While the rooms may not be the newest, they are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The large public bath is clean and comfortable, and it is open for long hours, so we highly recommend it. Breakfast will satisfy guests who prefer rice; please note that there are limited options to go with bread. We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel has a sand bath, which was excellent. It is connected to the large public bath, making it very convenient and satisfying. The meals were also very delicious, so I was happy with that as well. However, there was a lingering odor in the toilet, and unless we kept the room’s sliding door closed, the smell would come in. This is something I would like to see improved.

The staff were kind, and the room was very clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The pajamas provided were soft and comfortable. We were very satisfied and would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The buffet was delicious, and the tram station was conveniently nearby.

I stayed for two nights. On the first day, the weather was bad due to a typhoon, but I took the underground passage from the station and arrived in less than five minutes after coming up to street level. Since I had time before check-in, I left my luggage and went to buy some food. There are convenience stores nearby and plenty of restaurants, which was very helpful. They also accommodated an early check-in, so I could relax in my Room. The building is certainly old, but since I only needed the Hotel for sleeping during my stay, I was very satisfied at this price. Breakfast doesn’t have many side dish options, but I’m grateful that it’s free. I would definitely like to use it again on my next trip.

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

I originally made a Reservation for four nights, but due to the typhoon, we shortened our stay. Since it was a last-minute schedule change, there may have been food left in the refrigerator, and we may have caused some inconvenience for housekeeping. The Reservation center staff kindly accommodated the sudden change, and their warm support was very reassuring during an uncertain time. As for the Room, it was spacious and very comfortable, with everything provided—such as a hair dryer, amenities, and kitchenware. It was also nice to be able to enjoy the drinks in the refrigerator right after arrival. One note: each time we used the washing machine, an “C09” error appeared. After checking online, it seemed related to the lid sensor; by opening and closing it again we were able to use it. I’m sharing this just in case for future guests. I also would have liked more time to try the ReFa hair dryer and the Mirable shower. We would love to stay again on our next visit.

I was able to relax in a Room with a great view. Thank you very much. The limousine bus the next morning was also very convenient. I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed here for an away trip. I urgently needed ice from early morning, and I wanted to buy several 2 kg bags in advance at a supermarket. When I asked if the Hotel could keep them in the freezer overnight, they kindly agreed without hesitation, which was a huge help. Their thoughtfulness and consideration for guests were excellent. If I have the chance, I would like to make a Reservation again, and I will recommend it to my friends. When searching with a navigation app, it may guide you to the parking area inside the building at the back, but there is also plenty of parking by the main entrance on the front side.

Close to the station and with free breakfast, I always stay here when visiting Beppu.\nThis time, I was lucky that one of the three free parking spaces was available, so I didn’t have to pay any extra parking fees.\nThank you very much.

We stayed one night in Okayama to spend some quality time together as a couple for the first time in a while. Our Room was a corner Room near the elevator with a great view. The Room felt a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean. We had planned to go out right away, but we ended up wanting to just keep enjoying the view. Breakfast was on the top floor, and the scenery there was different from what we saw from our Room, which was nice. The food selection included both Japanese and Western options, and they even had Kasaoka ramen—everything was excellent. We also appreciated having our photo taken. Since we chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, we were able to visit a nearby exhibition while leaving our luggage at the hotel. We heard that the Rooms will be renovated next year, so we’re looking forward to seeing them after the renovation.

We stayed in a Room on the 3rd floor. The hallway was quite clean, and it was convenient to access everything—the annex Onsen, the buffet venue, and the main building Onsen on the 1st floor. Since the main building Onsen operates on a rotating schedule, we were able to enjoy it three times in total, which was great. We also appreciated how thorough the staff’s explanations were. The only disappointment was that the private karaoke rooms closed early. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

We stayed here to visit PokéPark—one night before and one night after. It’s conveniently close to the park. We chose to stay the night after as well because we expected to be exhausted from a full day at the park and not able to travel. Staying afterward was definitely the right choice: it was nearby and convenient, and we were able to enjoy the entire day to the fullest. We visited with children, and it’s right by the station and a clean Hotel. The Room was spacious enough. We also received amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids looked forward to waking up for it. The staff were very kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!

The lounge is fantastic. The all-you-can-drink beer is irresistible. The Room is very spacious. However, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. The layout is also unusual, and it’s hard to figure out how to use it. Still, the location near Dotonbori is excellent. Eating your way through Sennichimae Shopping Street is great. There’s also a convenience store nearby. The parking lot is close and there were no issues. Up to 2,500 yen per day. Overall, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. It was a three-generation trip with my daughter and grandchild, and it became a great memory. We are truly grateful—thank you very much.

I chose this Hotel because smoking is allowed, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in upon arrival, so I didn’t have to look for a coin locker. I don’t usually eat breakfast, but it was so delicious that I’m glad I booked the plan with breakfast included. Thank you very much.

The room size and the staff’s guidance were excellent overall. (Except for one front desk staff member with long black hair… She chatted with other staff with a smile, but her attitude toward guests felt a bit off.) The shower water pressure was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. We booked two rooms, but unfortunately the shower curtains in both had an unpleasant smell. It’s close to the station and there’s also a convenience store nearby, so the location is extremely convenient!

I stayed here solo just before the Obon holidays. The detached Room was very spacious, and I really enjoyed the Onsen a lot! I didn’t use the stairs connecting the scenic-view bath to the open-air bath because they felt a bit unstable, and it was scary being able to see below. Dinner had many dishes, and I ate until I was full. It was delicious, so I finished everything. The breakfast basket was adorable. I ate a lot as well—thank you for the wonderful meal. I was very satisfied because I could stay for just over 40,000 yen as a solo traveler! I always brew and drink rooibos tea, so having a Daiohs water dispenser was really appreciated! For future improvement: as others have mentioned, it would be great if the glass windows in the scenic-view bath were kept cleaner so you can enjoy the view more. Also, the door leading from the scenic-view bath out to the wood deck seemed to fit quite poorly. If staying at full price, I feel maintenance should be improved a bit more. It’s a small thing, but having some local drinks in the refrigerator would add a special touch, so it might be worth considering. That said, despite all my comments, I’d definitely like to visit again. Thank you!

The meals, the Room’s open-air bath, and the service were all excellent. We were able to fully enjoy a special getaway and relax at our own pace. We would love to visit again!

I was able to board the train on time while it was stopped en route to Tokyo Station, and I arrived at Kochi Station on schedule. Thank you for picking me up at Kochi Station. I was able to relax in the large public bath. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you as well for taking me to Kochi Station in the rain in the morning.
