This is an Accommodation I had long wanted to stay at, and I was able to relax in this quiet place with only five groups. The Room had both a bedroom and a Japanese-style room, and it didn’t feel cramped at all. There are four Onsen baths with open-air tubs, and you can check availability on a tablet, so we were able to use them without waiting. The water temperature was just right, and it stayed warm without getting chilled afterward. The main building’s bath is also available at night. Dinner, which I had been looking forward to, was just as delicious as expected: Hida beef grilled over charcoal right in front of us, and salt-grilled char so tender you can even eat the bones. Each dish—such as the apple-based sauce—made me feel happy every time it arrived. Breakfast was also wonderful, with local Hida flavors such as hoba miso grilled over charcoal and dried sweetfish. The late-night pressed char sushi and yogurt were delicious too, leaving both my mind and body refreshed. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, but they contacted me right away, which was very helpful. It’s an Accommodation that’s hard to get a Reservation for, but I’d love to visit again next time. Thank you for everything.

Wearing a hat in the misty drizzle, I will never forget being able to fully enjoy the beautiful mountain-stream Onsen with free-flowing natural spring water. The abundant volume of hot water, like a geyser, was the height of luxury and made for a truly special vacation. It was disappointing that some young people got heavily drunk at the riverside bath late at night and were shouting loudly, but when I reported it, you responded immediately, which I appreciated. I was impressed by your dedication to maintaining order at this traditional Ryokan even at the expense of sleep. I understand there are limits to screening guests, but I think it would be better to provide thorough reminders and warnings in advance. Sorry for my blunt suggestion. I know it must be difficult with so many different kinds of guests. Still, I felt that filtering out preventable trouble as much as possible would also make things easier for your staff. I want to enjoy this beautiful streamside spring quietly, and I believe that is what makes the wonderful cuisine and Rooms so exceptional.

The main building's bath was spacious, and the annex's open-air baths were also large and numerous, which was amazing. I felt very relaxed. The meals were a luxurious buffet featuring plenty of local specialties, which left me completely satisfied. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

A clean Business Hotel. The twin room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but it was compact, and restocking couldn't keep up, which was a bit disappointing.

Staying here at an affordable price was a huge help. Thank you very much.

It was a very pleasant Hotel. The Room layout was excellent; although compact, the sliding door allowed the space to be separated from the bedroom, so even when staying with a friend, it was easy and comfortable to change clothes and take a shower. The service was also outstanding, with thoughtful attention and just the right sense of distance. Their sightseeing advice was spot-on, and they also offered Shuttle Service, which was great. There were hardly any shops in front of Tenri Station, so after wandering around we headed there by taxi. If we had come straight to the Hotel without wandering, we would have found more options at the roadside station next door—so next time I’ve decided to go directly to the Hotel as soon as I arrive at the station.

The Room was spacious and clean. The free-flowing Onsen bath in the Room was incredibly relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we were completely satisfied and full. The staff’s service was excellent as well. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I stayed at Oga Hotel because I wanted to see the stone-grilled hot pot. They showed me something truly wonderful. Dinner was a full-course meal, and it was very delicious and satisfying. A bath basket was provided in the Room, which was very convenient for going to the large public bath. Although the Hotel itself is not new, the staff were very pleasant, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel.

I stayed here for a live show at Makuhari Messe. It’s close to the station, and the area around the Hotel has everything—supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores—so it was perfect. The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable, and the buffet was delicious. The Hotel staff were kind, and when I headed out for the second day’s show, they even thoughtfully gave me a cooling towel, which was a big help. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I have stayed here several times. The front desk staff provide service that is better than at other hotels. When I called to make a Reservation for parking, I explained that I would arrive early and then go out again. They assured me it was fine, and even though it was before check-in time, they kindly stored my luggage and assisted me with care. Thank you very much. With more hotels offering impersonal service these days, I think Super Hotel Tokyo Kameido is an excellent Hotel.

