before enjoying them. The Room lighting was a bit subdued, so it felt slightly dim only when getting ready, but otherwise I stayed very comfortably.

About a 10-minute walk from Wakayama-shi Station and right in front of Wakayama Castle, the location is excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and it offers great value for money. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Wakayama City.

This was our first stay with a three-generation family and our dog. There were various pet supplies placed in the Room and at the entrance/exit from outside, which was very helpful. The building felt a bit aged, but it was well cleaned throughout. Dinner was the local kaiseki course with a small upgrade! Everything was delicious, and in particular the Tochigi beef sukiyaki had tender meat—upgrading was absolutely the right choice. The breakfast buffet was also very tasty with a wide variety of options. There were many international staff members, but everyone spoke Japanese very well, and their hardworking attitude left a strong impression. The changing area and large public bath were spacious, so we could relax comfortably. As advertised as “beautifying hot spring water,” it really did leave our skin smooth. It was only one night, but it became a truly enjoyable trip. Staying here was absolutely the right decision. Thank you very much.
