I stayed with my husband and 4-year-old son as a family of three in August. The exterior feels a bit old, but the room and the hotel were clean, and the food, service, and onsen were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay with our son. This is definitely a hotel we want to stay at again!

Our children were delighted, and we had a wonderful time. We really appreciated the Room upgrade, and when our siblings argued over the amenities, the front desk staff responded flexibly and helpfully. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with my sister’s family and our parents, bringing three children. Even though it was summer vacation and the children’s rates were very affordable, the kids’ dinner set was very generous, and the children were thrilled! We also appreciated being able to use the bath 24 hours a day, and above all, dinner was absolutely delicious! The portions were huge, and we were completely full. Thank you very much!

While the meals are not particularly luxurious, the quiet surroundings make it a relaxing place to stay. The area had been closed due to bear sightings, but a riverside walking path has now been developed all the way to Ryusendo Cave. The Iwaizumi Yogurt served at the Ryokan—highly praised by Mr. Ohtani—is excellent, and the milk is outstanding as well. The cold noodles at the Ryusendo Cave rest house were also very delicious. If you are worried about bears, there is a bus stop right in front of the property one stop before Ryusendo Cave (service is limited).

This Ryokan is right in the heart of the Onsen town, with attentive service and delicious meals—everything was excellent. The indoor bath was very clean, and you can use it anytime, 24 hours a day. It was also nice that the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kinosaki.

We stayed for three nights as a family of four. It’s a little away from Kokusai-dori, and a taxi costs about 600–1,000 yen. There is a supermarket about 200 meters away, open until midnight, which is very convenient. Free tea and coffee are available in the lobby. The Room was spacious enough, with two beds and a tatami area. The hours are limited (17:00–22:00 and 6:00–9:00), but there is also a large public bath, which was great for washing off the day’s sweat. There was also an ice machine. The Hotel staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay.

It’s not luxurious like a Resort Hotel, but it has everything you need (the towels were wonderfully fluffy!), and the Room was kept very clean. The shared kitchen has a filtered-water tap, plus a refrigerator, dishes, cookware, and basic seasonings. I also appreciated the free coffee machine and several kinds of tea. If requested, they will prepare a complimentary breakfast of toast, a boiled egg, and yogurt. The washing machine is free to use (the dryer is paid), and there is also space for drying laundry as well as clothespins for drying underwear indoors. If you ask in advance, they also provide a Shuttle Service to the nearest bus stop before 10:00 AM (check-out) and after 3:00 PM (check-in). It was the perfect Accommodation for a relaxed, flexible stay while keeping costs down!

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but both the baths and the meals felt like a completely new experience. The French & Italian cuisine was excellent, and I enjoyed visiting different baths. At Tenku-no-Yu, I could even hear the Onsen water gushing up naturally, which was truly impressive. On the way home, I parked at a free parking lot about 3 minutes downhill from the Accommodation by car and took a walk through an area where intense steam vents and residential homes coexist, fully enjoying the Waita Onsen area. I’d love to stay again.

Our second stay, following last year. Last time we chose a no-meals Plan and brought meat, vegetables, and other ingredients from home to enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. The terrace had a large gas grill, plus a table and chairs always set up. It was pouring rain outside, but the space was completely sheltered from wind and rain, so we could BBQ comfortably as if we were indoors. This time, since we planned to spend dinner with friends’ family in Omura City, we chose a breakfast-only Plan. Right after arrival, the staff warmly welcomed us and provided careful guidance and explanations about the Facility, while our dog enjoyed playing ball in the outdoor yard. Last time we booked a Room with a large garden but couldn’t use it due to heavy rain, so this time we chose one without a garden. Even so, there was still enough yard space for ball play, and there was also a dog run next to the Accommodation building. In addition to an indoor hinoki bath in the Room, there was even an open-air bath, so we could relax in the baths after returning from dinner and again in the morning. For breakfast, more than enough ingredients were prepared in the refrigerator, along with plenty of seasonings and tableware—so we made a luxurious morning meal at our preferred time and in our own way. For reference: my daughter had cheese toast with grilled bacon plus a fresh vegetable salad, yogurt, and soup; my husband had hot sandwiches with fried eggs plus salad and coffee—everyone ate what they liked and was very satisfied. One note: there were thorny plants growing in parts of the yard and dog run; it can be dangerous unless removed before letting dogs play. We ended up trimming some ourselves while saying it would be nice if it were mowed shorter overall. Even so, it’s an excellent Facility—we will definitely stay again.

The lobby level and shared areas were very stylish. The room wasn’t brand-new, but it was spacious with a great view, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted excellent. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Four old friends and I stayed for one night on a weekend in June. We had an ocean-side Room with an amazing view. I was worried because many Reviews complained about slow food refills, but dishes were replenished promptly whenever they ran out, and the quality exceeded the price. All-you-can-eat crab is often disappointing with thin meat, but this was substantial and impressive. If I have the chance, I will visit again.

