We stayed for two nights as a family. Just as the Reviews said, the food was delicious and we were very satisfied. However, there was more than we could finish and we ended up leaving some, so we wished there had been a Plan with smaller portions. At dinner, we had seats with a beautiful view of the sunset. If we have another chance to visit Sado, we would definitely like to stay again.

First of all, both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I recommend this Accommodation for anyone who wants to step away from everyday life, even briefly, and enjoy an elevated version of it. The building does show its age to some extent, but thanks to renovations and thorough cleaning, the stay was very comfortable. In particular, the bathroom changing area was kept so clean that even our germ-conscious family was surprised. As other Reviews mention, the road up to the Accommodation is extremely steep. Not recommended for a front-engine rear-wheel-drive manual car. Overall, we were satisfied, including the view.

My first stay at APA Hotel was truly relaxing, with the sauna, cold bath, breakfast buffet, and a great Room. 　The large bed and big TV were excellent. 　The 90°C dry sauna and the pleasantly mild cold bath at around 20°C were incredibly refreshing. 　The beef curry at the breakfast buffet had generous chunks of meat and tasted great. 　The location is also convenient—close to the station, with a convenience store and Don Quijote nearby, plus a train view of the Yokohama Line. 　I would like to stay again.

The staff are very pleasant, and I use this Hotel every time. The Room is clean, and the satisfaction level is high; I really like this Hotel. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

I stayed the night before because I had errands near Kanra Town the next day and was coming from far away. It was my first time using this type of Facility, but since it is standalone, I didn’t have to worry about bothering others. You do need to go to the building with the front desk to pick up amenities, but the Room had one large and one small towel provided, and everything I needed was available, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and hair dryer. It was also a nice service that one frozen snack is free. There were options like pilaf, yaki udon, pasta, and bento meals. I often feel dissatisfied with weak shower water pressure elsewhere, so I really appreciated how strong it was here. If I had to mention one minor point, there is fairly steady traffic on the road in front of the property, so I could hear cars when going to sleep. Depending on where your Room is located, you may not notice it. A convenience store and gas station are nearby, and Mentai Park was about 5 minutes away as well—so even though it wasn’t in my plans at first, I was able to stop by. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt I chose a great place to stay.

Despite the low price, the Room was clean, and being able to take off my shoes and relax on the carpet in a Western-style Room was incredibly comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were free to use, and they even stored my ice packs in the freezer for me. Breakfast was also excellent, with both bread and rice available, plus several kinds of side dishes. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was very satisfied. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. It’s a shame there’s no large public bath, but other than that, there’s nothing to complain about.

All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and thanks to their warm hospitality we felt comfortable throughout our stay. As it was my birthday, they went out of their way to take care of us and even prepared a wonderful surprise, which truly made us happy. Thanks to them, we were able to celebrate an unforgettable birthday. We are grateful for everyone’s thoughtfulness—it became a cherished memory. We would love to stay again.

I stayed for four nights on a business trip for the first time in a while. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet both inside and outside at night, and I had a comfortable stay. Compared to before, I didn’t have to wait for the elevator, so there was no stress. The front desk staff were also more welcoming than before, and their friendly smiles put me in a good mood from the morning.

It was a very clean and relaxing Hotel. The service was courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. There are plenty of activities for children, so everyone from kids to adults will be very satisfied. Since there is a lot to explain at check-in, it’s understandable that it takes time for each guest, but there were only two staff members assisting, so a long line formed. I think it would be even better if this could be improved.

I checked in on Saturday night and went to the large public bath. It was crowded, but it moved along smoothly, and the bath was spacious so I could relax and soak comfortably. The twin room was compact yet functional, and I had a comfortable stay.

Although it seemed nearly fully booked, we had a very comfortable stay! The indoor dog run was air-conditioned, so we didn’t need to take walks in the heat. The Onsen also featured an authentic open-air bath that warmed us through to the core. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional—they welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at departure, making it a truly wonderful memory.

The open-air bath at 6:00 a.m. was amazing. The clear weather was wonderful too. Being wrapped in morning mist—like bathing in the clouds—was also incredible. We’ll definitely be back.

The full-course Italian dinner exceeded my expectations. From the very first dish, we were served three melt-in-your-mouth slices of Noto beef, and there was plenty of both fish and meat. It also featured lots of seasonal vegetables and fruit, and I was very satisfied. The dessert was delicious as well. I don’t drink much alcohol, but drinks (including alcoholic options) were included, so other guests seemed to enjoy them too. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety—Japanese, Western, and Chinese options such as ochazuke with blackthroat seaperch broth, the hotel’s special curry, and light dim sum—and everything was tasty. The bath had no view. There is an open-air bath as well, but since it has no roof, it rained that day and I could only use it briefly. There’s no sauna either, so it felt a bit dull. As for the room, perhaps we were upgraded—it had a view of Shibayama Lagoon. Thank you very much.

It was surprisingly easy to get here from the station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which was great. I’d like to stay here again.

It was busy because it was during the summer vacation season, but the bath was spacious, so it didn’t feel too crowded. The food was delicious, but I felt our table was a little far away. Overall, it was good!

Thank you for taking care of us last month. We had a wonderful time and would like to express our gratitude. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience. Although we were on a room-only plan and felt it was a little disappointing not to have meals included, we still enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We truly felt the staff’s warm hospitality, and the hot springs were excellent as well. Since we live far away, it’s difficult to visit often, but we would love to stay with you again when we have the opportunity.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip to Kochi. Last time I stayed at a different hotel, but this time the deciding factor was having a large public bath. I used it four times in total—at night and in the morning. Compared with the in-room unit bath, it feels much more open and refreshing, and it really helped me recover from fatigue. I’d like to stay again. The meals were also delicious. However, when I checked your website this time, one thing caught my attention: I happened to find out about the public bath by chance, but the information is buried under the “Service Information” tab and doesn’t stand out. Since having a large public bath is a strong selling point for a business hotel, you might consider giving both the public bath and dining their own tabs so they’re more visible (just my unsolicited suggestion).

I stayed here for an event at Wink Aichi. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also liked the system of picking up amenities and loungewear as needed, as it reduces waste.

All guests were dog families, so the atmosphere was very comfortable, and everyone had good manners when interacting with one another, allowing us to relax without worry even on a rainy day.

I stayed with my sister and niece. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t see the sunset, but the food was delicious and the staff were very kind, so we made wonderful memories. The Japanese taiko drum performance was also amazing. I accidentally left something behind, and I really appreciate how quickly you helped us. The only disappointment was that a large group of overseas guests arrived and we couldn’t use the elevator, so it took quite a while to get back up to our room. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.