As I arrived late and had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi from Haneda Airport. From the moment I got out of the taxi, the staff welcomed me and helped carry my bags. My arms were sore, so it was a big help. For my Room, I chose one with access to the Executive Lounge. You can choose where to have breakfast, but I wanted a calm setting—and if there are too many options, I end up eating too much—so I chose the Executive Lounge. It was just right. I didn’t realize there was a separate shower booth in the bathroom, so I ended up searching around for shampoo and other items. I’m sorry for the trouble caused to the front desk staff. I felt this Hotel might be geared toward international guests, but they provided plenty of towels, which really helped. There is no toner or emulsion in the Room, but if you ask, they will provide single-use ones. The items in the refrigerator seemed to be chargeable since there was an itemized list. I could have had them, but breakfast at the lounge was satisfying, so I’d like to try them next time. The service felt almost like “Is it really okay to do this much?” So if you value hospitality and the view (you can see Odaiba), I recommend it. I was considering staying at another Hotel, but someone I trust recommended this one, so I decided to stay here. It was a short stay, but it was very satisfying. Next time I stay, I'd like to check in earlier. Thank you very much.

We stayed here during the summer holidays. True to its reputation as a hidden hot spring in Tohoku, the location was quite challenging to reach, but it was a wonderful Accommodation. The interior was kept very clean, and arrangements of lisianthus and asters placed here and there were soothing. One minor point—perhaps due to the deep mountain setting and humidity—the indoor toilet had a slight musty smell at times, but otherwise it was a very comfortable Ryokan.

I mainly travel in the Tokai region, and I was very satisfied with both the Facility and the price.

Despite checking in at 11 PM, the staff's hospitality was absolutely perfect. The scent of the hand soap was amazing and left a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again!

My sister and her husband and the two of us stayed here on this trip. We arrived late and were seated about 20 minutes after the 18:00 dinner start time, but we were welcomed with smiles and treated kindly. It was a little disappointing that there was no local craft beer, but we toasted with draft beer and began our meal. The first appetizer was beautifully presented, carefully prepared, and very delicious. After that, every dish—including the assorted sashimi platter, beef grilled on a ceramic plate, and braised pork—was satisfying. My brother also said the chilled sake was excellent. The large public bath and the open-air bath left our bodies warm afterward; they were very pleasant baths. The Room was clean and well maintained, but we noticed an odor in the toilet. Also, noise from the floor above at night was a bit loud and bothered us somewhat. Still, overall it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

I originally made a Reservation for two nights, but due to an approaching typhoon I urgently requested to change it to one night. After you contacted us, the change was successfully made. I really wanted to stay for two nights, but we couldn’t compete with the typhoon, which was disappointing. I would like to stay at this Accommodation again on another occasion. I have stayed here many times. I usually choose an ocean-side Room with a bed, but this time I tried a tatami Room. The tatami Room has shoji screens on the windows but no blinds, so it was bright outside at night and I couldn’t sleep well. That was the only drawback.

We stayed here after viewing the cherry blossoms in Miharu. It’s a small, standalone Accommodation, but the hospitality was wonderful! The bath is private for each Room, spacious, and available 24 hours. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches that let you soak in the Onsen while using a face mask. As expected from an auberge, every dish was refined and delicious. We were also very satisfied with the pickles at breakfast. This is an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again!

The location was very convenient, and getting around by train or bus was truly easy. The staff were all very pleasant, and the Room was comfortable and easy to use—excellent overall. The complimentary voucher usable at the bar was perfect for a pre-dinner drink, and I was able to enjoy everything, making it a very fulfilling trip. I would love to stay again.

We stayed here as a couple. We made a Reservation because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could relax around Lake Yamanaka, and it turned out to be even better than we expected. What we loved - The grilled rainbow trout at dinner was excellent. We don’t often get the chance to eat it, and it was especially memorable among all the dishes. - The wine-fed beef tenderloin was very tender and cooked perfectly. The garlic grilled rice ball we ordered as an extra was also a great choice. - Breakfast was just as enjoyable, with freshly made hot sandwiches and handmade soba. The soba had a wonderful aroma that really stood out. - The Room and bath were spotless and comfortable. Even details like the placement of outlets were convenient, and we could feel the thoughtful care throughout. - We were happy to have a view of Mt. Fuji from our Room. - Above all, the owner and his wife were truly lovely people. They welcomed us warmly and also told us about Myojinyama Panorama Terrace (mentioned below). The next morning, we visited Myojinyama Panorama Terrace as recommended, and enjoyed an amazing view overlooking both Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka—one of the highlights of our trip. We suggest going a bit early, ideally by around 9:00 a.m., since parking is limited and it gets crowded. Everything—from the food to the scenery to the hospitality—was highly satisfying, and on our way home we kept saying how glad we were that we chose this place. We highly recommend this Accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in Lake Yamanaka. We’d love to visit again in another season.