Accommodation in Karuizawa is very expensive, so I chose this Hotel! Since it’s an older Hotel, I didn’t expect much in terms of cleanliness, but it was quite clean and I was very satisfied. The bath area is very spacious and clean, with a sauna and an open-air bath as well. Even when there are many guests, it doesn’t feel crowded, and there are always staff at the front desk who respond right away! Also, besides pajamas, you can wear the provided loungewear anywhere inside the building, so you can pack lighter! For breakfast I wanted something a bit more luxurious, so I went to The Prince for their morning buffet. There is also a free shuttle bus service, and the staff kindly explained everything to me, so boarding was smooth. It was a wonderful Hotel where I could spend an elegant stay from check-in to check-out!

Just as the Reviews said, the service was truly outstanding. And despite being close to the station, it offered great value for money. The room interior was nice, and although the building is old, it was clean. Also, even though it was a unit bath, the bathtub was spacious and I could relax comfortably. I also had dinner at Minokichi at night; it had a calm atmosphere and the food was very delicious. This Hotel was our Accommodation for a trip to Kyoto that we decided on at short notice during Golden Week, and I’m glad we chose this place. I’d like to recommend it to everyone as a Hotel worth staying at. I’m truly sad after seeing an article saying it will be closing soon.

I was surprised by how old the exterior looked, but the inside had been renovated and was very clean and beautiful. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room for two families, and it was even nicer than expected—above all, it offered excellent value for money. The thorough cleaning also made our stay very comfortable. I forgot to mention this at reception, but there were a few bees on the balcony. For guests with children, I think it would be helpful to provide a warning in advance so they don’t accidentally open the windows. The meals were delicious, and we also loved the service that let us take our after-dinner coffee outside and relax while looking out over the lake. There was also a kids’ corner, and the post-bath juice service seemed to be a big hit with the children. We skipped stargazing due to cloudy skies, but I thought it would be nice if there were a handheld fireworks service in summer as well. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

The Hotel Room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. The staff were also very polite and provided kind service.

I stayed in June. It was a triple Room, but the beds were close together, and I really appreciated that we could still spread out three suitcases. There is an added power outlet and USB port by the pillow, but they get hot when in use, so please be careful. Also, they have a cover, so you might not notice them at first. The light switches in the Room are hard to understand, and it feels a bit dark. For the lamps, you need to pull the cord to turn them on. The bath area is an Onsen with two indoor baths plus an open-air bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax for a long time. It was clean and well maintained. The in-room bathroom is combined with the toilet. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient because you have to run both hot and cold water separately. The washbasin area was spacious. Thank you for keeping my frozen items at reception. It really helped. It’s three stops from Sapporo Station so it feels a bit far, but it’s about a 3-minute walk from the station nearby. It’s also within walking distance from Susukino Station (about 15 minutes), so I enjoyed getting around on foot. I will stay again.

We stayed to celebrate a special occasion, and thanks to the staff’s courteous service and warm hospitality, we had a very comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. We were also able to relax in the bath in our room, which was great. We’re glad we chose to spend this important celebration here. Thank you very much.

Whenever we travel, my son tends to move around a lot in his sleep, so I try to choose a Hotel with a Japanese-style room whenever possible. This time as well, I made a Reservation here for that reason. We arrived a little early, but the front desk staff were very courteous and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was served as a buffet, and everything was delicious. There is also a large public bath on the 8th floor, where I could stretch out and soak at ease. It was a relaxing trip both physically and mentally. We don’t get to travel often, but this is a Hotel we would love to stay at again if we have the chance. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We stayed on the 10th Anniversary Plan. It was a great deal, with a bottle of red wine in the Room and checkout extended until 11:00—such a good value. The welcome drink and snacks were also excellent! They even made iced coffee when we asked. The meal portions were just right for us, but big eaters might find it a little small. I wonder if refills of inari sushi were available? The roast beef was outstanding! The Crêpes Suzette had a wonderful orange aroma, and the performance was great too. The staff member prepared it with a lovely smile, but I did worry whether she might get burned. Maybe that’s why the dining area is kept slightly dim—because of this performance. Our Room was a twin, but it was different from the twin shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing (I thought it would have beds on wooden flooring rather than carpet). The wallpaper design was quite bold. The sofa was on the small side, and we felt an ottoman or an extra chair would have made it more comfortable to relax. Middle-aged couples don’t really sit pressed together (haha). The bath area was compact but very nice. We appreciated the thoughtful service of tea and ice cream as well! However, perhaps to prevent steam from building up, the door leading to the open-air bath area was always left open—so I wondered whether insects might come in… and sure enough, we ran into one (a stink bug?). I really hate bugs, so my heart was pounding. That part was quite disappointing. I’ve mentioned various things, but overall it was a wonderful Accommodation where we truly felt their hospitality. I stayed here for an event at Wink Aichi. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also liked the system of picking up amenities and loungewear as needed, as it reduces waste.
